Worked with Ali for an awning for my residence. I contacted them as I wanted to use a local company who would not only manufacture what I wanted, but also install. After contacting them, they arrived promptly within the week to measure the awning area. A quote was emailed to me within the week. A date was set for estimated manufacture and install. There was a delay due to sickness with work staff and this was THOROUGHLY communicated with multiple emails. Installation was quick and painless as I watched them install it without having to worry that it would be installed correctly (or not) by me. Very professional. It was no hassle and best of all its guaranteed. I know where to find these people if I have questions or want something in the future. Sure I could have ordered an awning online and then worried about if it would fit, how would I install it. Prices were competitive as well.
