Some therapists are good and some are so so. I only go once in awhile and the therapists are always different so sometimes I get lucky and other times not so much. The good thing is that its easy to get an appointment on short notice.

Tucson Touch Therapy has been around a long time with great reviews for its top-of-the-line massage therapy. This review is not about the massage therapy department. This review addresses bad business practices concerning their esthetics branch. I did reach out to Tucson Touch Therapy concerning this issue but received no reply.The following is my experience. I am not making anything up but sharing what happened to me. This review is not intended to sway you one way or another. This was with Hope. I had no contact with Lisa.ANALOGY1. What if you went to Walmart and bought three large items and when you went to check-out --- you checked out each item one at a time, and the cost came to $134. The next time you check out ---- the items are scanned all together and the price is $200. Same items.2. What if you bought three massages at a reputable business for $70 apiece. Total of $210. Once a week you use the massages that you purchased and there is no problem. BUT when you ask if you could use them all at once the massage therapist stated that she called her boss and her boss said the price for that would be $280. They raised the price UP $70 for what reason?WHAT HAPPENED TO METhis is what happened to me with Hope Eberhardt at Tucson Touch Therapy who I will say is one of the nicest people I have met in a long while. I booked an appointment for Sunday, September 26, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. which I cancelled.I reserved three treatments. Two of the treatments are listed on Hopes page and the third treatment is listed on Lisas page. Nowhere on the Tucson Touch Therapy website does it have anything that states a price for Full Body Wax.Treatments reserved for my appointment were 1. Full leg $50 2. Chest/Stomach $45 3. Bikini $39. Total $134.Hope Eberhardt stated to me in a Text Message on Friday 9/24/2021 at 5:16 p.m.Hey, so I spoke with my boss just to make sure I had everything all in line. They said that, since we are essentially doing a full body wax the price is 200.00. They said thats actually pretty low for the industry. Let me know if this still works. Thank you!Lets examine this text message.1. She spoke with her boss then kept using the word THEY. Who is her boss? Neither Hope nor Tucson Touch Therapy would get back to me on this one question. Boss and They are a contradiction.2. Since we are essentially doing a full body wax. What I bought was three treatments, not a full-body wax which this business does not have listed anyway, and ESSENTIALLY what the boss was doing was being greedy and making up a price which had nothing to do with good customer service and abiding by the listed prices on their website. WHETHER I use the services on THREE different occasions OR ALL together should NOT cause an exorbitant price change in favor of the business with no cause! SHAME ON YOU.3. They said that was actually low for the industry. ($200). I do not think the person who said that did their homework. Full body wax means different things at different salons. For instance, Beauty Image USA states a full body wax as Intimate Areas, Bikini, Legs, Arms, Back and maybe some facial.Right here in town at Doll Face Studio, their full-body wax includes Legs, Arms, Face, Bikini and is $100. At Melviras Hair salon where they have full waxing services, full body is $105. $155 they told me for a man. I can get a full-body wax for under $200 at a variety of places here in Tucson. Low for the industry is true. In California, New York, etc. But not for Tucson Boss. Do your homework. Of coarse here is Tucson there are the estheticians who price themselves way out of market range for Tucson.In conclusion, I have great respect for Tucson Touch Therapy BUT whoever was involved in the above situation should rethink their ethics and business skills. Losing customers should not be a priority..Happy Tomorrow.

I love Lisa doing eyebrows! She came highly recommended and as a man, didnt know what to expect but found Lisa to be a wonderful listener with the skills to take of my eyebrows, but not too much.

My therapist Alexis, was attentive and receptive to my needs and her communication before and during therapy was precise and calming. I randomly found Tucson Touch Therapies online and just got done with my second visit with Orlando. Omg what a great choice that was! He was so thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable and I can tell he truly, truly cares. He asked great questions and helped me get to the root of my pain issues. He wasted no time with fluff and went straight to the problem area in my hip. It helped so much and made my physical therapy exercises so much easier to do. Thank you!!!

This is the second time and I’ve gone to Alissa. she is absolutely amazing she hit all the right spots he changed it to only needs and I am very satisfied with my service and will continue to work with her. Very experienced!!! I strongly recommend her to anyone looking to ease your body tension and relax her beautiful personality says it all.

Love this place! Fred is amazing! Years of procedures including trigger point shots and epidural steroids prior to going here. I can walk regularly again, and my arm and hand are working so much better now too. I havent had shots since October 2019! 🥰 I used to get them every 2 weeks (alternating high and low sections). So happy to be past that!

Garnet is a great listener and that is where a good message starts. She listens to what you need to feel better and to diminish the pain. Then she follows through and you leave better than when you came in.

Tucson Touch Therapies is one the only place I go to get massages now. They are very professional and actually know how to give a massage to help youre body unlike those Asian places that you go in and they just rub oil on you. Here you go and they ask you about your body and what aches and hurt and really work on helping you out. Highly recommend anyone to try.

I cannot recommend Orlando highly enough. Ive seen many practitioners over the years and he is among the best them. His mix of anatomical understanding and education mixed with a natural intuition is a perfect combination.The place is lovely as are the staff. Its peaceful and parking is grear. Its well worth the money.

I recommend Alexis, highly. This was the best massage I have had in a long time, and was very relaxing. The music was soothing, the light was dimmed, and she applied just the right amount of pressure.

I wasnt sure about getting a massage, but its great. Helped my knee a great deal. Nice atmosphere, great staff. Id recommend this place. Ive only gone to Alexis who is awesome, but Im sure everyone else is great as well.

I’ve had lower back and shoulder problems for several years. A good massage therapist has always been helpful at relieving the aches and pains. I tried this place for the first time just a few weeks ago. Alexis gave THE best massage I’ve ever had! I’m now on the schedule regularly.

My experiences with the Tucson Touch Therapists have been above all. They have been extremely empathetic and very gentle. I feel they are quite skillful with their hands and highly competent in the techniques they practice.

I went in with pelvic and hamstring pain when walking and Fred knew what to do. The therapy helped tremendously.

I highly recommend Isaak from Tucson touch therapies! Best massage I have ever had! I have never known anyone who understood my back pain as well as I do, but he seemed to understand exactly what I needed without me even having to explain. Usually people dont seem to understand, even when I do explain. I am so thankful to him!
