Bought a custom built unit for a curved staircase. Was told that while the rail would not be able to be bought back, the chair portion would when it was not longer needed. Now that it is not needed, they say they do not buy back the chairs from a curved stair chair. BEWARE what they tell you, only interested in making the sale and will lie about what is an option after the sale. I should have demanded the deal for the buyback in writing.

They called and communicated with me. Went from 1 to 3 to 4 stars. Thank you.Every time I call I get all circuits are busy. Sourcing out the phone system could be a bad idea.
