This fun Mexican bakery is a staple in the Kendall Whittier district in Tulsa, OK. Just off of Admiral and Lewis it’s a great location if you’re already in the area for the Saturday farmers market or seeing a movie at Circle Cinema. They have everything from lattes, to ice cream, to…well of course Mexican baked goods. Their baked goods are their staples. These include, cookies, churros, and croissants. My wife and I ordered two dozen churros for a party and they were well priced and VERY delicious. If you’re in the area this is a great stop for a date night or an outing with the family.

Everything here is always amazing. This is my favorite place for pan dulce. Reminds me of my childhood.

One of my favorite places in the world!! The food is great! The music is great!! The girls that run the counter are very nice. You can tell that the people that run the place take great pride in what they do. Just a really nice place to stop for a snack and a soda or cup of coffee. I cannot say a single negative thing about Pancho Anaya. If you’ve never been you should definitely come and try a shortbread cookie or anything for that matter because it’s all delicious. I love this place. Best bakery of all time. Warm, inviting and delicious.

The conchas are great.. Its the women behind the counter that are something else .... Not very friendly to the American people.. If they would prefer non Spanish speaking people to skip your establishment please let us know.. I dont need rudeness when yall 1st open

Humidity really impacted the textures of the bread. Tried different things. They need hot lamps or a dehumidifier or something.

Great place for desert. Super cheap, clean environment, quite environment, hidden gem.

I hate donuts. I see them as the most unsatisfying and least-filling waste of calories out of pretty much any food. I don’t eat them. But I ate this one. I savored it. I had a moment of transcendence that caused my worldview to shift momentarily. They are not a cake donut, or a regular donut... they are some blissful convergence of the two. We got some to take home so that their dad could experience nirvana with us. 😋They were just one of our many purchases; our family stocks up regularly at this lovely Mexican bakery. We especially love their semita integral (very airy and a hint of sweet) and the little pig cookies (a molasses cookie). I’m vegan so there wasn’t anything for me here, but my mom LOVED this place when she came to visit. She asked me to go back there with a huge order and overnight ship her a bunch of her favorite treats, haha. Really great deals here!

Best authentic pastries around. Very fresh and so clean. Also they are super friendly to me, I have found being white in an all Mexican store can be a little uncomfortable with the language barrier and I feel like I stand out, but the people here have always made me feel comfortable when you walk in you see pictures of their ancestry line and its just a really cool wonderful place

Huge variety of pastries and delicious treats. Love the method of choosing what you want. Grab a tray, grab some tongs, and grab whatever you want from the massive selection. Its easy to leave with way more treats than you expected to come for, but its worth it and you cant beat the prices! They also have coffee, drinks, and ice cream. They have a lot of tables and seating so you can sit and study or enjoy coffee and pastries with friends.

My daughter and I dropped into the bakery after taking in a movie. We purchased several cookies and pastries. The baked goodies were most tasty and delicious and fresh. The prices are very reasonable. We even met employee of the month, Sergio, and congratulated him. The bakery is open early and closes later than most bakeries. It is worth stopping by for the authentic Mexican goods!

I love coming into the local Pancho Anaya Bakeries! The staff is always nice and helpful. All the bread and pastries are made daily and my son always has fun getting to pick out all the different desserts! Great family owned business. Tasty pastries that are authentic. Give them a try!

A very wide variety of goods. I tried a few different things, mostly delicious. A couple items were a little dry for my taste, but that may be due to the fact it was so late in the day when I went.You cant beat their prices though, I couldnt believe how little I had to pay for delicious pastries and other baked goods. The guy at the cash register was super friendly. After confirming that it was my first visit to their store he suggested a few things I might try next time.I will definitely be making a return visit and next time Ill be sure to try out their donut bar.

Great variety, delicious pastries, and amazing prices! I got 13 items for less than $11. Ive been going to the east tulsa location for years, and now that Ive moved, Ive visited this location more and its just as great as the other one! I highly recommend any of the Pancho Anya Bakery locations.

A cultural gem. $0.70 bakery items, $1.50 coffee with cinnamon steam milk, a wonderful and diverse atmosphere in a fun district that reflects this same vibe- treat yourself and your coworkers on $5.

This is a clean place, nice and friendly people. The sweet bread is good but bolillos and churros are not, they were They were watery and not crispy and golden as they should be. Usually in Arkansas I buy my mexican and sweet bread but this time I was in Tulsa and I some one recommended the bakery Ayala as the best and now that I was in Tulsa and I bought this bread I did not like it.

Nice treats, clean store and nice staff. They had a set up for el dia de Los muertos with the man who started the bakery. It gave me goosebumps!

Best Tres Leches cake in Oklahoma! Pancho Anaya has the largest variety of Pan Dulce and the prices are great too.

Awesome place!My friends and I have had meetings here and the coffee was perfect. Churros are the best!(And if you are looking for something spicy, dont forget to try the Cuernitos with cream cheese and jalapeños). Its a must.
