I always come here to bulk buy but my cashier daizy was being super rude I asked for bags and she only gave me one? and she just tossed my stuff on the side, the rest of the stuff I had to carry by hand and on top of that she was talking and giggling with her co workers and taking forever and on top of that she over charged me I didnt complain because it was 3 dollars and Im in a hurry on top of that there was people behind me, if people dont like there job thats understandable but dont take it out on people, this place needs better management because the one they have here seems to be too relaxed and especially very rude and laid back and this isnt the first time they seem to have people going in to buy stuff from them so I will have to go somewhere else.

The worst Smart and Final I trade with on a regular basis. To many empty shelves or product locations . Sometimes they dont have everything that is advertised in the sales papers. Not nearly as enjoyable as Visalia and or Handord locations

This store has it all its well stocked...very clean..fast service...friendly employees..I never leave empty handed .I find meats well priced juices frozen items sodas .. can veggies fresh veggies all well priced stop by and try it you wont be sorry

Clean, friendly and nice sales! I think this is about the only place in Tulare where you can bulk items for a decent price. All of the workers are always in a great mood too always smiling and helpful! Keep up the great work guys!!

This place is better than Walmart. Its loke a mini Sams club with option to buy bulk in everything. Prices are better than Walmart. A lot of selection for every product. Place was clean. You have fresh produce section too. 10/10

Customer service is great, employees are always friendly and efficient. They struggle to keep product on the shelf and routinely or out of product I routinely purchase. Not sure why the Visalia store can maintain stock.

Good place to buy bulk with out a membership. Some things are cheaper elsewhere some not. Really depending what your looking for. Everything from huge roll of cling wrap to Dino nuggets. Friendly staff.

It was very busy, could not find staff when needed, but my cashier Vanessa was very sweet and patient

The store itself has great sales but the veggies arent as fresh as youd think & the employees arent very friendly & there is a couple employees here who will give you a hard time over coupons. They even fraud by not following the rules that are stated on the coupon & when you ask for the manager they wont get the manager for you & if I have to pay for bagges than I expect them to be usable & not fall apart. (The picture Im posting shows one of the handles missing on it). Ill make sure to go else where for now on!

It was good and got attended fast, since there wasnt too many people, but the cashier didnt pack my items. I had to do it myself. Is that how it is now? Other stores pack my items.

I love to grocery shop at Smart and Final. They have great product you dont usually see at regular supermarkets and the prices are great. I love buying the buckets of ice cream from here. They are quality ice cream.

Love this place. Its clean, and always carries a good variety of quality products. The downside is that the homeless people are always panhandling right outside and in the parking lot.

I love that they require customers to wear a facemask while shopping!!

This Store was nice, clean and laid out well. My son was looking for bulk honey & he saw online that it was a available at Walmart but when we got to Walmart they didnt have any in 80 ounce size so I thought our best bet would be Smart & Final. He looked online & searched their website but it didnt come up but we stopped at the store anyway & they did have it in the size he was looking for. It was wildflower honey in 80 oz/5lbs for $11.99 So that worked out great! We found it in one of the first isles towards the west end of the store near produce section & at the south end or back of the store by the Jams & Jellies.

The store is great Ive been going in there for a while I go in there for parties or barbecue stuff that I need but recently smart final has just downgraded Ive seen recently by girl named Michelle shes new there and I seen her a couple times being mean to the cashiers and Ive talked a couple to these cashiers and they tell me that they have been written up by her. I dont think thats right these cashiers have been doing their job theyre for a while. Friendly but theres new worker thats higher than the cashiers name Michelle is writing them up for no reason and shes mean to them shes yelling at them. Ive seen her yell yell at a couple of the cashiers and thats not right I love this store I love the people that are there the employees are nice and their. Friendly but since this new girl Michelle is here shes ruining the Tulare Smart & Final and if I keep seeing her yelling at the cashiers or any other than employees. Im going to go to corporate and Report her and demand her to be fired because these people are working and dont need to be written up. Theyre providing food for their families so thats this is my review at Smart & Final its good but this one woman Michelle is not.

I wanted to purchase 2 bags of chips that were on sale and cashier wanted me to pay regular price, I told her they are on sale, she chk there sales add then check mine and said there different weights. Then ask me if I still wanted them . I said No ! The Tulare S&F need to train there cashier. Fresno SW cashier would actually send some a person to check out the price.

Very good a wide selection from produce the meat and even a place to buy BBQ wood &wood chips for flavoring your meat

I normally have a good experience at smart and final but not today. I had to bag my own groceries and when the cashier rang up my milk at almost $5.00. I said that the sign said $2.79. I was told that it was another brand that was the $2.79. The cashier then told me to go get the right one and to take the other one back. Normally they call for someone to get another item but not this cashier. I was not happy about it essentially since my back was hurting.

I enjoy shopping there. Maybe one of the better Secret shopping stores in Tulare! Their produce appears to be excellent at times. I am going to continue choosing to shop at Smart & Final in Tulare

I get that times are hard due to the cvirus but having a moody attitude will get no one anywhere props to the moody cashier with her half done dragon tattoo

When I buy anything in bulk, this is the store I go to even B4 Costco....decently priced for what you get...
