Great ambience sitting outside, along with a,great whiskey sour

Outstanding service and selection of bourbons. Cucumber Mule hit the spot. Pop up El Mexicano taco joint serving on a Friday night - also outstanding. Unbelievable donuts, check the website they change every week. Irish cream filled with whiskey shot - incredible. Unfortunately it was 1000F the day we went and the metal topped table provided for outside seating scorched my wrist before I realized the danger. Live and learn, be warned. Bourbon fixed everything.

Blown away by the selection they have here. I felt helpless in deciding so I asked the bartender(s) for a recommendation and they were extremely knowledgeable and did not disappoint. Tried a few house cocktails as well which were awesome. Great music and plenty of room to sit on a Saturday evening.

I haven’t even stepped foot into their location yet and they are already getting five stars from me. Total wine recommended me to come check them out to see if they carried a bourbon that they cannot get. I reached out to Batch on FB messenger and got a respond almost instantly. They didn’t have my product on hand but they put in an order for me that is to arrive next day(which is when I needed it by). I am extremely happy and satisfied with their customer service and I highly recommend you all to check them out. If total wine doesn’t have what you want, Batch will do their best to hook you up!

Had a lovely time! The staff was fun, the selections are great. I got to try some of the blends on my whiskey wish list, without having to gamble on a whole bottle. I actually discovered my new fave scotch (Bruichladdich). Then, theres the donuts! I saved my bacon crusted one for a hangover breakfast. Perfection.

They are super helpful with picking out what to drink and the donuts are delish. I love that they support local breweries too. If you are tossed up between some bourbon options, try a flight of three. Seriously one of my favorite places.

Mind blown! Was told to come try the Boozy cereals. Oh my god, this was one of the most decedent and delicious brunch Ive had in a long time. I had the Rum & Toast. See the photos for what is in this magical cereal! The space is beautiful, I tried to sit outside but found myself wanting to be inside to enjoy the atmosphere. I added the Stud donut as a side, it was amazing and fresh and, yes, had bourbon in it! The bartender, Noah, was super accommodating and attentive. Must stop if you are in Tucson!

I had the pleasure tlof coming to Batch for my first time this evening. The reason I came is the owner hired me to make new charcuterie boards and whiskey flight trays. I love the fact that a small business takes such pride in their presentation and supports other small businesses to meet their needs.When I arrived at 3:30 there were a few patrons enjoying drinks and the owner was excited to see his new boards. While looking a the boards I ordered a Ham and cheese grilled cheese along with a flight of whiskeys to try. I must say... I was blown away. First off, the grilled cheese was luxurious and cooked to perfection. The housemade mustard was the perfect match to the cheese and ham. Secondly, the side of mac and cheese was one of the best mac and cheeses that Ive ever had.For whiskey I tried a good variety and loved each and every one. Of course they were even better since on the new flight board! :)My favorite part about this place was the atmosphere. Everyone was friendly. When customers walked, they all said hi and were engaging amongst each other. It was nice see such a welcoming and well ran place.Overall, I was highly impressed and will definitely be back for more!

I wanted to love this place but was very disappointed. The bartender was not helpful picking out bottles to try and their menu gives zero information about their stock so you either have to Google each bottle or take a wild guess at what you might like. Really chill atmosphere but not great for exploring new whiskey.

The cream brulee donut is amazing! They caramelize the sugar on the donut right in front of you.

Batch is amazing. I love the patio, its right on Congress and you can watch the city go by. I tried the Peat and Repeat tonight, I never knew scotch and mescal could be such a great combo! Pictured is the Batch Sour, which is a great twist on a classic cocktail. Also, their donuts and sandwiches are amazing. The Molly goat cheese grilled cheese is a particular highlight, as is the creme brulee donut. Go there! Order their takeout while theyre shut! Support local business!

I seriously adore this place. Awesome whiskey selection and really good food. The 5-cheese grilled cheese and tomato bisque are both delicious!! The Batch potato chips are so good too... dip them in the bisque and WOW. Great happy hour specials. Love their street side seating, which is especially relaxing at night. I plan to go soon for brunch to try their boozy cereal. My favorite place to go in downtown Tucson.

Fantastic grilled cheese great whisky. A bit crowded for our taste when it comes to specialty bars but I cant fault others for sharing my enthusiasm.One of the bartenders gave me a suboptimal recommendation but thats how it goes anywhere. Great experience overall.

Great place if you love whiskey, bourbon, and scotch. They have an amazing curated selection of popular gems, local spirits, and small batch from around the country. The owner understands whiskey well and even delivered a couple bottles and a hat for me during the coronavirus pandemic

A lot of options but the service was lacking. The bar tender appeared to bed alone on a Saturday and he didnt seem to be happy to be at work. His interaction was brief and curt. There are other places you can go to spend your money.

This was a fantastic stop for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The bartender was exceptionally friendly, and the food was fantastic. My husband ordered the BLT and after one bite, I wish I had too. I had the So Fresco grilled cheese, which was light but also good. I was so disappointed that they were sold out of donuts, so next time were in Tucson we will definitely be returning to try them!If youre looking for a swanky, relaxed ambiance and tone cape the afternoon heat, stop here for some drinks and some sandwiches. You wont be disappointed!

Very cool place. Sat down at about 6:20pm, not too crowded, laid back. Very good old fashioned done right.

Cozy and active with a huge whisky selection and Friday taco techno night is on point. The outdoor seating is nice and protected from foot traffic.

Went by on National Donut Day early evening. They only had one bartender and one cook on. Bartender was quite overwhelmed. Waited about 20 minutes to put in my order. Grilled cheese was good as was the soup. Fries were over salted. Specialty cocktails were good but not memorable. Key lime donut was excellent. Would return for donuts to go, which they offer right at the entrance. Probably wouldnt dine in again if this is normal staffing levels.

Dont bother. I would recommend going somewhere that has good and ethical business practices. Batch certainly doesnt. After checking Batchs official website to confirm availability and price, I drive downtown to purchase a bottle. I arrive, request the bottle and am hit with an additional $15 charge because the employee claims that he can only sell it along with a purchase of a glass since theyre running low on stock for that particular bottle. Where is the logic in making it more difficult to purchase a bottle since its selling well? Why would a business price gouge their loyal customers? I mention the advertised price on their website and offer to demonstrate it on my phone and the employee dismisses it and chalks it up to a glitch-ridden website and technical issues.

Huge selection and great atmosphere

Had a great visit at Batch while out for the ol birthday. Enjoyed their Pretzel Bread, liked the mustard better than the cheese sauce. We stopped here on the way to another place but found ourselves back at Batch to end our night because the DJs beats were bringing us in! Plus enjoyed my Batch Sour from the earlier visit so I decided I needed a couple more!!!

This place is amazing. Excellent selection, exceptionally fair prices (unheard of in today’s bourbon market). Will patronize often!

Atmosphere and menu is ok, but definitely dont get on the ladder in the front because according to the bartender, its the fastest way out the front door. Maybe they should post an appropriate warning sign first. Is that good service or what?

A $5 Old fashioned at happy hour is a great place to start. And 25% of whiskey shots and drinks on Wednesday was pretty good as well. I had the spinach and artichoke dip to snack on and it was very good although Im not sure that Ive actually had a bad version yet.

This place should have a Michelin star! The grilled cheese was excellent. The Sac red Christian Old Fashioned was fantastic. And the Creme Brûlée donut was tremendous. Thank you Batch for existing!! :-)

Tasty cocktails and great happy hour

Fantastic selection of bourbons, scotches and whiskey! But even better are the grilled cheese sandwiches (the lobster one is divine!) and whatever magic is that tomato soup. Do NOT fail to get the soup! Its awesome for all and it and the sandwich go great with every whiskey option. The homemade donuts are pretty good too!Watch for special events

Nice interior, average donuts. We went there for my 27th birthday and unfortunately, didn’t get to try any of the drinks as both of the bartenders refused me service despite the fact I had a valid ID. I have a permanent resident card (green card) which according to the Arizona Department of Liquor is a valid form of ID. Upon disputing this with the bartenders, they stated that it is not acceptable to buy alcohol with, despite the fact that it clearly is.Nice spot, but the bartenders should be aware of the acceptable forms of ID before turning someone away with an ID that according to the state of Arizona, is legitimate and acceptable. It is their job after all.

Laid back environment with music that will keep you staying put for hours. Great drinks, sweet treats & a little menu to hit your cravings. The grilled cheese is delicious!! The resident DJs are humble & play awesome sets. Check it out!!

Awesome place. Bartender was very helpful and knowledgeable. The drinks were made accurately and with care. Grab yourself a donut in between drinks. I would highly recommend this bar.

If you love Bourbon and you are in Tucson then you need look no further than this excellent establishment. On top of the fact that you can get just about any whiskey or bourbon thats been made, they also sell bottles of liquor that you can take home with you and are often hard to find.

The best place in Tucson to sample and enjoy whiskeys! I’m a novice to whiskey and the very friendly and knowledgeable Rubin poured me my first Macallan 18 and introduced me to a couple of amazing Japanese whiskeys. I think I found a new hobby 😊

Come here for the whiskey. The wall behind the bar is filled with a staggering variety of single-malt, rye, bourbon, and others. And yes, the bartender will get out the ladder and pull down the one at the very top for you to sniff and sample! The donuts are tasty, too.

Good atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Modest food menu with a nice variety. Donut selection is always good as is the Whiskey selection. It is priced on the high side, but you can get a good drink for around $8 and a sandwich for as little as $7. Great place for coffee and a donut in the morning and lunch downtown during the week.

Really nice Whisky bar with a huge selection across the whole price range. Also Donuts! Nice staff, friendly crowd, and last but not least a really bass heavy Taco-Techno-Tuesday once a month! Highly recommended for a chill night out.

Visited from San Diego trying something different from beer. First off 200+ whiskey. Ruben helped me out very Knowledgeable on whiskey. Had the Ron Burgundy fight and have a few different Glenlivet 15 and 18 also macallan 18. This place is under rated . Check it out ask for Ruben if your a newbie like me.

Donuts and whiskey whats not to like!

Didnt catch our bartenders name, but she was excellent. My girlfriend and I went in on a hot afternoon after a long bike ride and she took care of us to a tee. Awesome drink selection and amazing whiskeys! Definitely try the Rye!

Fantastic collection of whiskeys, bourbons and scotches. Simple and straight forward.

The bacon chocolate donut was simple and amazing. The chocolate was real which you dont find often, the bacon crispy, and the filling complemented the entire pastry. On top of that, oh boy do they have a lot of whiskey.

Small but nice. Lobster Grilled Cheese was delicious! Cucumber Vodka Moscow Mule was refreshing and effective. 😉

This place is incredible. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, the prices are agreeable, and the environment is glorious. The people working there treat you more like a family friend than some rando who just walked in for a drink. 1.75 delicious drip coffee... need I say more?

Batch was great! My husband and I went for date night. The dining area is kind of small but I appreciate the intimacy it gives to the space. They have a rather full dinner menu for what I initially thought was a doughnut and whiskey bar. They are also kid friendly until 10pm and have grilled cheese, pb&j and mac and cheese options that looked delicious even for adults! They have a great happy hour EVERY DAY! We will be back for sure :)

Very neat spot with a classic hole in the wall vibe yet with enough room to be comfortable. We visited for the desserts we had heard about. Unfortunately they didnt have much left by the evening as they apparently get the amazing donuts from a bakery down the street. The ones we did try (creme brulee is awesome) were everything we had hoped for. For those who like whiskey the wall had shelf after shelf of whiskey variety. Our server was the friendliest Ive encountered at a cafe/bar, and made the entire visit an enjoyable interaction. Worth visiting if you are in Tuscon!
