Difficult. Not everyone understands how the chec- lane. Not a very well stocked. Employees were nice, but obviously over worked. Not enough employees. Lots of customers, but very little inventory!

I was happy to finally get a brake from life so I could go look around. I made a purchas. It was a little bit confusing. The system is a lot different. There was some misunderstanding when I checked out. The cost is on my card they said would not be charged. I dont live in Tullahoma. I dont go there a lot. So I dont really know what to do. I dont like being charged 2 times.

Went to purchase a suit. I went to the establishment to purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding. I am a plus size guy, they had very slim options. Then when we got to the register they only had two registers open had to wait 30 minutes to check out. The cashier was completely off her game. I paid with exact change and she could not comprehend what she was counting in her hand. Will not be back.

Love shopping here just needs more staff. Took over half an hour checking out. Soooo glad my husband wasnt with me. His patience is thin.

Dont buy jewelry at jcpenney even with the protection plan. I bought a sterling silver necklace with a gold over lay with the protection plan and was told that if it ever needed to be redipped they would be glad to do it. Two years later, I did have them redip it but it came back orange. So I sent it back again and it was still not gold looking, it was still orange looking. They told me that they couldnt return it after two years so they sent it back to the protection plan people and told me that they the protection plan people would have to decide whether or not redip again or would trade me out. I didnt know this when I bought a pair of white gold earrings that I got to wear one day and I lost one but I found the main piece and the said I could buy the protection plan for a lot less because they didnt cost that much and that they would be fixed but the plan only was for two years. I figured why buy the extended plan since it was only hook that broke off and if you loose one earring they wont do anything about it.

Went to get my engagement ring sized and the lady at the jewelry counter was very helpful with that task just not so friendly

The positive note......the clerk was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make all well...... The flip side... The store was a disaster as you entered it with lines blocking isles of shopping. This time of the year is busy, we all are aware, but the only open check out......in the front door... .... lined up all in the mens department blocking shopping. The lady in front of me was trying to do business on her lunch hour.....the impossible! I know we want to do home town shopping...but sometimes it just is not doable. Our time just does not fit the schedule. I was not the only one taking note. It was the conversation of the wait.

Its a nice place, just not a big thing for men now a days. Everyone was professional. Several people greeted me as I entered.

Shopped the weekend sale was pleased with my finds. Would love to see this much deserving store be updated with more space. They have wonderful employees who really care about the store there, however they are asked to do the impossible with the space they have! Too much to put out and no where to put it is what I observed. I just hope the pay is in line with the demands on them. Id be grumpy working under this constant pressure personally- dont see how they keep it as clean as they do. This has been my go to store for many years. Everyone is doing the best they possibly can there in my opinion!

Received normal 5 star from staff (IVY) . JCPenney 5 star is 12 star to any other store.

You can catch great deals here if you know when to go into their store. They have a wide variety of sizes, and have a wide variety of clothes, to luggage, or any of your basic home needs. Great location, and the quality of their merchandise is great!

Deals change on Sunday night FYI. $5 tank tops will be $17 the next day. Im sorry. I cant afford to spend $90 for 5 things. Nope.Also, if the signs on the racks say 40% off, dont count on it. The clothes will be full price even though the clothes were hanging on racks that said 40% off.

This store is normally clean, and well kept. Every time Im there though, its nearly impossible to find someone who works there. And checking out is painfully SLOW!! I understand the security tags need to be removed, and they like to fold the clothing items before placing in a bag, but honestly, I could fold laundry quicker than these folks! The cashiers are not typically friendly, or happy to see me when coming to the register. Not much smiling, or saying, Have a nice day!There is certainly some room foot improvement

The customer service lady was very nice and accommodating. The building made me a bit claustrophobic because they had so much stuff in there but it was well organized.

If your looking for a JC Pennys that is the 1990s style, this is the JC Pennys for you. I think management forgot about this store because every other Pennys is updated and actually has a wide selection of quality products. Not this one. Would have given it 1 star, but the store is usually clean and organized pretty well, just outdated and very limited selection of quality styles or products.

Went for pillows. Always buy there. Decided to get 4 instead of 2. Had front register open. One. People lined up a dozen or more deep. Asked other girl was she open, no. Got in line. 2nd girl calls out Shell check someone out. Someone moves there and we move there. She says, were we in line? Yes. But you werent next. Get back in line. REALLY!!! NOPE. Sat pillows down and left the store. Storefronts wonder why theyre not doing any better than they are? Even a computer is anxious to check you out, on line. Done with JC PENNEY. Someone else can have the pillows.

I WAS AT JCP in Tullahoma Th on Sat. DECMBER 23 OF THIS YEAR. LOTS of shoppers there. The store had a line to check out and behind counter was many store employees helping. Line went fast and the fantastic employees were so kind and polite. It reminded me when I was young and CUSTOMER service was very important.
