Ordered from the online website, had no issues and customer service was top notch when I had to call about shipping. The chocolates are some of the best Ive had and rival Godiva easily. Unfortunately some truffle flavors I picked out had to be replaced with another flavor, due to supply. So hopefully next time I can get the other flavors. They have a note section on the order screen, I wonder if you can make a request to wait till all flavors are available.. Will try next time.

Ive been visiting glacier since they opened their downtown location some years back in my sister introduced me to the shop. The owner was a fellow veteran, so we were interested in doing what we could to help the business. Well they really stand on their own. I always visit when Im in town, and Ive ordered from them online as well. The chocolates are amazing, beautiful works of art, and delicious.

The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you make good decisions. The truffles are very affordable and make great gifts. Every truffle I have tried so far has been amazing with perfect texture. I hate white chocolate but I love all of their white chocolate truffles! Seriously you won’t be disappointed, everything is good

Delicious and affordable! Excellent quality for the price... BUT did notice extra retail space. MAYBE... try fudge as an addition to your products? Would probably be very popular and profitable! I know I would definitely try it. Coming back on next Tulss trip!

Best chocolate everrrrrrrr!!!

We stopped in while in Tulsa to pick up a Fathers Day gift. The clerk wasnt very friendly, she hardly spoke to us at all and seemed inconvenienced that we were there. We purchased a box for fathers day and then we each picked one piece of chocolate. This totaled 9 in the gift plus 5 extra; 14 pieces for $31. They are beautiful and tasty and a fun experience but we were told you can get a box of yummy truffles at Aldi for $5 and have friendly employees.

Highly recommend their chocolates. Best in Tulsa.

This place is unbelievably good! A co worker told me about them and we are definitely hooked and try to go try something different every time we visit. A must go to for all your chocolate desires.

The staff here was very friendly! The space is very clean and well laid out. The chocolate and other such sweet options offer a selection from savory to fruity sweet and make for a fantastic tasting experience! You should plan to spend a little more here but it is worth it to treat yourself! I highly recommend the cherry bomb treat!

I love their frozen confections, but the staff needs to go to baskin robbins & order a hand-packed pint, & learn how its done. Even a store-bought pint is 2 servings, but their pint is really 1 to 1.5 servings. There was a tip jar on the counter, & I looked at my pint sitting there, 3/4 full, & thought hell no, Im not tipping!

Their dark chocolate Italian gelato is absolutely amazing! The small cup is about $4.50, but as a special high quality treat, it is worth....every....bite...And it is so rich, you wont need any more then that!This would be a great place to take your date for a summer treat. Their gelato is either imported directly from Italy, or handmade in house with imported ingredients.The server, Luke, was amazing and let me taste test some different flavors before I settled on the dark chocolate. They have flavors like pistachio, mango, nutella, and coffee to name a few.Then I saw their amazing selection of artistically crafted chocolates. These all look so beautiful. Almost too good to eat. They would be great as high end gift to your sweetheart or to a corporate VIP. They are about a $1.95 per chocolate, so this isnt a casual snacking place for sure.Many of their chocolates have some form of alcohol in them which makes them that much more awesome.Overall its a great place to visit for some high class treats. Just dont expect it to be cheap. The services is great and the selection is astounding. Definately a place worth checking out.

Well, my fiance loves this place. So it must be amazing as she is amazing and only like amazing things. Except music, she has terrible, terrible taste in music. But yes they make very good very high quality chocolate goodies. Would recommend. End of speech.

My favorite place in Tulsa to buy gourmet chocolates. Staff has always been friendly and make good recommendations. Try the Fortunato No. 4 truffle if you are a dark chocolate fan.

I had spent well over 50 dollars on a 50 dollar giftcard at a fundraiser for work last year. I go into the Utica square store and the girl overpriced everything I got. I ended up walking out with about 38 dollars worth of stuff so I wasted the rest. It came out to 48.00 but I noticed the gummies I got are way cheaper than she rung it up. Im sure she realised afterwards she messed up, I used to love glacier. Never going back. For how overpriced their chocolates are I am so angry the fact they over priced because I had a giftcard. Not cool!!

Amazing flavors, delicious ice creams. Perfect taste and melts in mouth. Glacier confection has a very wide variety of chocolates and ice creams. The staff is friendly and the place really makes you happy as soon as you enter here.

Awesome tasting and looking truffles. Crazy flavors, they look like little art jewels. Customer service there is very very good. They are super nice and helpful. We ventured in there one day to try it out and now I dont go any where else.

They have chocolate that looks pretty. Its just over priced chocolate though. Honestly we couldve been just as happy with Hersheys bars and saved lots of money. Might try to go back, hopefully next time we encounter employees that know more about the chocolate and not just their schedule.

Nationally and internationally-recognized chocolates, right here in Tulsa. These are the most beautiful and delicious chocolates I’ve ever tasted, with imaginative flavors. Perfect as a treat for yourself or gift to others. Bill is truly a master.Now they’ve expanded to gelato, and, of course, it’s awesome.

Firstly.... Its Stupid expensive. #2 Me, and my wife were ignored by the 2 staff members that were there that afternoon. #3 No greeting when we entered the establishment, and once we were finally recognized, we were treated with a healthy dose of sarcasm. This isnt the kind of service you come to expect from a gourmet confections chocolate shop. Really took a downhill turn from when it was over in the Brady arts district.
