These guys are awesome! Been taking my cars here for 7 years. They are super friendly, hook up the best deals, and are prompt and professional. They got me in and out in less than 30 min so I can make it to a medical appointment this last visit. Replaced two front tires in no time. I recommend everyone who needs new tires for a great deal.

Amazing place, I cant express my gratitude for their efficiency and honest work. Albert helped my husband and I with my four door Ford Focus and its issues it had accumulated. Him and others have just done such a great job with their customer service skills as well as their work ethics. And again their honesty with what they could and couldnt do for us was beyond stellar. They even recommended the possibility of contracting another place if wed prefer to if they couldnt fix something for us. Just really amazing people going above and beyond at their job!

As always Ryan at Big Brand took care of me. I went there on Friday morning with an emergency issue with my travel trailer tire. After telling Ryan my issue and the urgency in which I needed it fixed, Ryan without hesitation resolved my issue and instantly relieved my stress. Although the shop was extremely busy, Ryan and his team took care of me and made me seem like I was the only client. When I went in big brands they were so nice right away. I had four new tires put on and headed out of town my vehicle started vibrating but I needed to get out of town so when I got back I called them to tell them the problem and they got me in immediately.They put 4 new tires on and test drove it. Still vibrated so they did that all over again and still vibrated so they gave me two options I chose to upgrade the tires and it’s a smooth ride. the kind of service I received was so awesome, I’m so glad I went there.

I have been here for both a nail in my tire and a tire rotation-both services were done quickly and with no problems. Best part is they are not pushy at all. I have had many experiences where a repair shop wants me to fix things that don’t need fixing and Big Brand does not do that.

I live in Visalia, I will drive to Tulare just to be serviced at this location. Ive tried other tire shops, even in my home town. Im always pushed aside, I dont feel that Im welcome or valued at other tire shops, Im always asked to leave my vehicle all day even if theres employees just standing around talking. At Big Brand Im always in and out within an hour even without an appointment. Theyre always happy to answer questions, theyre very honest with wait times and services needed. They go above and beyond and are very nice.

I went to get my flat tire fixed. The gentleman who waited on me was very nice. Went outside and got my tire out of my car and told me they would call me when they were done fixing my tire. Place was buzy, but they fixed my tire in a timely manner. They called me and they fixed my tire and the same gentleman out it back in my car trunk. Place was nice and clean and everyone was so nice.!!

Took it in for an oil change, they rotated the tires and found a very slow leak in one of the brand new tires and fixed for me. Had a flat tire I needed fixing . So Itook it in there and went into the office and he took my info and came outside to take the tire out of my car. It was in my trunk.They had lots of cars being worked on and people in their office. And theywere so buzy, but said they would get to it ASAP . And would call me when it was done. Within an hour they called me back and said it was done and I could come and pick it up. I drove up to the parking lot and went in the office let them know I was there. He hand me a receipt and said hed meet me outside to give me the tire and put it back in the trunk.We went outside and he did just that Everyone there was so nice. Fixed the flat tire for free.Place of business was clean and nice. And the service there was great and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and nice.Thank you Saul Mateo Manriguez(SMM50)YOU WERE AWESOME. !That was the name on the receipt.Thank You All Again.!!

I like their free tire rotations and free flat repairs on tires. Their prices on repairs arent bad either and their usually pretty quick to get your vehicle back to you.

Big Brand takes great care of the work trucks, wouldnt trust anyone else with them.

I had another wonderful experience yesterday. I have a newer car with many wierd icons. I took my car to them and Ryan was on it. He explained the different warnings and fixed it for me at no cost. I noticed I was not the only elderly lady there, good job Ryan for treating us like humans. Ryan cleaned the sencor filled tires and explain to me why I was seeing those icons. I will of course be back for all my needs.

Consistently good service and quality products, for several years now and since Ive been using them as a provider. Not impressed, however, with their upgraded system and with now being required to use your cell phone to make payment - especially when youre inside the shop and when they can easily and simply swipe your card and be done with it. It took three times longer to pay and it was an unnecessary inconvenience in my opinion, at least for one who doesnt normally pay for things using a phone. Was this driven by COVID? I can swipe my own card then. In addition, I also like receiving paperwork so that I can check the initial order after leaving the shop and then also have the paperwork for my permanent record and file on my vehicles. Everything was sent to my phone initially - again, difficult to view and double-check on such a small screen. Not all of your customers are teens or twenty-somethings who actually choose to do most things on a tiny 3 or 4-inch narrow screen...;-)
