I have been on the phone with my bf at least 6 times this month (he travels for his job.) When he has asked the person at the counter why the price on the shelf was different than the price he was charged. The people are polite and great but day they have nothing to do with that. He has told them to notify management and nothing has changed. I have pictures to prove my claim. Lets have reality on pricing.

Several pumps were not allowing you to use your credit card at the pump. They were busy inside and only one person was at the register. I asked him about the pumps not taking credit cards and all he could say was I dont know, I just got back from vacation. Theres a very nice BP & also a Shell nearby.

Employees communicate in extremely rude manner and show their disrespect to customers. The station is worth its low rating.

When the store first opened they were amazing.. Then they got rid of the original cafe manager (Christina) in 2017 and the store has gone down hill ever since. Poor unfriendly staff now. Your dm should be fired for getting rid of the best employees and hiring the rude ones they have now!!

The tullahoma store don’t train there night time employees to load money on prepaid greendot cards or chime. I ran into this problem three times now from the tullahoma store.need management on night shift or proper training.yall website clearly states that you refill green dots and load money on to chime.should I sue for false advertisement and wasting money to come to the store for a false advertisement

Horrible service. The young man who had dark hair in late 20s-eatly30s was extremely rude. Air machine didnt work. Had no sign on it. Told him coffee was old and he said We just made it about 15 minutes ago so I dont see how it could be!

Totally normal gas station. But they force CONSTANT video advertisements at obnoxiously loud volumes down your throat while you pump gas. Will never return here for gas ever again.

Great prices on drinks and food from the cafe. Friendly staff
