Best Fedex around.I visit often and they always help me with taping my boxes shut and packaging. They are also very quick and friendly.

Was helped by a young man.. felt as if I was greeted a bit rudely by him, as so I felt the whole time I was there when I needed his help. Prices on computers are a bit high, unless you need a quick print you should be fine but do know it is pricey overall; mailing packages as well! Also felt like the young man was treating customers in a rude way when I observed him help an older man in front of me. Left a review through my receipt to get contacted my manager to let them know of my experience but I did not receive any call.

I went here to ship a couple or wrapped Christmas gifts to my niece and nephew but they were out of large boxes. When I asked if they had more they went to check but came back with, were all out. The unhelpful worker gave no alternate option and moved on to the next customer. Okay... I guess Ill go someplace else. I went to Mailboxes and More in Tulare and not only did they have plenty of boxes, the gentleman there even boxed up my gifts for me and put in plenty of packing peanuts. If youre in Tulare dont waste your time at this FedEx location, go straight to Mailboxes and More.

My package was shipped over 2 weeks ago, called to get help on why the package hasnt been delivered yet & all I got was a run around & a BS story. I guess you cant trust anyone with delivery nowadays!

Depends whos working. Sometimes great other times closed during business hours or they have someone working that might as well be gone.

I needed to scan a larger than normal photo, other places could not accommodate the size of the family picture, but to my surprise FedEx has a larger imageing machine and the cost was a lot less than I expected to pay

I had the worst service today. I was charged $8.00 for scanning and it didnt even work. The lady was rude and not helpful. I wont be doing business here again.
