I live in Tucumcari. If you need an oil change, quality is okay. If you need any type of tire service done they are a complete joke. Im trying to get ahold of the owner to let them know about their unprofessional tendencies. This makes 2 times now they have denied my friend service. Im really thinking its a RACE problem because when I go (btw im white) I get treated entirely different than her. So beware if you aint upper class.... Or look anything less because their services magically change.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. We got broke down on our way home and they ordered us tires and had them the next day and on our truck in 30 mins. Great customer service would reccomend to anyone.

I was very disappointed that he pool was closed. The breakfast was actually a Banana and a granola bar. AndThe Ixe machine was broken......However, the night desk clerk was nice and personable. The shower was the best part, which is why I gave four stars. And for that, I would stay again......Thank you to the friendly staff.

Wow, this place was amazing! We had a blowout 10 miles out of Albuquerque at quarter to 5 am and this was the first place on the way that was open. There were 3 or 4 other cars in the drive when we pulled in and I braced myself for a wait. But nope, they attended to us immediately and had us changed and out of there in 15 minutes flat, and at an excellent price! Color me impressed! I dont think Ive gotten such good service anywhere else, including big shiny chain stores. Thanks for saving our schedule, guys!

We busted a tire on the highway just out of town. Came to the shop and called the owner. He was there within minutes to help us out on a Sunday (during off business hours) friendly, fast, convenient and affordable!

They over charge for everything

Blew a trailer tire and the folks at Quality Lube & Tire mounted and balanced a new tire and got us back on track in about 10 minutes or less!

Nice people but they knew I was traveling and I I asked them if they top off all the fluids and windshield washer when they do an oil change/tire rotation and they said yes and mine was totally empty. Well they may have put a few drops of water in the windshield washer reservoir instead of even filling it up or actually using windshield washer fluid but other than that the service was OK ( I hope) except I bought an oil additive and thought they might be able to reduce the price of the oil change a little since they are using less of their oil but they weren’t able to. Just makes you lose a little confidence in a place when they don’t do what they say they are going to do but........Pretty decent place otherwise. ( I hope )Traveling 500 miles today after oil change yesterday

Was traveling through the town and had a damaged tire, needed a replacement. They answered without putting me on hold, had what I needed, and I was in and out of there all fixed up and ready to go in about 20 minutes. Great staff and great pricing!

We stopped to get an oil change at 7:45am. They were just showing up to work on Presidents Day (Monday) Feb. 2019. They got right on it and had us on the road in less than 30 minutes.The staff were so nice and pleasant to talk with at the shop.They have shelves full of things that they have taken out of tires over the years.They also have started the worlds largest tire sticker ball as of June 2018.This has to be one the the best places to get tires and/or oil change. I was happy to have stopped at such a nice place.Thank you Quality Lube and Tire for such great service so early in the morning, and on a holiday.Its all about Jesus!Rusty

We were traveling through from NC to AZ and I realized I needed an oil change. They were SUPER friendly, SUPER fast, and super fair on price! It was actually 20 dollars cheaper than when I get it changed back home and it was better oil at this shop! Highly recommend! We absolutely loved the conversation and friendliness!

We arrived at quality about 4:30 in the afternoon, only 30 minutes before they close. They were Johnny on the spot about the tire out and repaired it and put it on the car instead of the donut. Super good attitude, great personalities, and very reasonable in price. Now I know why the AAA service rep recommended them.

We had a tire blow out and got a tow here. I called ahead and they had the tire we needed, even though it’s not a common tire. They were ready for us before we got off the tow truck even though they were busy. Prices were affordable and staff was informative and great. In and out in about 15 minutes.

On 02-22-2020, I was in Santa fe getting a oil change on my vehicle. After the service on my vehicle, they showed me a bubble in my tire that I just had put on my vehicle recently. Tires were still new- ish. So I call Quality lube where I purchased them and they jumped on the ball quickly and had me another new tire Monday morning. Our tire pressure was low and the “service station’s” air machine - I mean quarter eating machine did not work so we stopped at Quality Tire for help. We were greeted with a smiling - helpful man who checked the tires, inflated them to the proper level and said my pleasure to help - no charge. Thank you kind sir!

I had a slow tire leak that needed immediate attention. Called to see if they could see me and was told first come, first served. Drove to the shop and waiting for me in front of the service bays was Mucio who motioned me in. He confirmed that it was a bad valve stem, jacked up the van, removed, fixed, and remounted the tire in under 15 minutes. Out-freakin-standing!!! Mucio is as cool as they come. Appreciate the quick service.

I will NEVER forget these folks!! We were traveling with my parents in a rented RV. We experienced a blow out and were in a mess!! No spare! No jack! A REALLY long way from home!!! In desperation we pulled into their establishment at 4:55 on a Friday afternoon. They miraculously had the tire and they were GENUINELY HAPPY to see to our needs. My kids and grandchild were on their way to AZ from Ok and had a flat tire on sat evening around 6:00 pm, 20 miles from Tucumcari. After calling emergency roadside to get tow, (spare was flat 😢), they called the only open tire shop, it was only for diesels 😭. The nice man gave them this number. The man who answered was very nice and agreed to meet them at the business. He had them back on the road in no time. Awesome! Highly recommend you give them your business. Called to see if I could schedule an oil change ahead of time. Kept handing me off to the next person over the phone. By the time I arrived I noticed all the employees hurriedly putting things away. I asked one of the employees if they were open they replied, uhh, ask him. The other man said well, we dont have any business so we are closing down. So... they do not want my money?

I would give NO STARS if possible!! We blew a tire on 40 and limped our travel trailer to them just for them to use an Air Chuck to just remove the tire and with over an hour til close not only were we treated rudely but was also told they had no time for US, guess you have to be a local....but Im sure they could care less!! Go further into town to a more reputable service center, believe me everyone in Tucumcari is NOT like this, dont waste your time here!!

Awful customer service. do yourself a favor and drive up the road 15 minutes to Terrys service center1815 Cemetery Rd, San Jon, NM 88434. They picked up the pieces left broken by Quality Lube and Tire. I literally drove on a donut the extra 15 minutes after their treatment of me and my son.

Not enough stars for these guys. I was vacationing out to Kingman, Arizona from Dallas, Texas for a few days to visit family and on the way home I found that my transfer case was leaking from the yoke seal. I determined to stop in Tucumcari and have it checked. I went to the big truck repair that I used to visit when I had a problem with employers trucks in the past and they were friendly but too busy to get to my little job today. So I just went for a ride around town to sight-see and there was Quality Lube and Tire! they had the time to take care of me right now... and no sit in the waiting room crap. I stood there and yakked with a couple really nice and competent employees while they checked both my Transmissions gear oil and the fluid in the transfer case, topping it off and getting me on the way in short order with a genuine Yall come on back and see us again.I highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing service or repairs.
