I waited outside in the cold and when I was let in I was greeted by a rude lady with glasses. I asked her a question and she was no help, on top of that she had a ton of attitude for no reason. She was also screaming at other customers. This was on November 20th around 7:40pm. This happened to be my first time in this store and I won’t be returning. Very bad atmosphere.

Went in today to buy a hat and I asked the young man up front where the snap backs were at. He didn’t even point, he just nodded with his head. I asked him if that was the only spot where they had them at and he ignored me. I waited for a reply and he started laughing and had AirPods on having a conversation with someone else. I guess that conversation was more important than making a sale so I walked out.

Get a hat today. For the sun shining tomorrow.

Last time I went it was two rude girls there I believe one of them was the manager as well. Didnt get asked for help when I did ask a question they both replied rudley. Never ever have I been treated to bad in a lids shop and I buy alot of hats

If you are a customer get a rewards cards and take advantage of the savings. They have multiple specials on weekly based. This place get get busy and crowded on the weekends. Great staff and very helpful as well.

Nice decent selection, prices are a little pricey but they have lots of sales, buy 2 get 1 free, buy 1 get one half off, etc...Definitely the place to go for people like me who always wears a baseball cap.
