I was excited to have a convenience store move close to me that had Premium No Ethanol gas. I stopped twice for gas and went inside to purchase something both times....BUT, yesterday I had trouble with the card reader at the pump. I went inside and the lady asked the guy if I could leave my card with them and return inside to complete the transaction. He NEVER responded, but just began shaking his head no. I asked if they could possibly help me with whatever I was doing wrong and again, he said nothing but continued to shake his head. The lady apologized, I actually felt bad for her, and handed my card back to me. I told them they had lost my business forever. He never spoke or turned toward me! The WORST customer service he could have possibly displayed! When I got outside the pump was ready to pump my gas. Whatever was wrong was now working but I canceled the transaction and went to where I always went before for Premium No Ethanol gas....we also were able to get the pop, snacks and cigarettes we would have purchased at this Fiesta Mart! The ONLY thing these types of stores have to offer to separate themselves from one another is CUSTOMER SERVICE. This employee failed miserably and I will NEVER return.
Employee are horrible!! Very poor customer service every single time! The only employee that has good customer service is the young black man that works there. The older white woman and the old white man are RUDE AS HELL EVERY TIME!!!
No ethanol premium is great, but the pump speed is so slow Ill probably just go to QT next time
