Didnt have what I was looking for and were kinda rude in my option.

Bought a mower, had problems with it. Took it back they fixed it the 1st time 3 weeks later same problem they charged me $75.00to fix. and put down they had changed the fuel(just and gotten fresh fuel)and cleaned the filters(I had cleaned all filters before I took it in) and changed the plug. Just a big lie. Picked up mower (told them a few things, cause the mower is under warranty and they charged me to fix it) Took mower to a friends place watched as he first pulled the plug. The plug was all gunked up. So I hope these guys understand that you shouldnt mess people around. Never will I go back to this place and I will blast to everyone I can about how bad they are.

I have purchased 2 lawn trimmers, 1 lawn mower & have had this company service all my lawn equipment. The owner, I think his name is Rick, was very helpful with me in picking out the right equipment for my needs. Each time Ive had a question or need service, theyve been courteous and very helpful. I recall once taking my Stihl blower to them stating it wouldnt start. The guy behind the counter, grabbed a new spark plug & filter. He installed them right in front of me and started it up. Good as new. It took him about 5 minutes. I live in Visalia, about 12 miles away & would drive to Tulare instead of using the folks at Jensen & Pilegard in Visalia.

Horrible parts service called for a price estimate on a coil for a husqvarnayou cann tell right away he was in a bad mood by the tone of his voice why work if your going to be and in a bad mood and be a dick to everyone else go home you sour puss..$100 for a coil everyone else had it for $65-$70 never again getting parts there! ....checked on there website and they sell it for $69.99 i calledand Paul the parts guy said $100 what a Ripoff ..dumb asses dont even know probably that on their website its for 70 bucks lol
