Big shout out to the helpful crew in this local NAPA who managed to help out my very stuck son when he broke down on the interstate. How they managed to find what we needed at all, let alone as fast as they did was amazing. Friendly and concerned with getting everything we needed, couldnt have been a better experience.

Thank you for your help!My wife is traveling across the country today. She was starting to see storm clouds ahead and needed new wipers. Im in Nashville, she is in NM.I looked online and found a NAPA store in Tucumcari, NM. It was about 30 minutes ahead of her. I ordered online, and they had them ready when she got there. She called the store and someone came out to put them on for her (limiting COVID-19 exposure). It even started raining while the employee was installing them.I appreciate the extra mile so much! She is back on the road and headed home with a much safer vehicle.

Im a truck driver and I had a problem with my truck called Napa and tucumcari New Mexico they are open on Sundays come over got the part I needed even borrow some tools took them back the guys were great here super friendly super nice super knowledgeable if you ever in tucumcari nm and you have a problem this is the place to come check out

I was traveling from Virginia to Las Vegas to race in the Spring Fling Million bracket race and my 99 GMC began having problems. Luckily we were at the exit off rt 40 that put us only about a mile from Hudsons store. We thought it might be the crankshaft position sensor, so we bought it and a fuel filter. They had the sensor!!!!!!! It worked and we were on our way to Vegas!After racing in Vegas I drove 2200 miles back home without issue. Thank you so much for keeping parts in stock!!!! And thank you for the hospitality letting us wash up after working on the truck!

The napa auto parts (not the napa service locations which has mechanics) in tucumcari does not honor napa warranties on products purchased at other locations. Apparently they arent a corporate location so they do not follow standard protocol of all other Napas or communicate with any other napa locations anywhere. So basically this is a single location mom and pop stop (nothing wrong w that) which has stamped the napa name on their building (seems sheisty at best). I would only come here for oil and other expendables and not auto parts. Update: the part they told me needed to be replaced is good. So not only do they not honor warranty of napa product, but they either dont test properly or intentionally lie about something being bad so you spend twice as much as ordering online. No lie: i looked up the part in napas website and it was half the price i was quoted in the store.
