Rent was a great place. I didnt rent anything i cashed out on lamps and tables.. So i cant speak on the renting part.

Im always treated like family at Rent 1 on 11147 E 31st St, Tulsa, OK 74146 Brianna is the best manager that ever came through that store she work hard and always willing to make sure everybody is please Ive been renting from that store since the doors has open and I love Brianna .Veronica is such a sweetheart shes very polite and you can tell she loves her job shes always willing to listen and help as much as you can the whole staff is great they always have a :-) and willing to help

This place amazes me! Robert came over on a Sunday to put an adapter on my washer so I could use it. Its his day off and he wanted to make sure I could do laundry. He is awesome!!!

Well Ive been in Muskogee Oklahoma all my life so I moved me and my family to Tulsa Oklahoma and I have had history with the Rent One in Muskogee always paid on time no issues whatsoever, so to continue on with who Ive heard nothing but Great things about ( The Rent One In Tulsa Oklahoma ), and they denied me, the decision of denial was made because of my references :( Ive sent all of my personal information and proof of income and everything !! What a bummer ☹ so all that ohhh they are a great store here in Tulsa, I STRONGLY beg to differ because Ive never heard of any furniture store denying you because of your listed references as long as you have proof you can pay for your items thats all I have to say about Tulsas Rent One

This place is the best! i have had the best service here and the interest on the leased items are the lowest around. i especially love how i was able to shop via texts and pics. since as i first bought from them i was high risk pregnant and couldnt walk for long periods of time. it was so helpful and being able to see actual pics instead of stock photos was so helpful in deciding. i highly recommended this place to anyone needing to make payments on things.

I felt like it was a waste of time trying to do an application and i had gave four references, and i was told that when she called then, and ask about me, i felt like she was thinking i was. Lying or somthing all i wanted was a queen size. Matrress and boxspring..and its june 12 and i have not heard from all day.

Love Rent One! They always take care of me anytime I need them. Easy process, fast delivery, & everyone is super friendly! I’ve never been a fan of rent to own, but they changed my mind & have yet to disappoint. Not everyone has $2,000 upfront to buy furniture & that’s what they’re here for. From what I’ve seen they help anyone in any situation.

Customer service was excellent. The inventory they had was what we needed and got an awesome deal on a reclining couch and love seat. Also, the delivery service for our beds is scheduled for Saturday morning and that was earliest date compared to any other rental place. We were very satisfied. Thank you for everything.

Bre is the manager she’s the best. Courteous, friendly, and treats you like a person with respect not like we are just income!!! Jianna, her assistant is awesome. Soooo. I waited patiently and paid on time, every time for my dryer to be serviced. It took 3 months.... still, I made no fuss. When I needed accommodations I was treated as if I I had not been a LOYAL customer. Gianna is the only reason I stay with them, but that will change soon too. The way you treat customers goes a long way.

They were helpful when it came to finding what I wanted, however I do not feel like they need to call you 2 or more times on the date your payment is due. I also receive a text and an email. I can understand if I am late or something to start making those calls but it feels a little harassing for them to do this.

Im a fairly new customer with rent one, and my experience with the store manager has not been pleasant April 12 I got a sectional and it was truly not what I wanted, so I looked online for something else found it called the store in Tulsa, the store manager wasnt truly happy with me wanting to switch for something else but she did it well today April 17, I thought I would be switching living room seats, didnt happen because the store manager did not tell me I needed 12$, which I would have had but I put gasoline in my car, the manager had the opportunity to tell me this morning when I called and she did not. Jack and Andrew came to my apartment and calmed me down and I will be getting my other living room set. This all could have been avoided if I had been told about the 12$, wh

I wish I could rate a 0. I went to this location Friday morning, early. Around 10 am. I went in looking to rent a TV and a PS4. They didnt have the playstation pro, but offered me a slim, which they didnt have at the store. They told me they could get it from another and have it the same day, and hopefully get it on the truck for delivery by 530. All other rental places finish and approve your application while you are in the store, but not this one. While there were 3 employees working, I suppose she didnt have the time to finish ours, but assured me she would soon, and would call us when we were approved to let us know when delivery would be. I showed her a coupon that stated we could have our 1st week for $10, however that was false advertising ... After an administrative fee it turned out to be almost $30. Which she asked us to pay BEFORE we were even approved....I dont know why I should pay a week in something that I dont even know if I will receive that day, or at all... Weird, I thought, but whatever. We left...but by 2 pm (4 hours later), we still hadnt heard anything. My husband called, and got placed on hold for 7 minutes before someone else came on the line and stated the standard greeting again...guess they forgot we were on hold. We had to explain who we were and what we wanted all over again. We asked about the status of our order and the lady claimed she was the only one thete and they had a line out the door....ok then who answered the phone?? Because it wasnt the same lady! Did a CUSTOMER answer the phone?? Anyway, she assured us she would call us back within the hour...but AGAIN by 4 pm, still no word. She told us their ONLY truck (cmon...a business that large, and only ONE truck??) Broke down and our delivery was scheduled for 230 pm today. Fine, we said, but were we approved, then? As far as she knew, she said...but we asked for solid conformation, nd she said she would find out for us and call is back...hmm.Whatever, so we wait and by 630 (store is closed by now) no call. Ugh. So we call first thing this morning and ask if we should expect delivery today. She said she didnt know, because their truck is STILL broken down. Could we just come pick it up then, since we PAID for it?? She said she could call her manager and ask, and sign a waiver that we are picking it up as is. Ill call you back, she said....seems to be her favorite thing to say. That was at 10 this morning. We called at noon, she said they didnt know, and would call us back.By 3, still hadnt heard anything (surprise), so we called AGAIN (5th time now) and they said our delivery wouldnt be until TUESDAY...because their truck got into an accident........WAIT. I thought your truck was broken down?? So we said, FINE whatever, then we werent going to be charged another rental week until next Tuesday? Because I am not paying a week for it just to have it for 3 days and be charged again. She claimed their rental weeks run by every Friday and can only accept payments on Fridays...ok yeah sure, so someone comes in on a Monday and you tell them you cant accept any payments until Friday?? I highly doubt that. So she proceeds to ARGUE with us, claiming that we paid Friday, but wont have it until Tueday evening, yet we are still due on the following Friday. She wasnt going to credit us for what we already paid for. Ok, you know what? Every other place follows through when they say they will call you, they have it out to you SAME DAY or at the very least, the very next day, forget this. We asked for a refund and was told that we had to drive all the way back there to pick it up, EVEN THOUGH we used our card, and they were closing so I had to wait until Monday. This business is a JOKE. I was planning on renting for a while with them (need almost every room furnished), but forget this. They act like they dont NEED my business, so thats fine. Ill go elsewhere...and I will advise everyone I come across to go elsewhere as well. They obviously dont really care about making money.

Yea rating dropped we really dont appreciate being called at 2 in the afternoon MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE WERE STILL AT WORK calling and bugging us on the DAY THE PAYMENT IS DUE and not even late nor is the day over with its highly annoying and inconvenient and boarder line unprofessional now youll be getting the payment late...🤷🏿‍♂️
