Employee brought out new tables of items, for sale? When I went to look at stuff was told very rudely table is not open yet. First off, why bring it out if not ready and for sale? Second, why do you have to be rude about it? I did not know stuff in the middle of your store is not for sale. This was my first time/last time visiting your store. I will never shop in a store where employees are rude to customers. May be time to learn about customer service.

This is my favorite place to go look piles of clothes . Prices are done by weight. They are covid compliant less ares and farther apart. carts washed after each use.Masks are manditory, and I suggest gloves as wellYou need two hrs to really go through the bends . There are great clothes mixed together with not s good. Some have tags as well as good vendors. . I suggest everyone who has a eye for clothing to try this Good will out.

This was the worse goodwill I have ever been in. Its was horribly dirty. Merchandise was tossed in large bins and just sitting around the room. It was expected to dig through these things. Ps: covid 19!!!!If I had not been to 100s of these stores all over the country and this was my 1st I would NEVER step in one again!Im glad I dont live in Arizona. Because I would never donate my items to a goodwill will ever again.

For a company that claims to do good they don’t seem concerned with the environment or the surrounding businesses. Their trash lines the street and is blown around every which way. The drivers are highly disruptive going ever the speed bumps very quickly in large semi trucks. This is unacceptable.

What a new experience for us!!! My goodness!!! We were not sure what to expect when we walked in. We just stood there gobsmacked as we took it all in. We hesitantly jumped in and were treated just fine by the more intense bargain hunters. And we did find several bargains too. There were people shopping with CARTS full of items. It is a rather interesting presentation of items, but it seems cost effective for Goodwill. And it works! And a majority of items they bring out are bought and do not end up in landfills. So you go Goodwill!!! Staff was VERY welcoming and kind, and did their jobs well. My only request would be to have more carts available for customer use.

Ive only been to this particular goodwill once but I look forward to going back!!! At first I was a little taken back by everything but once I began to look and dig in I really enjoyed all of the hidden treasures there were there and finding them is never ending! Not only was I able to get something I absolutely loved but when I unfortunately I came up 25 cents short the cashier simply smiled, dug in her own pocket and told me to have a beautiful day & that goodwill appreciated my business!!!! I was blown away by her kindness and it was all I needed to make me a life time customer.

I equate the shopping experience here much like I would imagine dumpster diving would be like minus the garbage. Things are literally just thrown into big bins and you have to sift through it. But you will find some good items at a fraction of the cost of a regular Goodwill store. Go with plenty of time to look as you could be there a while.

The good: great prices, you can find treasure items every time you shop! Lower prices than any other thrift store in town! Some employees are nice depends on time of day I suppose 😏. The bad: customers!! Rude, will walk over you if must. Resellers and the very obvious connections with employees! They get first dibs on items that never make it to the floor, better item pricing and there is no control whatsoever on cart usage!! These are used as storage bins for hours while normal customers have to get on a waiting list for one!

This is the first Outlet Ive been to when I first walked in I was a little skeptical but ended up walking out with a stroller full of items for less than $20. I just moved to the area and was able to get bathroom rugs as well as blankets, some toys for Christmas and some nice clothes. I learned real quickly with the unveiling was and almost became like an addiction. I definitely want to try when I have more time and just hang out for a few hours. I will be coming back without my children when I have more time to fully shop.

I love what Goodwill does, and I respect and admire how they help people, but this outlet store is the grossest, messiest, dirtiest, and scariest Outlet I have ever seen in my life. This place is like a post-apocalyptic haven that has old VHS tapes, unfavorable Halloween items, CDs on the floor, and a hoard of people who have never seen such items since after the nuclear bomb took away the life, and the possessions, we took for granted. On a serious note, dont go here. Find another outlet.

This place is good for bargans, but be prepared to be in all day.Merchandise does get refreshed frequently, but do come prepared. Its kinda like Fight Club as someone else mentioned πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ (Can also be overwhelming with the amount of clothing and merchandise to dig through) To avoid that atomsphere I avoid the crowded areas. But if you have time to search and some time to kill you can find some cool stuff for not a lot of green. Its definitely not your standard Goodwill though.

The workers are doing the best they can they just need more help

I love myself a Goodwill, but this place is a whole different animal. Inside you will find giant tables and dumpster-sized bins overflowing with all shapes, sizes, and cleanliness levels of clothes, which makes it pretty impossible to sort through. If its not clothes, then its full of knick-knacks, electronics, toys, and everything else. The real main event here, however, is the wild-eyed, crazed frenzy with which people (I think they were humans) were frantically pawing and digging through everything. Elbows flying, mad dog looks, glass breaking... seriously, I thought someone was looking for a lost Picasso. As we hear glass breaking and feel it hit our legs (thank goodness we were in jeans), I saw a woman pull her hand out of the melee, examine her bleeding finger, and plunge right back in. A nice volunteer told us to get out while we still could. I recommend you come prepared for Fight Club, wear long sleeves and pants, steel-toed boots, thick gloves, and eye protection. Also, up to date vaccinations are a must. Better yet, skip this one and go to the Eegees on the corner, instead.

Visiting from out of state and love to check out thrift store when I travel. This was an experience of a lifetime. Not a conventional thrift store by any means. The merchandise is like recjects from the main Goodwill circuit. They wheel bins full of mystery out, covered in sheets. Everyone gathers around the bins and awaits the unvail. A worker rips the sheets from the bins and you just dive in. Be prepared to elbow and be elbowed out of the way as merchandise literally flies through the air. Grab what you can before it is broken. fill cart with what you might want. Wheel it to a corner and decide from there if it is worth buying. Even if its not, its like a dollar a pound. Found some neat stuff. Also found a lot of things that had been broken in the chaos, that would have been neat if it had survived. Wish I would have made video of an unveiling. Very chaotic and extremely amusing. Also fun to see what other people buy.

Buy stuff by the pound. Clothing is $1.50, electronics are $0.90 per pound. Got to dig for it though in giant bins with like 20 other people grabbing for it too. Great deals but the experience is not for everyone but for those who dig it its not to be missed.

As I walked in my first thought was to turn back around and get out of there, why you might ask ....there were just piles and piles of clothes in dissaray no order to them what so ever . No clothes hangers, just clothes on top of clothes in these big things they call Bins . Well to my surprise I started going through these bins and I had so much fun, I found so many items, name brand, new clothes, somethings older and a bit used but wow I managed to grab up so much more than I expected . They had electrical, household, toys, accessory. At the register they weigh the clothing then they calculate the price. I purchased over 50 items I only paid $ 14.00, that was fantastic. The cashier was fast and friendly i never saw any other employees in the building which is pretty large in size. The location is good, the small plaza isnt to over crowed . Alot of parking available and real close to the entrance as well, its located on the Southwest corner of Campbell & Irvington, directly behind Wallgreens. I am glad I gave this Goodwill store my business it was a great experience definitely I would suggest for everyone to go and give it a try see what you think for yourselves.

Its okay if you are in a treasure hunt mood. The people are a little sketching sometimes. I saw something I was kind of interested in, I picked it up from a table and a lady came running over saying it was hers and snatched from me. I certainly didnt want to fight her for it. I ended up getting 3 wash buckets and a stuffed animal toy, medium size in really good condition, and I spent $1.16. So, prices are good. But its certainly a search.

Staff can be a little bit testy at times but its a zoo in there overall the do a good job.. Never know what will be there... best thrift store in town .. hands down.

I love coming here (: buying everything by the pound is so cheap. The only warning I have is that you should not just stick your hands straight into bins. There is sometimes broken glass or paint...but not very often. And definitely wash your hands after. Also, when a new bin is put out stay away. There are a lot of customers that lurk around the bin and when they can finally start going through it, they just throw everything into their carts so that no one can have it. Then they go through it later. I see this EVERY time I come here. Not a big deal though (: they seem to only pick out the things I dont want (Aeropostale, American eagle, hollister). OH! And bring a bag or laundry bin since carts are always taken.
