Great, creamy, and many choices... Triple play for chocolate lovers or cowboy cookie for awesome oatmeal cookie flavor! Cant make a wrong choice here. I wish they had a triple scoop cup.

First time there, service outstanding, ice cream fantastic, clean..he even gave me a military discount ! If you have never been to this place, its sure to please all who go ...when done, go walk a mile or two !!!🌵

This was the very first time my wife and I have been here. We appreciate the fact that they are local to Arizona and make all of their ice cream right there. The gentleman behind the counter was really nice and helpful. The ice cream here is phenomenal! All in all we will definitely be back on a regular basis.

Superb ice-cream, hot fudge and cones.We drive all the way from Oro Valley (10 miles) to the Screamery, through some difficult traffic, because (a.) the ice cream is wonderful, and (b.) there is no ice-cream store in Oro Valley (the nearest one is Cold Stone at Wetmore and Oracle). My wife especially loves the hot fudge here, and you will too.

Unfortunately this is nothing to write home about. The ice cream is decent, but at $5 a scoop I’d say it’s pretty disappointing. Take your money and buy a whole pint of Breyer’s at the Walmart.

I hate writing a negative review because I love their ice cream but today was my second wasted trip to this location in two weeks trying to get a milk shake because they were out of milk. Please store more milk on site.

This locations food is good but it is terribly understaffed and not prepared to serve both regular customers and delivery drivers recommended for delivery to stay away from this location especially during high traffic hours

They have a wonderful flavor called Raspberry Peach that is just devine! I had a sweat tooth and that hit the spot with cookies and cream all in their homemade waffle cone. My boyfriend is the best for taking me there and introducing me to a delightful date for icecream here!

The best local ice cream joint! Love the sweet cream honeycomb flavor. Never had anything but the friendliest staff and clean inside the store. Always has other patrons so you know its good. They take pride in their product and presentation.

They have indoor and outdoor seating. They also have to go options and cookies/brownies and such occasionally.

Oh man, is this ice cream delicious! Creamy, wholesome (I don’t use that word a lot, but you can tell they use top-notch ingredients and you can also see behind the counter what ingredients they used). My first visit the other day I had a shake, coffee toffee, and it was fantastic! Great coffee flavor, toffee bits complemented but did not overwhelm the coffee ice cream flavor, and were ground up finely so as not to impede the ability to drink through the straw. The next night (yup, two consecutive), I got a double scoop of strawberry and vanilla. Just as good. Really could taste fresh strawberry and the vanilla was smooth and tasty, what a great combo!And the proprietor/manager guy is great! Very personable and helpful. I really appreciated that when I ordered the shake with another customer behind me, he completed my order instead of starting the mixer and attending to her and getting back to me. It wouldn’t have bothered me if he had, but I thought it was a nice touch.

Top notch ice cream, in refreshing flavours! The great thing about having The Screamery in Tucson is you can go there year round! You have to try the Sweet Cream Honeycomb with real Honeycomb in it! Also the Bees knees is... well, the Bees knees! You can taste the lavender in it! Those are my faves.

Love all the ice cream, all natural. Staff is always fantastic and its a local company. They offer tastes and they can mix and match flavors in same bowl. I have food allergies and they let me know read the ingredients card and told me who to contact with more questions. I go here all the time. They have a punch card, ask for it. Read they offer a military discount.

Its ice cream! Its amazing and I recommend you try it. They can make you almost and ice cream you could want, and Mike made the best in house waffle cone. It was shaped like a triangle and made eating the ice cream way better.You cant knock it till you rock it, go out and get yourself some ice cream and make your own opinion.

The ice cream is beyond anything Ive ever had. Im not an ice cream type of person, if you ask if I want a treat or sweet or something like pizza or wings Im taking pizza every time. If you mention the screamery though, Im taking a scoop of their honeycomb ice cream above all else.

Try one of the honey ones. I was gonna get someone different and then tried the honey one and OH MY GOD it was delicious.

Good Ice cream, but they either need to update their online order policy thru DoorDash or drop the service all together.Waited over half an hour before cancelling my order because they refused to make my order until there weren’t any in person customers. The problem was people kept streaming in while I waited and the employee still refused to make my order even after the one customer that was ahead of me when I got there was done.

Tasty flavors, the generous kid portion is my go-to size. Both employees were attentive, happy, energetic, and performed well.Eggnog ice is SO tasty! I brought home a kid scoop of Ginger Pear Sorbet (kill me now!) to enjoy later. Delicious!

I really wanted this to be great. But 7 dollars for a cone and icecream was not it. None of my family liked it and one didn’t even eat hers. It just wasn’t great, mine was good but honestly the only part i was impressed with was the waffle cone which was so good. The icecream, not so much. Sorry but this is my opinion and this icecream seems to thrive as one of the only game in town.

Excellent ice cream! I had the bees knees with lavender and honey in it. The floral notes were wonderful. My daughter had the raspberry peach sorbet. She said she enjoyed it.

I am so disappointed with my experience. I ordered from DoorDash and my door dasher was great. It was the staff at the Screamery that was the problem. They made my dasher wait an hour just to make my order and then on top of that didn’t make the order correctly. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever

The Screamery on cortaro and arizona pavilions has some of the best ice cream. They have a bunch of unique flavors and the staff is welcoming and friendly. They also offer a reward system for repeat customers. Definitely a place to check out.

Ice cream was gitty with ice crystals. Not smooth ice cream at all. $4.95 a scoop. I paid that a few weeks back in Washington DC. Crazy expensive. Baskin Robbins $3.85 down the road.

I normally dont leave reviews and I dont like to leave bad ones but... I honestly have to say I was very disappointed as I stood looking to try a couple flavors i notice the employee holding the taste spoons was rubbing her fingers on the part of the spoon that would go in your mouth and Im sorry but thats unsanitary seeing as how I didnt see her wash her hands and didnt know where they had been so that was enough enough for me not to order.My fiance didnt want to even finish his ice cream he said it wasnt good he went to get a lid but there was no one to attend to him they both went to the back no one came back out again Im sorry but with only 2 employees that we saw on duty one should be out to attend to customers in my personal opinion with this being said I wont be going back to this location again.

Folks here are very helpful and kind. They have been incredibly busy since they opened. Plan on waiting about 10 minutes for a long line, its worth the wait.

Like their ice cream and would go back but after being refused service for no mask after standing in their for 6 minutes, I’d rather have Ben and Jerry’s from Fry’s.

I come from the land of Blue Bell Ice Cream and I have to admit this ranks up there with it. Do yourself a favor and get the flight so you can try a bunch of the flavors. The cookie dough is my favorite.

Great ice cream, poor customer service. No eye contact from person serving me, I had never been there before so I felt rushed to make up my mind because there were people behind me. Menu was a little bit overwhelming as far as for all the information they wanted me to know. Dont know if its a case of rush-hour or employees being underpaid.

Ive been to the location on Speedway and was impressed by the customer service. The employee was so helpful and friendly. This was not the experience I had at the Marana location . Very poor service and unfriendly employees. We were skipped in line and were served with a frown. No thank you. So sad. My family was so disappointed.

Very delicious and unique icecream here. I can see why it is a Tucson favorite! At our first visit the staff helped walk us through the options and even helped recommend flavors that we would like. The staff members are very knowledgeable about their icecream and very kind. I would highly reccomend this location

Just had oir second visit at cortaro pavilions location and just as great as our first visit. 6 of us and they were well staffed and quick to help inform us of different flavors. We are big fans of the all natural ice cream at screamery!
