After staying in the RV section for 3 months, I decided to purchase a home here. The residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The park staff are exceptional. Being alone now, I have felt very safe here. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are so many activities: cards, games, dancing, exercise class, sewing, crafts, shuffleboard as well as beautiful club house and pool with hot tub and sauna. The park has easy egress and close to all kinds of shopping and on the Tucson bus system. My two dogs and I are very happy here.
Its a great place my brother in law lives there, lots of activaties to do and residents are very friendly.
We looked around at other parks and chose to buy here 3 years ago after staying in the attached RV park. It is beautiful, clean, safe, friendly, and well managed. During non covid years there are plenty of activities if you are looking for things to do, though not as many as some other larger parks. The pool is fantastic and there are several hot tubs, a workout room, library, shuffleboard, and more. So happy we bought here and highly recommend it.
Very expensive mobile home park. Office Staff needs more organization and better followup, when messages are left with staff for other staff members, they are not always getting to the right person. Sales Department staff fail to follow through on prospective buyer agreements.
Cool people, cool park !! My new go to spot in Tucson . went here cause Cactus Country got liberal . 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Sister in rv section, she likes the parks amenities, other than the Javelina ate her plants and revisiting to destroy her water fountain at her site.
Very well done Very pleasant pleased
Its a great place to live
Discrimination is morally wrong! Even with age.
Good. 5 star
I visit a friend there. It is a 55+ park. It is very well kept. No trash, misc tools + equipment, etc. I noticed that they work on different projects just about every time I go to visit. I would have given this 5* but I dont reside here. 😀
Beautiful and peaceful so glad we are here!
Went to visit a friend. The entire park was just beautiful. Every home was well kept and manicured.
It is a beautiful Park they have heated pool not heated pool and a hot tub workout room play area much much more
Retirees mobile home park. Quiet.
Love the place - beautiful! Staff is helpful and friendly. Very safe place to stay with security at front entrance. Lots of activities: 55+ community with pool & hot tub, workout facilities, exercise classes, etc.Mobile homes in front section and RVs in back section. Clean and well managed facility.
Fantastic Setting. Fantastic Staff. Fantastic Neighbors. Totally pet friendly. There are a gazillion people walking their dogs all around the property. All they ask is that they are kept on a leash.
My mom has lived in Tucson Meadows Mobile Home Park for over 5 years. The community is well maintained and very beautiful. The pool was renovated last year and is a wonderful improvement to the park. The people are friendly, it is quiet, and there are numerous activities for the residents to participate in. I would highly recommend this mobile home park if you are looking for a great place to live!
We moved here over a year ago and we LOVE it here. We looked st all 55 plus communities and always made an extra trip through this park. Very clean, very nice management. Neighbors are wonderful and fun of activities for everyone. There is something for all.
My Father has lived here for over 10 years. Great community, friendly and caring neighbors and capable office staff
I work for Doordash. I stopped at the entrance to talk to the security guard and check in. My window doesnt roll down at the moment, so I opened my door and let him know my window doesnt work. He thought I was going to pass him apparently, because he was frantically waving me down and telling me to stop. I was already slowing down and acknowledging him so that seemed unnecessary? Anyway, I told him the name for my order. Typically when I enter RV parks, or places like Ventana Canyon, they write down the name and tell me where to go. He was like What? Who? and scoffed while trying to figure out what I was doing, even though I told him over and over again. Anyway, I told him the unit number. He said Okay thats what I needed. Okay..? Why wouldnt you immediately ask me for the unit number upon greeting? He asked who I worked for again even though I already told him. He then OPENED MY CAR DOOR ALL THE WAY and stepped closer to me. Im a young female and this made me SO uncomfortable. We could hear each other just fine with my door propped open. He looked around my car like I would have something illegal in there. He said he would show me the unit on the map and to pull forward. I said okay. He said You see the big map we have on the wall right here? like I was a 2 year old. Yeah, I see it. He showed me how to get there. I was polite the entire time and thanked him. He was acting like I was a toddler or that I was impaired or something. It was so rude. I was so, so uncomfortable when he opened my door and got closer to me. It was definitely not okay. Also, if a resident orders food, they need to say in the instructions that we need to provide the unit number to the security guard and let him show you on the map. All she said was back row of RV park. Thats not helpful at all. Such a terrible experience.
One of the nicest and friendliest people in this town. My brother lives there. He loves it. Senior living and RV living cleanest place in Tucson. Julia Minor Lyles
I love to come for their yard sale but I know a couple people who live there and they are happy
They say pet friendly but better word for it is pet tolerable. Thats not right. Youre either pet friendly or not!! Youre not allowed to even walk dogs down the street. Do u csll that friendly??
We moved in over a year ago. This is a beautiful and well run park thanks to the new manager Pam. Plenty of activities for those wanting something to do. I highly recommend this park!
We couldn’t be happier here at Tucson Meadows. Everyone is so kind the camp is spotless. We feel perfectly secure they have a security gate. It is close to all of the things that we need. We are here until mid January hopefully to mid February.
Very very well maintained, beautifully appointed mobile community. Friendly, helpful staff. Grounds and property top notch. Two pools and three jacuzzis make it my goal to find a mate and live there. Right in the heart of town. M
Its clean, its quiet and the neighbors are kind to one another. The guard/check-in house adds a layer of security. I feel good about my family members living here.
Lived in RV park for over a year. Bullied by Cheryl, RV hostess. Turnover rate for employees and management will make your decision. Front office run by Pam. All in on the deception of a great park but check with the residents, a much different story. Dont buy here, dont rent here. Nazi style management. Choose elsewhere. New manager Storm, horrible, rude, obtuse, and thinking he makes all decions, until the residents leave and dont renew. Watch out people, this company is devious and do not care about residents, they only care about making profits.
Management is definitely into themselves. There is only one way and that is there way! Does not listen to or want any input from residents. The rent keeps going up and up and the amenities keep going down. I have been here for over 12 years and I am seriously thinking about moving on.
Not a very nice place after all.
Beautiful property/clubhouse and amenities. Terrific sales staff. Seriously thinking of moving there.
I lived here for 2 winters and had to move for family reasons. I could see myself living here full time. The people are so nice and there are so many activities you can participate in if you choose. There were some temporary problems with renovations, but that can happen anywhere. I highly recommend this mobile home park. I felt safe and welcomed.
Yeah forever need to live somewhere that would be a great place
Seasonal visitor, disappointed in the management of this park. Swimming pool was shutdown for renovation during busiest time with snowbirds here. Now the city shutdown the renovation due to lack of permits. Front gate reconstruction is a joke, contractors dont know what they are doing. Now kitchen closed by health department. This could be a great park however managers are to busy with their personal agenda.
My mom has lived here for several years now and seems to enjoy her time there. The place is well maintained and quiet, yet close enough to shopping and main streets.
My wife and I moved into the park almost 16 years ago. I would agree with a previous post. The rent goes up EVERY JUNE but we see nothing to warrant the increase. It is a beautiful park and there is plenty to do if you choose to get involved. I volunteered for Bingo and also work on the Greeters staff. The current mgmt is much better than the last! Need to get ahold of the CONSTANT rent increases. Highly recommend this community for all seniors. Very friendly and quiet.
People are great. Nice Retirement community.
Was in & out, dropped friends off, but they tell me they like the place..
Nicely maintained and very friendly community! Lots of great activities to participate in if you choose
This is the best place for seniors. Beautiful clubhouse and lots of activities, if you want to join in. Close to everything you need. There are RV spaces there, too.
Cost to much money for what you get, and our Electric bill for 3 weeks was $192.00, also the the drinking water smelled and taste like Shit. One star is to good for them
Nice place to park my trailer and stay a few day very clean and very nice people.
Pretty impressive mobile home park
Very pleasant and down to earth folks. Clean, comfortable and secure community.
Park is nice, residents are nice, management eh, not so much. Good place to live overall.
Just went there to visit friends. It seemed well taken of.
Seems more a retirement community of Snowbirds. Friendly environment and well kept.
Not too bad for a mobile home park as mobile home parks go I guess
A very well maintained and friendly 55+ community with quite a few planned activities.

Wonderful quiet Senior Living Park.
Had a very nice, spacious clubhouse.
Some of the Guard Shack workers are FABULOUS.
Attractive community, visually and lots to do.
This is the ace to get all the drugs you could want.
I live here and love it.
I live there and I like Tucson Meadows also have to check it out its really nice to live there!!!!
Great park.
Fantastic M/H/P !
Existing favoritism, nepotism, park host PROBLEMS, manager problems with rulemaking demanding wrong doers ( snow birds) !
Did a lot of landscaping at entrance then raised the rent almost double to pay for it ???!!!
