Just wanted to say thank you! Went there about 5 months ago for my eye exam and the experience was great. Decided to go again the other day and purchase these two thanks to Adrian. Great customer service. I didn’t realize they closed at 6:00 and showed up at 5:50. Despite my late arrival, the gentleman who helped me took the time to fix my crooked glasses. He even replaced the nose pads, at no cost to me. This isn’t something I could have taken care of so easily in Alaska. Again, very thankful and wish I would’ve gotten his name.

I have been going here for 5 years but this will be my last. The eye exam is not good quality. They gave my daughter a prescription that was wrong and we found out when I took her to Target since they accept Eye Med as well. Same thing almost happened to me but they double checked the doctors writing. The doctor told me (again for the second year) that he is holding off on certain additions to my eye glass lenses but this year I needed them as I cant see 100% comfortably with my glasses. Staff is very nice but if you have Eye Med go to Target where you will get a better exam and cheaper glasses but good quality.

Adrian is always so helpful when I go into the store. He is more than willing to answer all of my questions & is always really friendly.
First time visiting, I walked in with a prescription in hand, and the manager, Jay, helped me find the frames I liked best for a reasonable price. He took me through the process and made sure I was getting the most out of my glasses and I look forward to receiving them in the near future!

Just want to send a huge THANK YOU to the manager here who I believe is named Jay, he took great care of me this weekend. My Oakley Sunglasses were bent and too loose to stay on my forehead but were otherwise in like new shape. Even though LensCrafters (LC) had nothing to do with the Oakley warranty (Sunglass Hut was who sold me the lifetime warranty THEYRE supposed to be the ones to honor it but they wouldnt and told me to go next door to LC and have them do it; total weak sauce) Obviously LC did not have to again as I was not their customer since they had nothing to do with the initial Sunglasses, the purchase, the warranty, etc. However Jay was very gracious and helped me out, got them all fixed up, cleaned them very well and now theyre as good as new! I dont wear eyeglasses but if/when I do this is the first place Ill be going. Thank you again for excellent customer service!

I will this place is trash ( and I use that sparingly) I stopped by while in the mail because I been putting off picking up a pair of glasses. When I showed up I was asked if I physically had a copy of my prescription which of course I didnt and was told I couldnt even come in the store to see if I see a frame I like. I explained I have a current prescription and could get it emailed to me I was still told no. If that is the stores policy they should a better way to communicate that instead of turning you away as soon as you walk up. Whos going to fight to spend money? They have lost my business for sure.
I came in to LensCrafters to look for a new pair of glasses that I saw online but unfortunately it was not available (discontinued). I believe his name was Adrian who worked there that went literally above and beyond! He helped for atleast 40 mins giving me his undivided attention trying to find a similar pair and showing glasses available online. It was such a satisfying experience and left home with 2 pair of glasses.
Been going here for over 5 years now. Never been disappointed or had any issues . I go in, pick some frames. They help you and advise you. Customer service is out of this world. The remodel is gorgeous.

According to the employees, we were not allowed to try on any frames unless we were buying them. That defeats the whole purpose of trying on frames - how are we supposed to know if they would be a good fit without trying them on? I had always got my glasses from LensCrafters but I guess that’s in the past.
Adrian kindly greeted me, reviewed my previous visit set me up with optometrist (Dr & staff all friendly and courteous) afterwards Adrian assisted my purchase of new lenses promptly and professionally.
I really like Dr. Hwahn. He cares about his patients, is very personable and has a fantastic sense of humor. When getting my glasses and lenses ordered I worked with Rejena. I absolutely love her. She is so funny and SO helpful. Would highly recommend LensCrafters at Westfield Mall. (South Center Mall).

I paid $400 for the frame, $350 for the transition lenses and $50 for the insurance to fix the glasses and lens should anything happened to the eyeglasses. Three days later, one of the screw holding one of the lens to the frame fell out and one of the lens on my eyeglasses fell out. I went to LensCrafters at Southcenter Mall, showed my receipt, which showed the purchase of the eyeglasses repair insurance, and asked them nicely to put one screw back into the empty hole on my eyeglasses. The clerk that fix my eyeglasses did put back the missing screw but he did said, “thanks you for wasting my time”. What? Is this how you treat your customers? And the screw coming loose is not my fault. Also, why did I screw came loose on my nearly $800 pair of eyeglasses in three days?

I am a wheelchair user & was a little concerned that they could not accommodate my needs but I was so wrong. They made everything easy from start to finish & all staff were extremely helpful and friendly! They explained every detail along the way & I felt very comfortable.
I appreciated your 30 day satisfaction guarantee exchange or refund policy. The frame (at the Northgate store) I had chosen looked darker on my face when the lenses were put in and I did not like how it looked. I was able to find a different frame at your Southcenter location and had no trouble with the exchange.

She was honest and told me the frame shape that would match my face and which didn’t. I really appreciated that since this was my first pair of fancy glasses! I entered this store shortly after it had opened for the day. All the staff members were helping other customers. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and promised assistance. Once the store manager, Jay, was able to help me, I was very pleased that he listened to my concerns and what I was looking for. He asked pertinent questions to gauge what product might interest me. He nailed it on the second try. I was very impressed with his customer service skills.
With or without insurance you can get way cheaper same quality glassed especially lenses anywhere else! And EYE MED insurance is a lenscrafter scam!!! And I will go to the website you responded with, but unless you fix your prices I do not know what we can accomplish.

I bought Prada glasses had them about 3 months and part of the frame came off and I went back to see if they can fix them and they told me that there is nothing they can di with them. I paid over a 1,000 dollars for them, I will never go back!
This location mandates retinal imaging and will strong arm patients into agreeing to the service. I informed an employee (Ken H.) that I was uninterested in the procedure or paying the extra $49 co-pay that the retinal exam was going to cost. His response was that the service was not optional and I was unable to decline the service as part of my exam. This leading me to believe that they wouldn’t do my exam if I didn’t comply.This is misleading as I’ve been to Lenscrafters locations in the past and have always been able to waive this procedure as I see fit. For reference I get it done every other year at my yearly exam, but as I had one last year, decided to decline this year’s.I opted to cancel my appointment and have rescheduled at another location that doesn’t force patients into having unnecessary procedures performed.

The other staff members were equally as excellent with smiles and positive interactions. This is my first time getting progressive lens and I was very hesitant. Very expensive, went in there one day waiting for another store to open. The management immediately targeted me and insisted I tried on everything in the store. After about several hours it was clear he wouldn’t let me leave without purchasing something. Ended up with two pairs of glasses I rarely ever wear and a manager who clearly needed to make a sales goal. For I what I spent there I could of got a pair of real Armani glasses instead of the knock offs.

Great place to find great frames
We just had an amazing experience at the Lenscrafters in Southcenter Mall this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. Everyone at the store was warm and knowledgeable. We quickly found what we wanted, and checking out was a breeze. Thank you Sam and staff!!!
On 11/30/18 at a different Lenscrafters location I was looking for a particular frame and was told that it was not available. They told me no and maybe they might get some .... check back with us etc .... as if they couldnt care less, Jay at the South Center Location not only said yes, but made sure that I had my frames in less than a week. I will be switching my purchases to the South Center location because of his excellent and professional customer service. The customer service that I received was almost worth more to me than the frames (except that they are beautiful and I love them). Thank you so much Jay!!!!!
