Furniture avenue is awesome!!!! Theres so much furniture to chose from and different colors in each model they have on the floor. The prices are almost half of what Ashley furniture and Serrano furniture Has and the quality is great too. We boat London king bed, nightstand from there. Theres also an optional insurance for the furniture that you pay one time at checkout that covers damage repairs and stains and if they cant fix it they send you a full refund of the cost that you bought it at and that insurance lasts 5 years. Ive been to the Tulare location twice. Once to see the furniture and the second time to purchase they got the best price and collections . Rocky is the best! My experience was horrible. The man that was there was extremely unprofessional, I went to go pick up a item and for started it was in a previously opened boxed. The item was in a box that had a sofa. The item I purchased was of a chandler not a sofa. The box also had holes from being tossed around. I inspected the item when it was placed in my car before leaving the store and it was damaged I went to go tell the guy and right away he had an attitude and refused to touch it or even get me a new one. Worst experience ever.

This furniture store sells cheap items for a high price. Poor management and has a communication problem, don’t return phone calls when there’s an issue with a product that was purchased from the store.Hole in the wall furniture stores like this don’t last long and this store will go out of business because they don’t value there customers. This message is for the manager Linda who claims she could research a simple invoice. And who never opened the email I sent four days ago with the pictures of the cheap mattress your store sold me . In the future when a customer calls with a concern regarding a product that came from your store you need to learn how to follow up and show some concern. BY you not following up with me after I called twice it really showed your lack of concern for customers will be contacting the BBB not because I want something for free I wouldn’t dare take another item from this store but because the lack of communication.I prefer to respond truthfully unlike the stores response above. I paid with my credit card. It was a full-size mattress and box spring which you delivered to my new home. Within in four months as you can see below this mattress began to shred. The mattress that I paid for was inexpensive no disputing there, it was for a child who did not need an expensive mattress. Linda stated since I didnt buy a more expensive mattress most likely there was no warranty. So essentially if you dont spend over 200.00 dollars than they will sell you garbage. There is no excuse why a mattress should fall apart like the pictures seen below. This message is for the public to see that this company is very unprofessional. They makeup stories and sell trashy products. Customers should be aware of spending money here due to the way I was treated when I called them about my mattress falling apart. And by the way, I am not homeless I have never been homeless I am very successful and I am unsure where you got that information from but this further shows how incompetent you are as a person and as a company. We went all over town searching for a sofa and loveseat. This was after a bad experience at Bobs furniutre .Went to Mor which had basically 2 colors for all their upholstered furniture. Beige or gray. and the turn around time was 3 to 4 month.We also went to Furniture avenue . We found a great sectional we are in love with . Really great quality.Its over $1899.but we end up with a sectional and we got the fabric we want and we have chosen the billows !!!!Now, you need to understand that its special order and by order. It took four weeks to get them.but they are the fastestHowever it was well worth the wait.Rocky was really wonderful. I purchased a wardrobe was told everything they sell is solid wood. After I gotIt home it took 4 hours to put together. I might add not real wood at all. It also had a damaged door. I called within 24 hours to have them order another door. They told me to take it apart put in orginal box they would send back and get a new one. All I wanted was a new door . The manager never call me to talk about this problem. I just took a loss but will never order from them again. Very nice person I talked to but the manager never once spoke to me. No customer service at the store.

If you are planning to buy new furniture you can save time and money if you just go directly to Furniture Avenue Inc in Tulare. My sister wanted to shop locally for a reclining sofa and she wanted it by Christmas. I’m a retired interior designer so I offered to help. I did extensive research on the internet regarding the product and reading all the reviews. I chose stores with a review rating of 4 or higher taking my sister to four large chain stores and five smaller family owned businesses in Visalia. Our experience was high pressure sales help or no help at all. We were shown sofas that did not meet our requests or sofas not in stock and told we had to order to get what we wanted and wait a minimum of 6+ weeks. When I looked up furniture stores in Tulare four came up. Three of the stores had a lot of bad reviews but Furniture Avenue had over 200 really good reviews so we went there. The outside of the store was nothing fancy but inside was everything we were hoping for in a furniture store. We were greeted by Rocky. He was friendly, helpful and no pressure. He was the only sales person that said “Whether you buy from me or somewhere else you should know about the materials used and construction of mechanical reclining sofas” and he proceeded to educate us. We found the perfect sofa that was everything we wanted and more at a very good price. We also bought a loveseat and they gifted us a beautiful area rug as a thank you for being first time customers. Delivery was setup by Rocky and the woman at the desk (sorry I don’t recall her name) for the next day. Everything was delivered and placed at the specified time by two professional, efficient delivery people The store doesn’t sell what it doesn’t have in stock unless you prefer a custom order. The sofa and loveseat look beautiful in my sister’s home and they are extremely comfortable. We are going back to the store to buy an additional rug and look for a table. Obviously, I highly recommend this store.

I was able to pick everything for my dining room and living room in one trip.I have to mention It’s so hard to get furniture no one has furniture available in Visalila or Tulare we even drove to Fresno and no luck the prices is outrageous.So after purchasing from More furniture we were at 160 days we canceled our purchase with them and were able to get all our furniture in 14 days from Furniture Avenue . After our experience I believe they are the only place to shop they have everything in stock.He made the financing part a breeze and not a single headache. We just recently bought a sectional sofa with ottoman, about 2 months ago and it’s looking great so far! We got a small free carpet by a nice man since we were told that our order was to show up a certain day but it didn’t and we needed to wait couple more days. We were bummed because of that but, he explain to us how things worked. He gave us a free rug, so that we would leave empty handed since we had taken our trailer to haul it ourselves.I want to give a shout out to the man in charge of the store! Fabulous customer service. When we walked in I felt very confortable. Everyone greeted us helped us right away! I do recommend this place to anyone they do financing, they make things possible and easy to do fo those. My husband and I purchased a mattress set from this store. We were told we would have our bed in one week, well that turned into over a month. Every time we called or went in to inquire about our delivery, we were always told they were waiting on the truck. We finally called and asked to get another set in stock just so we could have a bed, we were tired of waiting. They said they would deliver us another set that day. We noticed after they left that the box springs had law tags on them that said Second hand used filling materials I nearly flipped my lid, how unprofessional and fraudulent this store is to send us used box springs after we paid a lot of money for a new set. Never in my life will I EVER go back to this store. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. If I could give no stars I would.

I went in there thinking I was getting a deal so I made a purchase to later find out that I could get something way cheaper somewhere else and called to cancel the next day and six months later they are still charging my card for it. Once we returned, we were created by Rocky and Linda and they did a great job at helping us out with choosing the coffee table and end tables as well as dining room and Queen mattress called the Puffy Mattress lower price then any furniture store in Town and the only one carry that brand it was A++ we are in love with that brand we were able to pick up in a week . they have a wide variety of sofas, in tables, bed framing (Mattresses brand), night stands, dressers, dinette sets, there is just so much to look at, the store is not huge but guarantee lowest price with quality and brand, in my most honest opinion their discounted furniture On the Floor looks 10x better than Big Lots high priced cheap furniture and Ashlay furniture cheap brands .Or any other Furniture stores in The valley. I went in there today and they have really nice things in the store. I ended up buying a Bedroom set off the catalog and I was a bit worry but when they came to my house and set it up I was amazed. The pictures in the catalog did not do its justice it looks amazing in my room. Definitely coming back and recommending friends and family. Thank you once again.

Rocky is the best sales guy got us what we were looking for we were up north San Jose we love a Queen bed but the price was $4500.We looked all over Visalila & Tulare no one has the bed.we found it at Furniture Avenue they give us a huge discount on the bed he told us they will also have it in 10 Business days versus we were told it take 2 month to get it so we were stroked we got it for $1400 cheaper and we are very Happy we will be back and let all friends & Family knows They have so many nice things and different things as well.Thanks furniture Avenue we Recommend you best Furniture in Town
