Amazing gelato; will visit again soon!

Great gelato, love it. During lunch time, they offer buy one get free one. Be sure yoy come there with somebody else to have a free great gelato.

The service was very kind and attentive. bring your hunger - portions are generous. not close to my job, i wish it was.

Just watched an employee ( perhaps the manager) Tate one and re used the same spoon to taste again. Sorry not going to try this place. Was thinking about it but not after that.

They may have amazing gelato but we couldnt find out because no one would serve us. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and there wasnt a soul in sight so we left. So frustrating! This place wont be here long at this rate!

I would always like to go by the pistachio grab a gelato or Tiramisu and have it be the perfect ending to my long day at work, but now they have changed their recipe for tiramisu and lets just say that its quiet thedisappointment compared to the original

This place is amazing! Definitely on par with gelato in Italy and the best I have ever had in the United States. The flavors are creative and very fresh. The only (minor) downside is the location, as a mall food court is sort of an odd place for gelato of such high quality, but do not let the location fool you, it is superb.I am not sure what happened on the day that the one-star reviewer came in. I can only say that the servers that I have encountered have all been very polite and patiently gotten me numerous free samples. I highly recommend a trip here!

“Plenty of gelato flavors for everyone”I tried the Sea Salt Caramel and Hazelnut gelato and it was very delicious. I was impressed with their selection. They let you try as many flavors prior to selection. I will be visiting again to try the others.

The business name drew me, in so I ordered a pint of pistachio gelato. I was impressed to see it served in a mini Styrofoam cooler that was carefully filled to the top before the Styrofoam lid was pressed into place. It is a great way to take something so cold and delicate to-go without worries of it melting. Impressive, as was gelato! It was very delicious and and the texture and flavor of the ground up pistachio had me reaching for another scoop again and again. I get the impression that this is authentic as it gets, but either way, I will be going back, as well as suggesting it to friends as a great option for a special treat! Read their list and descriptions of their flavors on their website, it will pique your interest. I already have a list of flavors I would like to try in the future!

Very unprofessional!!! There is an employee that helps in the afternoon, shes Mexican, not that Im racist, Im Mexican too! But when I was in line there was a customer expressing her concern about her gelato not tasting right. The employee told her that that was weird because nobody had complaint but her. Again the customer told her that it was bad and the employee kept being rude and told the customer she couldnt get her money back and that nobody forced her to buy anything. The customer was just asking for a credit and still the employee kept giving her attitude. I was in shock and couldnt t believe how the employee reacted to the situation. Lack of training and prefessionalism from all aspects. Never buying from this place!

Ive loved this place since they had the location by Grimaldis and was DISTRAUGHT when they moved. I had the opportunity to try it again today, and was very sad to find that the chocolate mint flavor was much worse-- it was far, far too minty and tasted almost like eating toothpaste. But the watermelon flavor was absolutely wonderful; it was exactly like biting into a watermelon. And I dont have words to express how much I adore the tiramisu flavor, lets just say that I can only hope it will be my last meal before I leave this mortal plane. The guy working the counter was super friendly and polite. Down a star because of how bad the chocomint was, but still miles ahead of Frost!
