Let me start off by acknowledging three extraordinary individuals Cory, Tony, Callie, these three individuals made my dream come true of owning a GMC sierra 2500 Denali With a Duramax diesel possible. I bought my first GMC Sierra Denali 1500 from Tony some years back, I then upgraded with the help of Tony to a new 2020 GMC Sierra Denali with a 3.0 Duramax diesel, I absolutely loved this truck. My retirement goal which is only four months away now was to travel pulling a fifth wheel I was extremely sad to learn that it only towed 9100 pounds if you know anything about fifth wheels they’re heavy, so the hunt began for GMC 2500. I went to Mark Allen GMC several times and spoke to Tony trying to locate a GMC 2500 Sierra Denali he had several on his lot but I was looking for a 2020 or newer I love that body style. This went on for several months and it was impossible to find a GMC 2500 diesel. I settled for a Chevrolet 2500 Silverado Carhart edition, but the love for the truck wasn’t there. I then contacted Tony again to let him know I wanted to go back to the GMC. I checked the website daily at Mark Allen GMC when this truck a 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali in Hunter Metallic was inbound, I called Tony immediately, knowing that these trucks are spoken for very quickly I was overjoyed to find there was no name on the vehicle. Tony quickly put my name on the truck, a few days later when the truck arrived Cory, Tony and Callie put together a deal that made this old man’s retirement a dream come true!!! Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Mark Allen and his people he truly means it when he says he backs the blue! I have worn a badge for almost 30 years, now I get to spend what time I have left on this beautiful planet driving a new 2022 GMC 2500 Sierra Denali With a huge smile on my face, all thanks to Mark Allen, Cory, Tony, Callie. Our 17 year old car finally quit on us. I am disabled and my wife works her tail off. We looked around and couldnt find anyone that would help. I went online to Mark Allen Buick GMC and found a perfect used car. I called and dealt with Casey Long. We got pre approved. I told Casey we didnt have a way to get there. The next morning he came and picked us up and went back to the dealership. Within about an hour, we test drove the car, signed papers and we left with a great car! It was great! 25000 mi service was about 120 bucks. The only thing was one side of my tires was not rotated but I had to go so they gave me a card for a free rotation. Always helpful and friendly
I had a truly 5 star experience at Mark Allen today. I made an appointment online for scheduled maintenance and got there a few minutes late. No worries- Rob greeted me with a smile and I entered the waiting area, which was clean with good coffee, a well stocked snack machine and space for distancing. I went into the part area to pick up a vial of touch up paint and David Green hooked it up. His customer service was top notch and the receptionist shared a protein bar while I waited. My car is happy and so am I.
My Experience of purchasing a truck at Mark Allen Buick GMC was outstanding when I got there and started to look around the Salesman listen to what I need and stay at the budget I need to be at and he got the truck that wanted. if you ever need to purchase a truck at Mark Allen see Jay he is a the best Salesman ever I met and the Finance guy was outstanding.
Edit: Additionally I had an email the morning of my Friday test drive confirming my appointment to come test drive the car. And now Ive received several emails from the sales staff at this dealership trying to sell me on vehicles which are still several thousand more than the vehicle I had gone to test drive. Now I have to block the emails, its been an incredibly frustrating experience. (see below for original review)I will say though that the owner did call, after I posted this review, and apologized and offered a deal for a different vehicle. Which was nice but I was already back home, 2 hrs. away and no longer felt comfortable doing business with this dealership - it was a bit too little too late. I felt like if they had actually been sorry for my experience they should have tried to make it right while I was at their store, not half a day later and then still send me emails when I made it clear I wasnt interested.Original Review:I called about a vehicle this dealership had listed, they set up a time for me to come test drive the next morning. I had to drive 2 hrs. to get to this dealership for my 11am test drive appointment. When I arrived they told me that they had sold the vehicle I was to test drive the night before! Then they said the only thing they had close to the car Id been looking at was something that was $5000 more than the one I had been wanting to get.I totally understand if they had another buyer for the car, but the least they could have done is call me BEFORE I drove 2 hrs. (plus 2 more back) to tell me it was sold. Then having someone try to sell me on a vehicle that was way more than the one I was looking at felt a lot like a bait and switch. Really unhappy that I even tried going here.

After not leaving such a not great review after my last visit the follow up went much better. Jeff, service mgr. called me to find out what is going on, I explained the issue, less than 24hrs. later my issues were well on their way to being resolved, made an appointment, got a loaner, job done. I had asked them to check my front tires. One has a screw in it. I wanted in fixed and the other looses air slowly. I dont think they checked either one. The screw is still in the tire. Im going on a trip. I just hope I dont have a problem. I guess Ill have to take my tire service somewhere else

Fixed the vibration in my truck. It was almost to the wild goose chase point. I had new tires installed mounted and balanced and the vibration persisted. They did a road force test and re-balanced my tires and rotated the worst ones to the back. That pretty much eliminated my issue.
It was awesome Shane and Jay were amazing. They were down to earth and very personable. We went to get me a car and my sister and brother-in-law ended up trading in their jeep and getting a new car also. Loved the whole experience!

In and out in a timely fashion.... Every time I have had a car in for service at any other place the car was hosed off, not there. I dont know where they got the wheel unlock socket but it was not put back. Seat was not put back. Was not even asked about any other issues with the car. In December when I bought the car I asked for a special clear protective film to be done, it was agreed that they could do it. I do have a we owe that I am not getting any where on. I am sure I paid for it somehow. Just feel like I am being blown off. I have spoken to a service manager multiple times regarding this issue.

The service people are the best!! They always greet me with a smile and a warm welcoming ☺. I am always updated on what needs to be done and I never feel pressured to purchase more. For example, I needed new brakes on my last appointment and the gentleman let me know. I purchased my 2021 1500 Gmc Sierra At4 Diesel here. Good customer service with driving and looking vehicles, no pushy salesman.Ive been there about 5 times for service on my 2021 Gmc Sierra AT4, 3 times for some minor issues and the last 2 times for scheduled oil changes. All the staff are friendly and respectful and the last 2 times that Jim and Bill helped me were very helpfull and did theyre job in customer service. The other times that I have went in before were not so much which to clarify did not involve Jim or Bill, the reason is because there was a lack of knowledge which can be understood with newer vehicles but there was also a lack of interest in trying help resolved issues I had with my Truck, I was put on a waiting list and was never help or called to help resolve issues with my Sierra.But I look forward to continue maintaining service with Jim or Bill and hope that good service they gave me continues with other areas that involves my Sierra.Another thing I would like to point out is that a lack of loaner vehicles affects having service there obviously the Pandemic has played a part in that but will see in the future how that goes. I scheduled my appointment on line. When asked what services I needed I said, oil change and filter. Response was $49.99. Then it asked if I wanted that service plus tires rotated, I said yes. Came back with no price difference so I assumed it meant it was all covered for $49.99. I was further convinced of this pricing when I checked replace cabin filter, and the cost came back as $39.99 for the cabin filter.Then I got my bill which was $54 for oil change, an additional $22 for tire rotation on a car I bought from you. Then the cabin air filter ($39.99 advertised) and another air filter(?) was charged that I wasnt aware was going to be added. So my cabin air filter ended up costing me $98.49. So, what started out, based on online prices of around $90, wound up to be $172. I was VERY disappointed, as I have purchased several vehicles from you and had all of them services by you. Up until this incident, I had told others of what a great dealership to do business with. Im more disappointed than I am angry.

Scheduled routine oil change, waited at dealership, finally after over an hour, (originally said it would only take 15-20 min) I had to find someone to ask if it was finished. And the oil was running down driver side door, oil spilled in engine bay in several places. The only corrective action the guy did, was wipe the oil off the door with a dry rag. After complaining to service personnel, was told “ya we are trying to get rid of that guy”. They wanted to correct my bill. The “correction” was to the tune of $3.86!If this is the way you run your business, I plan to spread the word how you treat your customers!
You know that feeling you get when you have to go buy a new car? Yeah, the feeling you just got by reading that sentence! That pit in your stomach. That raise of your blood pressure. That decrease in appetite?! Well, I had that feeling on my way to Mark Allen too! It was an hour and a half drive to the dealership. The whole way, Im just thinking theyre going to pull some trickery and Im going to drive all the way back home without a new car.Well, it didnt happen! You know, most people only write reviews if they have a real good or a real bad experience. This was the former! Definitely was a smooth transaction. I shouldnt be buying a car for a while but Id certainly consider making the drive again. No, theyre not paying or asking me to leave this review. Its all on my own will!We did most of the agreements through text and I made sure I had my out the door price before I hit the road. I am aware of the painful, unnecessary, hated dealer adds and the doc prep fee so I confirmed those before I agreed. Once my wife and I arrived, the 2021 Buick Enclave was sitting at the front, waiting to meet us. We asked for Tyler, who I had been dealing with. He came out, gave me the keys and off we went. After the test drive, we headed in to sign the papers on the terms we had already agreed on. In and out of the dealership in an hour or so.I definitely have nothing negative to say about the dealership, people, pricing or anything else. Well, maybe except for the fact that I couldnt talk them into giving me one of the huge plants in the show-room that my wife wanted! They were the only ones around that had the car we were looking for.

I purchased my used 2019 GMC Sierra from an establishment in our local town. My husband and I noticed a notification for recall inspections needed. We decided we wanted to take it to a GMC dealer, where the service department was trained for GMC vehicles. We were not disappointed. We have used the service department twice and Bill, along with his service people, have taken great care of us.

No pressure at all! Buying a car has never been an enjoyable experience for me; going back and forth with the sales guy not to mention the time you waste. But at Mark Allen I was in and out in less than 4 hours and that included test driving two cars. My sales guy, Bill was honest, answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. The finance guy, Tony, was very personable and friendly. My overall experience was great. I will definitely buy again from Mark Allen!

I’ll try to keep this short. I’m super happy I went there to look at a truck I been wanting buy that I saw on face book marketplace. It was a super nice Silverado and I knew since I have hardly any credit history it would be a long shot. I send a messege if it was still available around 10pm not expecting a response and I got one almost immediately! Thanks Brandon! We made an appointment for noon the next day. I got the truck! When I got there It was raining but they already had it ready to go under the carport so I could check it out without getting rained on! Brandon showed me the truck and took me through all the awesome features it has, before I even tried to get approved! Super awesome for taking time to show me and let me test drive it before he even knew if I could get the truck or not. Everyone else I met one the staff was super awesome and friendly! Idk how they did it but within a few hours I was driving my new truck home! They were just as excited as I was! They got me a pretty decent Interest rate even with my not so good credit history. You should think twice before giving him yours. Take care now.First, my 2016 Buick Envision is a great car and I am glad we bought it and we did purchase from Mark Allen Buick GMC! The sales experience is just like other dealers (even though they say it isnt on the commercials), so no props their. The salesman did take care of everything but left the company about a week after the vehicle was purchased. The service department at Mark Allen Buick GMC is quite an experience though and a whole different level of no thank you.A shortlist of experiences with the service department are:-kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and could not figure out what was wrong with it- to their credit they did finally figure it out.-would not provide a repair order for a major repair nor could tell me what was repaired- my husbands vehicle.-poor communication, previously the service department has not returned my calls nor answered the phone (repeatedly), the same experience with texting.-the driver smelled like weed when picking me up.-does not have vehicles to borrow (Buick offers this free with purchase) while the vehicle is in the shop.-walk into the service area and not one of the 3 techs spoke to me plus when they finally did the tech wanted to keep my car overnight instead of taking a quick look to figure out it was actually a fob battery issue (a salesman took care of it). To be clear it was right before 5 pm but customer service should be the top priority no matter what time it is.-finally last but not least the owner boasts to call him directly and he will help with anything but never called me back when I left a message to discuss the most recent issue. I did receive a call from the service manager but obviously, he isnt taking care of issues or all of the above would not be continuing to happen so I requested the owner to still return my call. It has been a week since I left the message.Previously, I bought the same make of cars from the same salesman for 15 years (every 2 years) and hoped to develop the same relationship with Mark Allen Buick GMC but it doesnt seem like they want repeat customers. I will think twice before purchasing anything from any of the Mark Allen dealerships again.

If I had to sum up my experience at Mark Allen Buick GMC in one word, I would say “Incredible”.Now, let me say that I’ve typically taken my business to Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow; Having bought two vehicles from them in the past, I felt they would take care of me on my newest purchase. Sadly, that was not the experience. Recalling the comical commercials featuring Mark and Zoya Allen, I decided to contact their Buick dealership.At first, I was a little skeptical when I saw that they had priced several vehicles of interest slightly higher than the competition. Regardless, I completed the online form and requested to be contacted. Almost immediately, I received a call from Shane H., who noted what I was looking for and then, went to work on making it happen. A short while later, I received a call indicating that finance was approved, but that it wasn’t that great of a deal; Shane, along with Robert A., requested that I wait until Monday (it was Saturday) so they could reach out to another lender and try to negotiate better terms on my behalf. During this same call, Robert volunteered a lifetime powertrain warranty at no cost; This was significant because while it’s an option elsewhere, it’s typically at an additional cost.Monday came and went with little word from the dealership; I was frustrated by the lack of communication and decided to reach out to Mark Allen directly. First of all, what a true professional, he is! Not knowing me, or having any information of the deal, Mark listened to my frustration and assured me that he would get on top of it! It wasn’t much later, I received a call from Corey T., the Director of New Cars, who was very apologetic for the lack of feedback. Corey was able to explain where we were at, what he needed from me, and what I could expect from him. In a matter of no time, these guys were able to accomplish MUCH better terms for financing, in addition to wanting to inspect my trade-in at the dealership to see if they could offer more money on the deal. It should be noted, they were already quite a bit higher than their competitors. Upon inspection, they did just that and offered an additional $1,000.00 on the trade.The only thing remaining was to sign the dotted line; I worked with Tony Y., who made the paperwork a pleasant and painless experience.In the end, I wound up financing approximately $2,000.00 less than what I would’ve at other dealerships; I received an incredible vehicle, a phenomenal warranty (true to their word, it didn’t cost me a penny), and an overall positive experience.If there’s a moral to this experience, it’s simply to remember not to judge a book by its cover. What initially appeared to be more expensive was actually far less. What appeared to be poor communication was actually hours of laboring, behind the scenes, to secure a better deal for the customer.Shane, Robert, Tony, Corey, and Mark; Job well-done! I have my own financing from my credit union but wasnt trying to spend 50k on a new truck and the salesman literally laughed in my face when I told him I was looking for a truck between 15-20k. Everyone who works there, from top to bottom, is always friendly and accommodating. The service department shines all the time. I purchased two vehicles from Mark Allen in 2020 and when I got my oil changed for the second time...they gave me a free hat! You cant ask for a better day than that.

I flew out from Colorado to take a look at a 4runner. Desirae, Jay and Joey all took amazing care of me. Communication was over the moon given that I was so far away. I found a old nail in my tire about 30 minutes after leaving the lot but thats partially my fault for not looking closer, slightly bummed that the guys didnt go over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure they were giving me the best possible product. BUT that being said. The car was pulled up front and ready for me. And it was IMMACULATE inside and outside. I dont think itll ever be that clean again...left with a full tank of gas. Quick and easy paperwork. And Im giving them 5 stars because I would still be open to buying another car from them and recommending others. Theyre all personable, thoughtful, professional and they make you feel at home when buying a car.
