Having senior parents who live at home this tub is perfect for them. For them to be able to maintain their independence and safety while bathing is a must. We no longer worry about them slipping or falling getting in and out of the tub.The installation was easy and the people who did the install were very professional and polite. They explained everything to my parents on how to use the tub and all the features it comes with.We definitely made a good decision choosing Safe Step Tubs Northwest Inc. I love my safe step tub! It is used daily and sometimes several times a day. We had an issue with the air blower quit working. We called on a Sunday evening to leave a message. A return phone was received about 30 minutes later and discussed the problem. The part was ordered Monday morning and within a week, the repairman was here and had it fixed in 10 minutes! Customer service above reproach! In the meantime I was able to use the tub, just not the air blower.Thank you Safe Step Tubs!

Love my tub i have a 85 year old father its really a great investment and helpful to keep him bathed its very relaxing i think they need a different pillow because it fills up with water and turns nasty so i replaced it with a water proof one. also i think the tub could be longer my dad is tall he cant stretch out. I do love the spa treatment it does soften your skin,i like that feature as well.

We had the very best service with this company. The salesman answered all our questions and explained the installation and wasnt pushy. The installation was done in less then a day. When they were finished, the bathroom was so clean I had nothing to do but take a bath.I have back pain from a high school trampoline accident. Two com-pression fractures, herniated disks, neck surgery and arthritis in joints. Getting into a tub was getting difficult, close to impossible. Having to stand for the length of time it takes to shower was also getting painful and I had the fear of falling.Getting the Safe Step Tub was the best thing I could have done. When I am really aching it is wonderful to lay back and enjoy the warm water and the jets. It really helps to be able to fill the tub up to a level that helps the shoulders and neck relax. Washing my hair sitting down and rinsing it and my body with the hand held shower makes it easy.I really enjoy my step in tub. Ive had my tub for many years without a bit of trouble. Even scrubbing the tub is much easier when I can sit down for almost all of it. I have nothing but good things to say about Safe Step Tubs and the company selling them.

We shopped all the brands of step in tubs. This was the only company that offered what we needed. The date for installation was quick, the installers were very courteous and installation went very smooth. My husband loves his new tub! Our only regret is that we did not do this 4 years ago when we had the house built. This tub is just a god send to us and we cannot thank you enough.

Safe Step has met our needs beautifully. Installation was quick. I have no idea how they handle complaints, because we have had no problems or issues thus far. My husband says it is very expensive and I must admit it is an investment. I highly recommend this product for those who have mobility issues and can afford it.

The safe step team were very efficient and did an awesome job. You wouldnt know they were here most of the day. There was now evidence that they did any work in my home. The tub looked like it had always been there.

We have been very pleased with our Safe Step Tub since its installation in 2018. My husband is a disabled veteran who has many medical issues that have made his life very unsafe. Using the tub makes him feel safe and secure in the fact that he can use it by himself without anyone hovering over him making sure that he wont fall or do something wrong while using the tub. Sure helps him gain some self esteem back again.

My safe step tub is fantastic. It is so relaxing to take a soak before bed. It helps me sleep through the night. The guys that installed the tub did a very good job and answered all my questions. Very professional.

We loved our safe step tub unfortunately we sold that house and were unable to take it with us . It is a great product and is very well built. We made it tough on the installers because we had it kitty cornered, but they did a outstanding job and it was beautiful.Would highly recommend this tub.

Work was completed on time. Installers were knowledgeable. All concerns were promptly addressed even during Covid.

We had both a walk in tub and a shower installed in our bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second. We are pleased with both jobs however some follow up work had to be done. A floor tile was chipped and had to be replaced and some nail holes in a door jam puttied. We are still waiting for a soap dish for the tub. 3 weeks so far.The workmanship was good and cleanup very satisfactory. We would recommend their services.

OMG!!!! This tub is fantastic. The micro bubbles are great and they leave my skin soft. It does take a lot of hot water so you might need to do something about that. But regardless, we love it.

We are so very happy that we purchased a Safe Step Tub! From the initial meeting, through the installation, to the final luxurious bath, the experience was perfect. I have had one problem which has been taken care of by the company as promised.I knew that this purchase would be a very valuable addition to my pain management program. I suffer from fibromalgia and arthritis and for the time I am in the tub (about 45-60 minutes) my pain is lessened. If I time my bath when my water tank is full I have a great hot bathing and soaking experience. I love the lights, the seat warmer, and the various bubbling settings. After I get out my muscles are relaxed and the effects go on for about an hour, sometimes longer. I use the tub almost every day.Because I weigh about 200 lbs and am weakened from ailments, the tub is a bit of a challenge to sit down in and get up from the seat. However, the tub has two grab handles for assistance and I am still able to get in and out.All in all, this is the best therapeutic tool I own and I would never go back to being forced to shower using a special chair (I have trouble standing for a shower). The additional Safe Step shower feature is so convenient and is great for washing my hair or when I just want to quickly rinse off.I highly recommend you give Safe Step a try if you are looking for a walk-in tub.

The walk-in tub is really nice. My husband and I both enjoy it. But we are not happy with the bank they financed throw, we payed it off when we received the first bill, but they changed us over fifth dollars interest. Not happy.

The tub is great for my back. I use it 2x a day .

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tried to keep things clean even though it was snowing like crazy outside. Even with a little issue with the drain they stayed until we got it fixed and installed. Hard workers very attentive to make sure we where happy. Before leaving he showed us how to use the tub and made sure to answer any questions.

It took a long time to get the shower and it was worth it. It took a little longer with the problems that the installer had come encountered. We are very pleased with the product and have not encountered any issues to date.

Glenna a retired family member, purchased a walk in tub thinking she had the finances to do so. Weeks after putting a deposit of more money than the sales person ask for, realized that she didnt have the needed funds to fully purchase and install it. Shocked and embarrassed, she asked me to help see if she could get her money back. The tub had already been shipped. Robyn was the customer service representative who I spoke with. Based on the contract, the company could have held 33% of the tubs value from the deposit, but she was understanding and gracious! She was willing to refund all the original deposit less the shipping charges. She was courteous and so very helpful.

Our tub has been a god send. It is wonderful to use after a long day working or maybe when Im not feeling well. Id recommend this tub to anyone wanting one.

The tub project was very expensive. My mother in law wanted it and she could afford it so we had it installed. The install crew were good and clean. The job went well.We had some technical issues at start up but the company stood behind it and they were resolved. In the end we were satisfied.

Our walk in tub will no doubt sooth our aches and pains. The soaking is the best part. Although very expensive, if you are going to stay put and grow old in that home, this tub could be for you.

DO NOT BUY THIS TUB WITHOUT A LOT OF RESEARCH!!!I bought this tub for about $9000 and am too heavy to fit into it comfortably. I asked Robbyn in Customer Service to send me the recorded transcript wherein she discussed the size of the tub vs. my weight because I honestly dont remember, and no one at this company seems to care to answer my question (including some manager named Cindy). If I made the mistake, its on me. If they forgot to emphasize the small size of the tub and Im stuck with a tub I cant use, then it would be on them. All I asked for was the common decency to let me know from the recording they seem so proud to talk about at the beginning of the message. My advice to you is...if you are overweight, either pay another $1500 for the larger tub (which I would have gladly done) or just take a shower. Im heartbroken that I daydreamed about this tub for over a year and a half while the house was being built and now its just an overpriced decoration in the bathroom that does no one any good. This has completely destroyed my faith in Safe Steps humanity. $9000 is far too much money to be mistreated so badly. As I said, if it was my fault by not understanding the sizing of the tub, that would be on me. If it was their oversight, they would be on them.

Ive asked for a part I have missing even said I would pay for it .... I talked to customer service in Canada first he was very rude and even said um your welcome and he wasnt willing to work with my issue .. I called the tukwilla office spoke a girl wich reassures me that the part I need is on its way... ya its been 2 months and no part these people are not helpful

My mother in law ordered the tub 3/22 and was told it would be installed in 10 days here we are 5/15 and she still doesnt have a fully installed tub. They have the tub in the house and now our installer had to leave to do other installs and wont be back for 2 weeks. Im really unimpressed with this company. Anytime weve tried calling to talk to someone you get the run around or theyre rude. They dont keep to theyre salemans word, they promised there would be a ledge beside her tub now to have the lip theyre having to compromise her safety to have it by putting one of the tub legs in sand on a board instead of cement, which will end up rotting over time.
