Very happy with my visit. Picked up an online order. Women working there are very attentive and nice. I did not have to wait in line due to ordering ahead. Beautiful store with many employees to help customers find what they are looking for. I am looking for new fragrances to wear since I have worn the same one for years. I was happy with the recommendations I was given. I bought foundation, powder and a lip kit that I wanted from Charlotte Tisbury. I love the HUGE SELECTION that this store has and also the experts help finding the things I want. Its nice to have people help you to match your proper foundation colors etc. I have only good to say about this store. Always happy with my purchases and the customer service that I recieve!!

I love going to this location. All the sales associate know me and they are always so helpful. It is a very well managed shop and everything is clean. I feel very safe here. I am also very happy with the Sephora skin care products. They have saved my skin from the awesome mask acne so many of my friends are experiencing.

My daughter had a negative experience at the store today but I was really pleased with how the manager Kat and sales associate Allison handled it! When she came home and explained what had happened during her visit, I encouraged her to call in and respectfully relay that information to a manager, which she did. Kat and Allison listened well, responded kindly, and offered a sincere apology, which meant a lot. Kudos to these two ladies for going above and beyond to make things right!

My sister and I both left feeling uncomfortable. The lady who was working and/or managing the place treated us like criminals and made us feel rushed as we were looking at the travel size stuff. The guy outside the sephora store who checks you in made us feel WAY more welcomed than the actual person working there. That’s the only positive feedback I’ll give. Won’t be going back.

Dec. 4, 2020 (Friday- 5:30 pm)I visited this location and it amazed me that staff are very helpful. There were two staff that highlighted my experience. Katy (It spelled like this) and the tall security guy that jumped in to help at the counter for guests check-out. I appreciate Ms. Katy/Kylas honesty and she is very knowledgeable about their products. She also was patient with me finding the best skin tone is not very easy for me. In the end, I chose her first recommendation. For the security guard, I did not get his name, but he has great work ethics and took the proper call to assist the cashiers to lessen the wait time for their guests. Great team!

The manager would not process my return for 8/2 on 9/2 even though she had the ability to do so (I verified with corporate that they have the ability) she just was unwilling to help me even tho I came the night before but their hours are altered in Wednesdays.

Was searching around the store looking for the product however the three or four employees that were busy stocking didnt care to stop what they were doing and ask us if we needed any help. the most lively and cheerful person was the security guard who greeted us when we walked in.these employees seemed like they were not happy to be there and even less happy that you were there.

Not much choices for fragrance and fragrance sets. Shelfs are basically empty. Customer service nice, lady that was helping me was very helpful, knows products. But at the check out cashier could use some customer service training.

I had a great experience in Tulsa. If you need help, ask for Susan. She’s kind and knowledgeable. She was able to help me find a tiger grass product that removes severe nose redness. After a week of using the product, I feel much more confident. I’ve been to several dermatologist and had given up on finding a solution. Thank you, Susan and Sephora!

Incredible place if you like make-up and fragrances. Perfect for most ages, except for little ones with busy hands!! Fantastic service. Had not worn faux eyelashes before and they actually put them on me so I could learn how to do it properly. Highly recommend!

Always great for high end make-up. If you are new to make-up, make an appointment and theyll happily teach you what to do. If youre already pretty good, I generally find it easier to just wander the store yourself and check things out. Thats not to say that they wont help you, because they will gladly, but it often results in me saying thats not quite it over and over. Maybe Im just picky haha!

I shop here constantly, and even more so during the end of my pregnancy.. I was at the point I wanted to “walk the baby out” and everyone was SUPER friendly then. All excited about my due date and wanting to help me pick makeup that would give me “new mommy glow”. We found out my gift card had been hacked, and the girls did absolutely everything within their power to help me, I appreciated it so much. But now I actually go in with the baby they were so anxious to help me walk out, they just stare at me and accuse me of stealing. I work in beauty, I’d never dare take that away from somebody else.. It’s really hurtful but I understand the retail environment, and “not everybody with a stroller can be trusted” logic. As a MUA, and a new momma, I just wanna feel as pretty as I did before baby, and they’re slowly tearing that away from me..

One. They never answer the phone. Two. The associates are either always up your butt or nowhere to be found. Also, I am a Rouge so I spend a lot of money here. Because I buy so many products, of course I have returns. They always act like Im cheap when I return anything or ask for a sample.

I have called so many times no one answers the phone ever. Called another Sephora and said this is normal for your store..to not answer the phone. So I drove to the mall for one there we’re at least 3 employees doing nothing who could have answered the phone. And 2 I was advised to go online and sign up for your beauty classes starting on Sunday mornings 9am-11am. Get home and online says your fully booked...would really love if someone would contact me and get this straightened out.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Not once did they ask if we need any help. Even when we selected our merchandise to purchase. We stood in an empty line with no cashier. No one asked if we were ready to checkout. The workers stood around applying makeup on themselves and talking amongst themselves. I politely left the merchandise at the register and left with no greeting upon walking in or walking out. I am from OKC and I will taking my business back to that retalier.

I always receive great service at this Sephora, but Anna Lemoine has made my past two visits spectacular!! She has such a friendly and welcoming attitude all the time and was so well informed about every product I asked her about! She has been helping, recommending and sending me home with so many samples of skincare products that have saved my face! I will definitely look for her on my next visit!! If anybody needs help with skincare or a great mini facial at this Sephora, ask for Anna!!

When I finally went and asked for help the lady working the floor walked away from me. There was maybe 4 people in the store shopping at this time. Horrible service. I will not be going back.

My best friend and I went in today and were really just looking around (like we always do). My friend was looking for something and had a hard time finding it and a woman who works there kept following us very uncomfortably close like we were shoplifting. I get it, Ive worked in a makeup store before, but every time we asked her a question she was incredibly rude and she was also very hateful to her co worker. I have NEVER had a bad experience here before but because of her from now on I will be shopping at the one inside of JCPenny. Very disappointed.

I live clear in Cushing and I asked a lady for help with bare minerals make up and she tried a few shades on me and when we found the right one she handed me the foundation and we asked if she would help me find a reasonably priced full face primer she did and we checked out and left. I get all the way home and she sold me the tester foundation and eye lid primer. Grrrrr now I have to drive all the way back there to get a refund. I am just going to shop at Ulta from now on.

I was in here for 10 minutes and I wasnt asked once if I needed help, or even acknowledged. I get that I look young and probably like I dont have much to spend if any, but I actually do. It doesnt take a lot of effort to at least ask if someone needs help(isnt that your job?!). Then I went straight the Sephora in JCpenny, and one of the ladies (once i interrupted their chatting), had attitude the whole time. She wasnt interested in getting me to spend money, and then when I said I didnt like the 2 different foundations, she said I had dry skin. Like, ok?? What does that have to do with anything I said I wanted? She didnt even try to help me find one of MANY different face products that could help my dry skin Insulting and rude. Im absolutely DONE with Sephora and I used to LOVE them! Id spend my money at WALMART before giving them another cent.

Wosrt sephora staff ever!!! i had a returned to make and has no receipt, the lady in the manager dress i believe she asked me so many questions and asked reasons why i am returning it. i told her i dont have a beauty insider she asked 10 questions again that how and why i did not apply when i made that purchase.Staff was horrible!!!! i still havent returned the product after there rude service, i would never ever go in this location ever.
