This Kmart is very unique. The Lil Caesars is closed for good. The Kmart seems to be lacking a lot of merchandise. This Kmart has definitely changed since the last time I was here about 14 months ago. Usually the parking lot is trashed but they have someone cleaning up. Also as well coming to this store is a hit or miss. Either lots of people or hardly anyone in the store at all. Parts of the store is blocked off and I wouldn’t be shocked when they announce the closure of this store sooner or later. Will this Kmart last? Or will it meet its fate?

Its okay selection and employees are nice but they turned off the ac to save money. I was sweating and employees were using personal fans

Its very depressing inside the Kmart store I think it just needs to shut down completely theres only no more than a dozen people in there shopping when It used to be like over 200 people back in the days. A lot of items to be very very overpriced and not worth buying they might as well close this place down and make a Target here

A clean and decently stocked, for essentials, Kmart in The Bronx, NY in the Bay Plaza Shopping Center. The employees were nice and helpful. Good place to stock up on your everyday essentials or clothing for the entire family!

They should really remove this sign! Store is dead and empty, I saw maybe 3 employees the whole time I spent in there. Pretty depressing if you ask me

I gave ot a 5 star because its my favorite store of all time but sad to say the writing on the wall its just a matter of time before there all completely closed the store was very empty and a lot of sections closed off anyway i wish the big k good luck

Its was bittersweet because going there to shop and knowing it would be our last time going there because they are closing that store along with all the other Kmart stores.

This place fell off big time. I purchased a simple pair of cargo shorts for my husband to wear to work. I had return them because the pockets where like sewed shut. come to find out they all are the same. What a headache!

They took the plus size section out . the cashier was nice . but Kmart doesnt cater to all sizes anymore . they have a lot of other things and household items

Im really sad at the state of kmart and what walmart did to the franchise, it was really sad to see being that i come from the 80s and remembering the force that it was, being a kid it was my favorite store, the blue light will be missed... Im talking like it cant be fixed but ... Really sad

The place is empty now. They said at first it was because they are having problems receiving items from china. Now they said they are remodeling. Until the get more stuff im gonna give them 2 stars.. just because its a kmart and because its local and parking is decent.

Is this site closing cause it looks like it is. Theres random walls and very little merchandise in the store.

The stores shelves were almost bare no staff on floor to help with questions about what was available for sale. And the limited sale pricing on some merchandise was far from what a sale price should be with the store in the state it was in.

Its clean and not crowded at all. However it not fully stocked,i couldnt find what I needed (storage bin)

The store is nearly empty, only one cashier baby working. The line starts from Africa even there are few people only.

Its a Kmart. Not a great selection on pants. okay selection on tops for men. Quite a large toy selection. A bunch of stuff for little kids when it comes to clothing. Basic pantry essentials and food stuffs. Lot of beverages to choose from. Very fast lines.

This location is always kept clean and organized but the registers are always a long wait, with miles of useless Paper receipts with a bunch of coupons (Wasting paper) that can only be used that same day; which is utterly useless when you consider the fact that you have already purchased the things you needed. I for one would not get back on their ridiculously long and slow moving lines, just to use their coupons

Kmart is a really weird place to be in nowadays. You get the feeling that its kind of going out of business, and yet at the same time theyre putting out Easter stuff like they expect to be in business 2 months from now. I went in looking for a shovel, but ended up not getting anything since I couldnt find it. All in all, I wasnt impressed by the selection of anything I really saw there. Im sure there are tons of things that Im overlooking, were not taking into account, but I sincerely believe unless youre going there for their tools, theres a better store for every single one of the Departments that they have. They do have a Little Caesars though, and if youre looking for stuff on the cheaps, I definitely recommend sticking your head in.

Still overpriced, bad quality stuff such as clothing, shoes, home items. But if you check closely they have some kids clothing super cheap at times. Other than that would not actually go there to shop.

Kmart isnt the same as it was before.I guess people still go there but when all the other stores moved in I dont see to many people in there.

OMG I CANT BELIEVE HOW CLEAN AND ORGANIZED THIS KMART IS! Went there 7 years ago I pick up beach chairs on a whim and it was total chaos! Hated the experience, but whoa, guess because of Covid, its a totally different experience, loved it!

For this location it was very dirty, and there wasnt much to choose from but it was very cheap and there was also a little caesars inside

Eight Months ago I gave Kmart a rating of 3 stars, but ever since 3 days ago, I found this place to be the worst state that I have ever seen. I asked an employee for help (as the store has been changed drastically since Ive shopped there) he waved me off with a its over there. The sound of comptempt in his voice was as though I was asking for a free deal. Then, as we waited on line for 5-7 minutes, there wasnt a cashier in sight. But the best thing l would say is the store is kept very tidy.

Despite the distancing line wasnt to bad. The store is arranged differently than previously and selections are limited. The courtesy was a nice feel. I will always love my KMART.💗 SO MANY ARE CLOSED😞. I have to travel so far to get this location. I DONT LIKE ONLINE SHOPPING UP CLOSE AND TOUCHING IS MY THING.

Customer service does not exist in this store. Everyone is so rude plus the security at the door (the skinny one with big eyes) he urinates outside next to the soda machines. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life after wondering where a really horrible stench was coming from and seeing him one day come out from behind a pillar. Gross

Me and my family is so disappointed how this store went down so fast. The things that there have is not Kmart materials that you are used to getting in there, I guessing with this pandemic there cant bring in the usual supplies and goods stuff that used to sell 🤷‍♂️

The atmosphere in this store felt strange. There were empty shelves everywhere. Some of the usual product Ive purchased, the packaging were broken or worst. I had to reassure myself that I was at Kmart. I asked the cashier as to whats going on and she said that the store is rearrange. As I left I was looking for Going Out Of Business posters. I love this store. Ive been a customer for years. It will always be a 5 stars store.

I cant tell if this location is renovating or about to close down. There isnt a while lot of stock left. This used to be my favorite store to grab some stuff for the house or for whatever but they dont seem to have much anymore.

More than half of the store is boarded off for remodeling. Not alot of variety as how it used to be.

While KMart at Bay Plaza has always been my favorite store in the mall, I was devastated to see the desolate appearance, half-empty shelves, and such limited variety of products available, especially in furniture. I came in looking for a microwave stand with a bottom cabinet but all I found was a rectangular cardboard package supposedly holding the last available stand, but no picture was on the box and no floor model. While there are other products like womens and mens apparel and some cosmetic products, it depressed me to see only a shadow of what the store used to be, with lots of customers. Well, blame covid for that!!🤬

Found a few things at each visit. This store looks like its closing. Hardly any customers. How do they stay in business?

As a former Kmart employee, I know what to expect while in Kmart. This Thursday, I was completely disappointed. There was only one cashier open and the line was growing increasingly longer. The lady at the service desk finally decided to call over a customer and ring him up. I was the customer after him, at which time the lady took the customer behind me saying that she was only doing 5 items or less. I asked could she have another cashier open up and she said it was only her at the service desk and the 1 cashier. As it was myself and my two daughters shopping we just broke our order up and had her take each of us individually. She seemed very displeased that she had to ring us up. As we were walking away the people on line behind us went to go to the service desk and she said to them 5 items or less. However she then called them over and began to ring them up. I was quite upset that I would have to ring my order in part but this couple was allowed to ring their whole order at once. I will be calling corporate because I feel there was a reason she did not want to take care of us as opposed to the couple behind us. The values in the store are as good as ever but if you dont have courteous employees than all the value in the world wont make people come to the store.

Always busy, but a location where you can find the items you cant at others, huge parking lot, one of the only locations where you can still get a meal, while you shop. Clean restrooms, and great customer service with a very helpful and professional staff. Also one of the very few places you can still shop for magazines and periodicals.
