Ordered a bagel sandwich and a coffee before my flight. Service was quick. I could have got a better bagel sandwich at a convenience store. Coffee was good. They do not take Caribou coffee or Einstein rewards points app.Kind of disappointing. They cashier was very nice and courteous.The blonde lady in the back not so much. More like a Marine drill sergeant! Skip the food just order drinks.

Doesnt open at 4:30 as posted. Opening employees are their, but ignoring customers.

They open at 430, yet its 457 and nothingAt 507 they opened but are still refusing to help any of the 8 customers lined up. Why is this place still in business?

Love Einstein’s. Normally they’re my jam. Always had great service.The Einstein’s in The Tulsa airport has literally lost my order twice. On two separate trips. Good thing I had an extra ten minutes to wait. I’ll make sure to grab something else on my next trip through. They’re nice, but that doesn’t cut it when they can’t complete an order

Amazing coffee! Great atmosphere and a cool vibe going on. Great place to study or meet someone. They have amazing Goodies to go with the coffee. The service was wonderful and quick as well. Definitely want to return sometime for more amazing coffee.

Ordered house (regular)coffee. Got French toast. Ordered 2 egg farmhouse bagel sandwich, got 1 egg and all but egg was cold. Took a long time, > 10 min to get. Needs major corporate attention.

If you have all afternoon to wait, then this is for you. I ordered two hot and toasty sandwiches and waited over 20 mins while everyone behind got their orders fulfilled. Sure they had simple orders of bagel with cream cheese, but this should be a queue.

Rude! If I could leave zero stars I would. The girl working the counter was so rude. I get they are busy but to pretty much tell me to leave because it was going to take 20-30 mins to take my order. I fly out of this airport weekly you will never get my business again.

Open early so you can get a quick bite to eat and drink if necessary. The turkey sausage and hash brown bagel was pretty good.

My sandwich was OK. But the service is poor.The older lady making sandwiches on 4/11 at 5:30pm saw someone she knew in line and rather than making orders went out to chat.Several minutes later I realized she was skipping prior orders (mine) to make theirs. I had a very simple turkey and cheese sandwich. They had a wrap and a signature sandwich.Then, she walked the orders out and stopped to chat a while, pulling out her phone and showing them pictures of her kids.Really unprofessional and rude.I dont mind being friendly with your friends, but maybe try not to do it during the dinner rush .

Prior to my review this place had a 2.2 star rating.. Let me see if I can lower it further!Stood in line for 15 minutes while the children working behind the counter flirted with one another. One was a big tall guy with a very deep voice. The other was a white female with blonde hair.The black girls couldn’t perform her job because the other two were doing a “shift change” that consisted of flirting and discussing Thanksgiving plans.Note to management: Put a bed in the back and maybe the help will be better cause they sure ain’t good now! BTW. We left without ordering and gave our business to the convenience store across the aisle.

Great spot for a really nice espresso, or pour over coffee. Good music and ambiance, and the staff was super informative with all my questions. 10/10 would come again.

We ordered toasted avo bagels. Received cold, untoasted bagels with hardly any avocado on them. Cashier was extremely unprofessional and rude to us. Unhygienically fiddled with the food without gloves.

Missing the Starbucks that used to be in the airport.This morning I ordered a large mocha, with about 6 people already waiting on food/drink. Several abandoned their order to catch their flights, and I had to ask after my drink before they attempted to make one. 20minutes later and I have an overly sweet undrinkable ‘mocha’.Staff seemed super green, and had hard time keeping up with the [minimal] orders coming in. Making coffees, slicing bagels, and applying cream cheese should not be that difficult.

Seriously need to get some staff...I understand you have a monopoly at the airport and you are the only option for coffee but that doesnt mean we should have to stand in line for 20 minutes while one person takes orders and makes the orders...630 am you should have at least 3 people working...sheesh

They are ALWAYS out of something. AND....they advertise a holiday latte, but dont have the egg nog to make it. SERIOUSLY! And the staff could be nicer, it doesnt cost extra? Or does it? The only reason for coming here is its basically the only game in town. Shame....do better, please.

Bad service they dont care about the customer. Slow and didnt even bother to cut bagless in half.

Quick friendly service, hot fresh bagels and coffee.

22 minutes to get a coffee and bagel and cream cheese. The bagel is toasted to luke warm and the cream cheese comes on the side. Avoid unless you have all morning to wait.

This place is awful. Half the time the 6am person doesn’t know how to operate the regiester, so they say they’re closed until the next person comes in to show them how to open the store. Then when I come back later, the people working there are blatantly rude, slow, and just generally don’t seem to care to be there.

This is the slowest, most poorly managed restaurant. The staff does not work as a team. Ordered a green chili egg white. Waited over 30 minutes for food all the while customers behind us got their food. Staff argues with the customers and are not efficient in their preparation. The “cooks” blamed their poor performance on the excuse that they have other restaurants. If they’re as poorly run as this one then they are all in need of a complete overhaul from management to floor staff. Only 1 star because can’t give ZERO!!

Hire more staff! This place awful. Everything is in slow motion. Took me 15 min to order just a coffee and there was only one person infront of me!

Failed to apply a discount, forgot to ring in half our order, and painfully slow to dish out even basic orders.
