If you walk in the store. They want you to shop. If you dont.. they get all mad and show you bad attitud. Dont even go there.. plus, prices close to what a new one may cost. They are nuts.

Everything was fine until the person came to install.Old man with a bad attitude that I was ( ) this close to kicking off my property and going somewhere else. Misread directions given to him on paper because of the handwriting and blamed me, was already at the door with the appliance before I could come outside again to open the large garage door and whined about it, then started cursing almost every sentence. Probably the worst experience I’ve had and I was more than patient with this old man I had pity for carrying a heavy load. Not buying from these people again and not recommending to anyone

Called about my refrigerator not staying cold, and freezer defrosting. Sam came out with in the hour diagnosed the problem sent repairman out all done within 3 hours of my call extremely affordable. Will always call him 1st. High recommend.

I would like to thank Jr and his dad for a good customer service they did for us. We bought a Whirlpool 3door fridge from them. They service it, even they help us to get another fridge to transfer our food while it was defrosting. That’s after sometime while we were using the fridge.

The best customer service ive had in a long time, in and out in 20 min on a heating coil for a samsung dryer. Couldnt beleive how fast. S&J Appliances are in the best! They replaced the compressor on our Maytag refrigerator last year and its been doing great. Over the weekend, we noticed that the refrigerator wasnt as cold as usual. I defrosted the coils, but by today (Monday) the problem was still there. We called S&J. They came right out, had the problem diagnosed (bad thermostat) and repaired all within about 40 minutes. As I said in my previous review, S&J is and will continue to be our go to place for appliance repair.June 2, 2020The compressor on our Maytag stainless steel refrigerator crashed after a power outage. Based on our research, the compressor alone was quite expensive, and many sites said it would not be worth it to replace. Many big box and local appliance stores said they did not have any new refrigerators in stock (most were on back order until late June or July, due to COVID 19 closures), so we went to S&J Appliances looking for a re-purposed refrigerator. We explained our dilemma, and S&J said they could install a new compressor with starter relay for less than half of what my research indicated the part alone would cost (and repair the control board that blew when the compressor went out). The technician came out within a few hours after our initial visit and confirmed the diagnosis. They picked up our refrigerator about 4pm and had it back to us before noon the next day (and they replaced the control board with a new one)! Service like that is hard to find these days. Well be calling S&J Appliances for our future appliance repair needs.

My dryer stopped heating. Had heard great things about S & J Appliances from friends on Facebook. Called this morning at 8:30 to see if it would be possible to get someone out to look at my dryer at 4:00 or later today or one day this week. I spoke with Sam and he said he’d be out at 4:00 today. He called about 4:10, apologized that he was late and explained he was running behind but would be at my house shortly! He arrived about 10 minutes later and took a look at my dryer. Told me I had a bad of igniter switch and that it would $75 total (parts, labor and service call) to fix it. DEAL! 10 minutes later I have a dryer working great! Extremely satisfied with the same day service call and repair! I now know who to call for any appliance repair! Thank you, Sam!

Bought a fridge Sam was very helpful..nice warehouse but its located on I street not inyo. Got it delivered in a hour. The 2 gentleman who delivered were nice and on time. Fridge works fine so far. They have no problem delivering upstairs which was great

Sam has great customer service. He got to my house within a hour of my call. He was a business man of his word he called back exactly when he said he would he also had to order a part for my dyer and told me he would have it next day and he did. If anything ever gos wrong with my appliances again he will be the first one I call and I cant forget to mention how he gave me a good price and didnt try ripping me off 😊

I bought a fridge from them about 2 months ago and it still works great. It seems to me that these guys rebuild appliances and sell them at a discounted rate. I went to the place, and picked out a fridge but I didnt have cash on hand. They said no problem, give me your address and I will deliver it in an hour or so and you can pay for it then. A couple hours later, they show up with a fridge and I pay for it then. These guys are hassle free, and seem like good people. They are a cash only place and you can probably talk them down a little on the price, especially if you are buying multiple appliances. I will definitely buy all future appliance from them.My stainless steel Hotpoint, side by side with ice in the door cost me $400 I find that reasonable.

I and my nephew went there, and the San is so nice, and very good at doing prices. Its one flat rate, no taxes. Also, if you live in tulare, delivery is free. I was happy, and I think others would be as well. Very cheap, and reasonable prices. I gIve it props, and a full 100%.
