This Outlet mall has all sorts of nice places to go shop. Just walking around is fun as well, place is gorgeous. Small food court as well.

It seemed like about half of the storefronts were empty. The pandemic must have had a dramatic affect on a number of retail chains. My favorite kitchen store is gone.

Outdoor shopping center with a variety of stores. Great place to spend some time on the weekend.

It was peaceful and I like that the food area is indoors but they also have places to sit outside if you want to. I like the feel if it being an outdoor mall but during the summer its harder first me. It still gives off the peaceful vibe that the indoor ones just simply cant! The workers in the shops are also very friendly and have great customer service

Ive been to the outlet mall a handful of times, and each time I leave I am disappointed. There is a wide variety of stores here but I can never find any good items.I usually love outlet malls because they have great deals- this one does have good deals- it just seems very picked over.Ill probably keep trying to go here but I know it wont be the best experience.

Beautiful outdoor mall with a fire pit, outdoor fans to blow on you while sitting on one of the many benches along the walkway. Peaceful, quiet atmosphere. I saw a lot of workers actively sweeping, emptying trash containers, making sure all was clean and organized. Im going to back some evening so I can experience the atmosphere when all the lights around the mall are glowing and to just relax by the center fire pit.Oh, by way they have a lot of Brand stores with great deals.

Modern village style shopping. Nice food hall, pleasant surroundings and clean.

Great shops for you and the kiddos! And shopping outdoors in the beautiful az weather beats a crowded indoor mall anyway of the week! Especially nice now that we are all cognizant of the benefits of social distancing!! Stop at Starbucks for a tasty cold beverage your second time around!

Went to Micheal Kors outlet. Sales staff were ok. Not all pieces have a discounted price tag. I felt like they were to busy talking among themselves to answer my questions. I really wanted to get 3 more purses but they were to busy to assist me.

My general impression of this outdoor mall was disappointment. I expected great low prices at an outlet mall, but every store that I entered seemed to have close to regular prices. So maybe you save $10 on $90 pair of running shoes, but would that make it worth the trip? It did sometimes strike me, however, that the selection was better than at discount stores -- and thats a plus.I actually went with my wife simply to explore another place that we had not yet been to. And here I was also disappointed. The food court was very limited (5 retailers?), and many of these establishments had closed earlier than our stomachs. There are snack machines located around the campus, but the offering is way too limited: soft drinks and salty snacks (if I remember correctly). I assumed it was too hot outside for ice cream machines or candy bars.Bathrooms are too far apart, and the one I went to seemed under repair.This place is worth a one-time visit. If you find a favorite store or two, you may want to return again.

When it’s needed,I love spending some time and money here. The scenery is great, the weather is perfect. Never to crowded that you can’t either walk or relax. I Highly recommend this place for some light weekend shopping and perhaps a coffee or pretzel

This mall is almost entirely devoted to clothing and shoe stores, with a Disney store and an axe throwing center about the only outliers. Many vacant shops and an almost deserted food court add to the sense on desolation. Not crowded, and with plenty of parking, but not really anything to draw crowds, either.

Angel, Keian, Hayden, Mom& Dad-we all went2 City of Fun Carnival. Fun but windy w/a lil chill...

Many stores arent there like there used to be. The ones there are still good just miss some of the variety

Good outdoor outlet mall with many shops offering military/veteran discounts which make some prices even better. Just look for the patriotic star on their window. Located just a few short miles north of Tucson it is usually well worth the drive when they have their sale events on. There is also an indoor food court for when you get hungry.

Largest Outlet mall in the area. Expected better deals, but inflation is probably driving the market right now.

Designer brands at a bargain cost. Whats not to like? Stocked my sons entire closet for next to nothing.

I had a great shopping experience. Found what I was looking for and much more. I bought my granddaughter a nice purse from the coach store at 70% off the regular price. I went overboard in the Tommy Hilfiger store, there was so much to choose from.

I really did think this place was lovely the up keep is done very well at these outlets. I didn’t see as many stores as I was hoping to see that was my only reason for not giving 5stars. My l.o loved the small playground for younger children and it was a great place to have them take a break from all the fun shopping and have a snack.

As outdoor malls go this is a nice one. Lots of variety in the food options and the main stores are all the big names.

Love going here to walk around especially on nice days. Crocs store and Disney store are our favorites.

Lots of stores, but many sell the exact same products... So if you dont find what you are exactly looking for at one, go next door and they likely have your size.

Ugh! What about this place is premium? Tried to go shopping on Saturday to look for a new purse while on vacation. First, theres absolutely nothing around the mall except Hampton Inn & an urgent care. No gas station or food. Area is undeveloped desert. I noticed the parking lot landscaping has not been trimmed back since you cant see around any corners or rows of parking. The mesquite trees look like old weeping willows from the swamps of the bayou. Hard to see pedestrian, oncoming traffic, curbing etc. Finally found a parking space (it was mall a day before mothers day busy) opened my car door to get out & was greeted by an improperly disposed dirty diaper. Back into the car and left to seek food back in town.

I visited the Kate Spade shop in the mall. There was hardly a sole in the whole mall on a weekend. I bought a fabulous yellow leather wallet and matching pouch for an Incredibly discounted price. It was my lucky day! I will always remember Tucson when I touch it.Hey, Im serious now! :-)

This place is underwhelming to say the least. The prices aren’t any cheaper than the mall. Some of the stores shelves are empty and other stores are just closed on a Friday afternoon. Definitely a one and done for me.

Just off the i10. Its a great place to shop if your looking for Nike Adidas Guess Coach CK Samsonite, 5th Ave, there are also few outlet shoe shops and kids clothing and a very reasonable cheap clothing outlet shop (VF) . Its not as big as Tuscon Mall but it caters for some main brands and are fair value. Its clean and restrooms too.

Great experience except for the the food court. Only two restaurants open. VF Factory employees are great and willing to help in your search for clothes.

They are no where near full occupancy. If its on your route nice place to stop, do a little shopping, have a snack, clean bathrooms...I found some good things at great prices

I wander around the entire complex but i typically only find things I like at VF. My role in engineering demands clothes that look sharp in meetings but also can take some abuse in the factory or out in the field. The wrangler outdoor pants and rustler pearl snaps from VF have been my daily uniform for a few years now. Stock is always consistent and prices are very solid and low. I walked out with 2 pairs of pants and 5 button ups for $116 after taxes. The items i purchased were repeat buys from previous years and I can attest the durability to be second to none. Friendly staff. Come check them out if you havent.

This is a very good place to shop. American Eagle is coming soon and Francescas is another great place for the ladies to pick up a few things.

Beautiful walking outdoors with access to each store with Climbing Bouggainvilla everywhere and huge pots of Bird of Paradise! Although they need better care! I thought for an outlet mall that the prices were expensive? Didnt purchase anything as we were SO disappointed that not one store had clothing with Arizona or souvenirs for visitors to buy for families??? Got my walking in though! Never liked shopping, allthough I would go there more if they had more discount stores?

The premium outlets are open. With the outdoor environment traveling from one store to another you can get all your shopping done, other than groceries, in one stop. This limits you exposure to others in the best controlled shopping environment. Top names at great prices.

It’s kind of boring there, really only go to Nike, Addidas or some other store, wish they would add more.

Whats not to love they got a wide variety of merchandise and its outside so you dont feel like youre confined and youre able to be outside in the winter time without being very cold,all n all just pleasant perfect environment to shop and enjoy yourself I recommend going there,in fact I highly recommend it. VERY relaxing to me and the only downfall is the pop machines make sure youre not that thirsty not a very good variety and kind of pricey for a pop or a water and I was overcharged my credit card was charged several times and I didnt like that too much but all the money I saved made up for it. If you like shopping I urge everyone to get there it was so slow I wonder how long can they stay open with such little amounts of shoppers. We need 2 support our local businesses if we dont then I guess we can just never leave home and order everything from online. How boring!Be 😊 happy shop a mall. 😳
