It is sad that we have been using Reddy Ice at Tucson Meet Yourself at our event for years. Today Reddy Ice asked me to go through the steps for filling out an application and turn around to say they are unable to support us. Why not say it in the beginning. This is poor customer service. And has the odastiy to to contact them if we are planning another event.

I get redi ice delivered twice a week at my convenient store, and for the last 6 months or more (or since they changed the plastic bags) one out of five bags break! There is always ice everywhere! And we eat the loss! Customers complain, and its only a matter of time before we have a fall. They are getting cheaper and cheaper at our expence!

Wish I could post zero stars. Every time I attempt to order ice in the past month, they lie about the delivery or they deliver to the wrong address. I have been calling ReddyIce customer service daily and am only ever met with an underpaid worker, an annoying on-hold advertisement, and then get hung up on.Extremely disappointed and will be looking for a better, local provider.

Milton is terrible at his job. He hung up on me multiple times, and denied me service without even looking into my request.

I really appreciate getting ice direct from the supplier instead of the grocery store. I will frequently get 10 blocks or a cooler full of dry ice. They are fair and helpful. Much better way to get larger quantities of cold water and CO2 than going to the convenience store!

I have tried for a while now to get ice delivery for our company. No one ever returns my phone calls or emails. When I call, the assistants who answer the phone will not even direct me to a sales rep. They tell me I have to wait for the sales rep to call me. When I called back in February, no one ever returned my call. Now I have called or emailed everyday for a week and still no quote or scheduled delivery.

Says they close at 4:30. Went in at 305 waited for someone to come out and help me then 25min later they told me they close at 4:00 and smelled like pot in there

Fix your ice bags!!! There not strong enough for ice....👎👎👎👎👎
