This review is about covid testing only. I went today to Walgreens to get tested for covid I had my documentation and all the paperwork needed however they said I needed another sheet that had my confirmation number. I never received a second email giving me any confirmation number. The way they schedule or sign up people on the computer system for Walgreens for covid testing is very inaccurate. When I first signed up all of Wednesday and Thursday was available. The second time I try to fill up Wednesday and Thursday were completely filled and they only have friday available. Like I said completely screwed up. I got my covid done at Rite Aid today.

I was placed on hold 3 different times just waiting to speak to someone about my prescription renewal. And still nothing. If you can choose any other pharmacy.

If you ask they say they don’t charge for Covid testing but did charge my insurance and myself for it. Don’t get tests from them!!!!!!

I like the guy at the cashier. He is cute.

My digital coupon didnt go through and they said it was because the product doesnt qualify when it clearly does. Then tell me Walgreens policy is you can only buy 4 products of the same kind on a Sunday. But the deal is buy one get 2 free. So if I cant get the 2 free if I only get 4.

All of my Walgreen employees are amazing very kind, polite, very well trained, aware when it comes there store, coupon policy. So keep up the good work Analicia, Yarizta, Mat, Bell, Kent, David, you are the face of this store.

After being with Walgreens RX for almost 6yrs i finally had to go somewhere else. The pharmacy supervisor decides which medication they will fill for you because they know better than your Doctors! The pharmacy personell have become very rude. So done with them.

One of the workers there are so rude she had attitude on the phone and than when I went to go drop off my perception she had an ugly attitude and didnt say anything when I said ok thank you
