I wanted to write this review because I feel that the three girls who were working on this day(2/19/21) at the Tucson Mall location deserve the recognition for their genuine desire to help and provide feedback on finding the right dress for my really good friend. The girls were extremely helpful in their suggestions and provided useful ideas to improve the overall look we were trying to go for. My friend was so happy with their genuine support for finding the best fit and having such amazingly good attitudes toward the process. It helped her feel very comfortable when normally it would be a tough thing for her to go through. I feel that not enough people like Martha, Cassandra, and Corrie get enough recognition for their dedication to actually wanting to help and put forth the effort—not just to customers, but to people! Such a beautiful place! They have really gorgeous dress, I would highly recommend this place. It has all you need for that special occasion

One of the workers were a little rude, asked my mom to put a mask on and after we told her she had a medical condition she still told her she had to put a mask on. I normally love this store and go there a lot and never have an issue with the workers but I will not shop there anymore due to her not following state laws that state that people with medical conditions do not have to wear a mask. I believe this experience was very disrespectful.

Get more dressing rooms.

Stood for over 5 minutes at the counter and no one helped us checkout. Meanwhile employees were just walking around the store

The offer military discount. Always a great place to find formal dresses, their selection is huge. The one on Tucson mall is I feel a little more laid back but still formal dresses and the one in park place had a huge selection of formal dresses. Definitely a must go to store if youre in the look for a night cocktail dress. They also have going out and day outfits, shoes, accessories, purses, eyelashes, nipple pads and much more.

I never pass up Windsor when coming to this mall. I love this store! I never leave without purchasing something. Great quality and styles. Weather looking for an evening dress or everyday wear, I can always find something that pleases my taste. From dresses, to blouses, pants, shorts and skirts. Not to mention sandals, pumps and boots. Jewelry, make-up and perfumes!!!

The workers are very nice but I needed bridesmaids dresses and I found nothing. They do have beautiful dresses but not much variety. 😑

Best quality, beautiful trendy clothing. Monique and Dezi always make it a wonderful shopping experience!
