Went back to Old Pueblo Harley per Danny’s request to assist me in cleaning up the scuff on my front fender. The boys at Harley really came through and buffed out the scratch. Not only that, but they also cleaned up the entire bike. Danny and Old Pueblo really made things right. I was there about an hour or so. They sent me riding with a huge smile on my face. The entire staff was amazing. I have been shopping for a used Harley for sometime now and couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. I am fromIndiana and was out visiting friends and family. My kiddo lived right next door to the dealership or day she was at work so I walked over to see their used inventory. I walked in and like all things new and shiny the new bikes caught my eye. Chris was with a client while I was there so Ben from parts walked me around showed the bikes. Since being never owned a Harley he explained in detail all the bikes. He really helped me find the right thing. Chris freed up and then took over for Ben. He explained in even more detail what Ben had said. Chris turned me over to Reg who handled the rest of it like a champ. I never planned on doing anything while I was out there so I had to unfreeze credit get money together and they were just awesome. The dealership was closing and I didn’t want to hold them up. I thanked them for their time and just asked them to call me Saturday. By 1030 I had a call with the congratulations. They did everything! I even bought the service warranty because they have a sister dealership in Ohio for me to take it too. There is a tire warranty everything. I can’t thank them enough for the education, kindness and a service mentality. I can tell you it was worth the 2200 mile trip and having it shipped back. I checked the 4 major dealerships in Indy and none of them had the beauty I bought. A 2021 Road Glide with the Snake Venom Green Paint and it has everything. Thank you guys. I started off looking for a used bike and the patience and kindness demonstrated while I was there prompted me to buy a new bike from you. Yes I will be back out and hope to get the next new bike from you as well!

I have owned a couple Harleys over the years and had an idea of what I wanted. After speaking with Terry and explaining what I was looking for he got my girlfriend and I taken care of on a Harley that is perfect for us and our needs. Terry was easy going, not high pressure at all and very informative. Once Terry got us with GT Hurley the financing was just as smooth, easy, and again not high pressure at all. Terry and GT have definitely earned customers for life and more than customers they have formed a long lasting relationship! Parts guy Casey has an attitude issue . Not very professional or friendly. Front desk staff and Danny much more professional, friendly, helpful. Hard to give my business somewhere when the staff are unprofessional- cant trust people like that to work on your bike.

Took my bike to get its first service done at Old Pueblo Harley and they did an excellent job. The service was done within approximately an hours wait time. The staff in the store were friendly and helpful as well. During my wait I made a couple of purchases from the store and the sales clerk went as far as to give me a patch for free. A small store that is big on service.

Danny has always provided me with excellent customer service over the many years I have done parts business with him. He is a great employee and a great person! Give this man a raise, he deserves it!

Where to start? My first Harley I bought was a Dyna Low Rider... G.T. was the sales person back then. I had been looking at the CVOs online and decided nows the time for my first ever new vehicle. The CVO Road Glide in Bronze Armor was the one. I checked the stock at Harley-Davidson of Tucson knowing they were the parent dealership. Lucky for me after talking with the Marketing MGR. at Harley-Davidson of Tucson. The last CVO shipment was the Road Glide in Bronze Armor. I went to G.T. because he sold me my first bike... G.T. now is the finance MGR. at Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson. Needless to say Im the proud owner of my dream bike thanks to the staff at Old Pueblo Harley. Thanks G.T.

My husband and I just purchased our 1st Harley from the Old Pueblo Harley Davidson on 22nd st in Tucson and this was the absolute best experience. They were all so very helpful and fun. It was such a stress free experience I only wish they sold cars and houses to make life that much easier. Great team work and huge up. If we ever buy another one we will definitely go back.

I have wanted a Harley Davidson motorcycle for more than 10 years and have gone to several different dealerships in my search for the perfect motorcycle. My wife went into the store to try and find a visor screw for my HD half helmet which had fallen off during a 3100 mile motorcycle ride. Along my adventures, I stopped at several HD shops and was unsuccessful in finding one. Jen assisted my wife in trying to locate a screw for it, but was unable to find it. Jen told my wife she would contact Harley Davidson. Later the same day Jen called my wife back and told her she was able to find a screw which would match. My wife returned to the store the next day to pick it up at no charge and of course my wife bought a couple of things for herself. This is the importance of supporting your local dealerships who go out of their way to support their customers.

Chris Poole sold me my first Harley, 2001 Road King, 20 years ago, when the dealership was on Grant Road. Over the years Chris has treated me like family, always greeting me with a big smile and a heartfelt welcome. I just purchased my fifth Harley from this dealership. Chris and Terry Cork worked hard to find the Ultra Limited I wanted. The color I wanted was only available on the 2020 model and there were only eight in the U.S. I also wanted the new RDRS option which decreased the number to three. I made their task more difficult by specifying the financial terms I wanted. Despite the challenges I presented to them, they found a bike in New York and found a credit union that accepted my financial terms. Outstanding performance!

I am from CaliUnicornia and stop at every HD dealership I come across. Some are shabby and not well kept. Old Pueblo was neat, clean, well stocked and the staff was intelligent, friendly and knowledgeable. I found what I wanted and got help doing so without having to ask. Great experience and if I lived in Tucson I would do my HD business there.

Took my bike in for service. Out of curiosity asked what I could get for my bike on a trade in and long story short I’m now the proud owner of a new Heritage. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. I’m a repeat customer because GT always goes above and beyond to locate just the bike you want. Terry and Ty also went out of their way to be helpful and allowed me to test ride several bikes. I highly recommend OPHD if you are looking for a new ride!

Old Pueblo Harley-Davidson should be ashame of flying the American Flag made in China that is faded and stars are barely visible. Flying a discolored or tattered U.S. flag is against United States law. This flag should be removed and destroyed

I’m from Texas here visiting went to your store at 5:30pm and you were close your website and when u call says that you’re open until 6 PM! Apparently you decided to close early or when ever u want to! I won’t be back we don’t do that in Texas

Awesome experience. Was searching for a specific bike. Terry and Chris, in sales, really went above and beyond to get it. The purchase went really smooth. Feel like I walked outta there with a bargain made and the smile hasn’t left!! I ended up purchasing the FXLRS (Low-rider S) and it’s absolutely amazing. Needed an air filter for my 20k service and was able to pick it up quickly and easily. Was also able to get a Ride 365 mileage reading taken and submitted. Really appreciate the friendliness and positive attitude of the entire staff.

Very dissapointed. Only had bike for 3hrs. Had to return due to medical reasons. They purchased it back for $2500 less than what I paid for only a few short hours ago... What a racket. I cant believe they would be so greedy. Bad business for sure. WOW shafted! I wont ever buy from them and would advise others to steer clear if they dont want to get the SHAFT!

Purchased a 2017 Tri Glide from OPHD in late October. Visit started as a service appointment which turned into a trade in before the end of the day. (If my wife had not needed to use the rest room we would not have stayed and things would have turned out differently, so I blame her.) The salesman (Darius) was new but did an effective job of translating our interests into action, guiding us towards our eventual purchase, with GT Hurley overseeing the financials and Terry Cork assisting Darius with the delivery prep. Getting past the emotional attachment to my trade in I received fair value for it and we left the dealership at the end of the day with the Tri Glide. Since purchase, Ronnie Bartanen (Service Writer) and Ben McGlawn (Parts) have been extraordinarily helpful navigating the sometimes twisted trail of just what things will work and what wont, and the Service has been top shelf. As far as going from two wheels to three, I definitely miss two, but appreciate the trike more each time I ride it. Maybe another two wheeler is in the future, but for now we are enjoying the Tri Glide and the great support from Old Pueblo HD.

I purchased a 2018 Street Glide Special on January 18, 2018. GT was my sale associate and let me say he is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and and very truthful. He was always available for any question and concern I had. Old Pueblo HD beat out 2 HD dealerships in Phoenix on the price and the acceseoiries which I put on the bike. And Paul the Manager, was outstanding, he made the purchase very simple and easy. The dealership is very clean and all the staff go out of there way to make you feel at home, no pressure sales. Danny, Justin, and Hank in parts are super. I pick the bike up on Thursday Feb 1, 2018 after I had some accessories put on . I was very pleased with everything that I had installed on my new bike. They did an outstanding job from the sale to the install. It was well worth the wait. As a Veteran and a retire Federal Officer I highly recommend Old Pueblo HD, they treat you like a friend not just another sale. Old Pueblo is the only place I will go to get parts, service, and clothing.

Went in April 2020 on a Thursday,Margie the staff working the counter just stared me down as soon as I walked in. Did not make me feel welcomed. She did not great me at all for those first few seconds of store time and when she did she just said it like she didnt even care too help a customer out.I was the only customer in the store at the time and my experience was just awkward and rude.Hope the service improves.

The saying As Good As Your Last Sale holds true with my experience with this dealership. The enjoyable ending was riding my 2020 Street Glide out of the parking area and having Old Pueblo Harley Davidson in my rear view mirrors.....

I had the best experience imaginable at the service department here. My 2017 Road Glide Ultra with Stage IV upgrade kit broke a valve spring and completely destroyed the entire engine. It was 10 months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have an extended warranty. The repair estimate was >$7,000. Everyone warned me that HD wouldnt help at all. Ronnie in service pleaded my case with the HD factory and talked them into completely covering the repair! They put a brand new short block and all the stage IV pistons, cylinders, heads, and cam in - over $8,000 in parts and labor - and didnt charge me a thing. Its running better than ever! These guys earned my business and loyalty, and renewed my faith in Harley Davidson. I couldnt be happier.

Old Pueblo is great! It’s an amazing store and my wife and I really enjoyed our interaction with all of the employees, especially GT.GT was great to work with, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We were from out of town and stopped in “just to look” at bikes; but, then I ended up buying a new Harley Davidson! GT assisted me in the purchase and having the bike shipped all the way to Idaho. The bike arrived in perfect condition and I love it! Thanks to GT, my purchase with Old Pueblo was a very good experience and I plan to stop in and see them all next winter when I’m in Tucson. Can’t wait to put some miles on the new bike once it warms up here in Idaho. Mike

I stopped by to see exactly what they carried and I can never go by a Harley store or dealership without checking them out. On this visit o was able to get some patches and decals I had been looking for. Stop by Im sure you will find something you just cant resist.

All of the employees are customer service oriented. They call me by name when I walk in. Courteous and helpful, they all keep a smile on their face and welcome questions. The parts department is happy to chase down solutions even when the parts may only be available through after market vendors. Old Pueblo Harleys a fun place to hang.

I hate Harley Davidson dealerships never got a fair shake. If it were not for the Service Manager Brad and my boy Jay the one and only mechanic that I will allow to even touch my bike at Old Pueblo Harley Davidson in Tucson I wouldnt use Harley dealerships at all. If they were not there anymore I wouldnt use Harley dealerships ever again. The girls in the showroom and the rest of the staff are outstanding as well. Old Pueblo Harley Davidson in Tucson is the only dealership I will ever use and give my money to. They are simply the best. No better Service Manager like Brad and never had a better mechanic work on my bike than Jay, there is no substitute. Greatness Personified especially the Service Department. You can never go wrong

Unwelcome feeling from entry, stared at, but not greeted by a sales rep. Watched like thieves while browsing from an obviously available sales rep. Brother you literally walked outside and watched us drive off without saying a word like we were asked to leave. Your in a service industry... low selection, run down lot, obviously poor judgment from a rep, missing a potential or future customer.Better attitude and atmosphere right next door at ridenow. Which I did visit the same day.

Wonderful experience here last weekend buying my first Harley. Brett Murphy was my salesperson. My wife and I felt no sales pressure, just easy answers and friendly faces.The store is fantastically clean and well laid out. The bikes are impressive. The store also carries safety equipment, branded shirts, jackets, helmets, parts, stickers, keychains, etc.I cant recommend them enough. Great location, wonderful selection!

Marco is by far the best electrical tech in Tucson! He can troubleshoot and fix any electrical issue there is. He is a bright star in this service depart, and is the primary reason I use Old Pueblo. I wouldnt take my bikes anywhere else for electrical issues.

Yesterday my husband and I stopped by to buy some things we needed for our road king, Service was great until we got to the register, not only did the cashier (Tara ) get my husbands name wrong after us telling her no it is not Sammy it is Manny ...still she didnt acknowledge it and continued with checking us out with a silly remark we may not look like what we r doing but We do got it together what ever that ment..our order was suppose to come out to about $80 something so she tells us @168.60 ...I was like OK why so much ?? Then coming to find out she had not put it under my husbands name but that guys Sammy, I pointed it out and apparently so she said the over charged amount of $76 will be returned to out account within a little while, after a few hours we still had no money returned to our account, my husband returned to the store and he was told by Tara and the manager standing right next to her that do to all the inconvenience and trouble and run around we had that the whole purchase of $168.60 will be returned into our account and that the items we have purchased is a gift from Harley Davidson because they made the mistake and that Harley Davidson appreciated their customers and that they are standing to their commitment to the company!! Tara said she would call us and see if the full amount has been returned . We waited for hours for a call from her, we decided to call her, her answer was oh yes we have it gotten done and gave us the transaction number, so I asked what the amount was that has been returned to our account, it was only the amount that she has over charged with the other order from Sammy ...I was very upset ..not over getting the total amount of 168.60 but due to her lying and not only making us look stupid and lied to but as well she made Harley Davidson look like they are not standing to their commitment of making the customer happy, we have had send family members to this location and they purchased items as well as a motorcycle from them but I will never return to this store, we rather drive a few miles more and go to the store on Ina .

I took my 2008 Electra glide classic again starter issue. Ronnie the service writer came out wrote me up and said he would get back with me as soon as possible. Within an hour and a half they called with the diagnosis of a bad starter and also found a couple of oil leaks. They told me at least five to seven business days before they get the starter in. The two days later Ronnie called me and said my bike was done, they had a starter at another location and picked it up. Never have I had such prompt service at a dealership, Ill go nowhere else from now! Thanks guys!
