Outstanding and friendly customer service and delivery people. I called three local rental companies before a friend recommended Modern Lift. Modern Lift beat my best price by OVER 50%! Delivery and pick-up were right on time. Equipment was more than adequate for my job and in very good condition. In the future, I wont even waste my time calling another heavy equipment rental company. Unlike other companies, Modern Lift works with your needs and cant be beat! Ill DEFINATELY rent from Modern Lift again in the future!

I really recommend this company to get all your rentals from. The front office and the field service techs will always put you as there number one priority. Also I never rented from a company that will go out of there way just to make sure you were happy with the rental. The woman I talk to you and deal with shes the best sales rep that ever worked with.
