No friendly greeting or welcome at all, so many boxes of merchandise laying around all over the place that at times it was difficult going through the isles. Price tags that are on the shelving unit compared to the products on the shelf are constantly in the wrong places or not even priced at all. This is happening at multiple Family Dollar locations, very unethical with a we dont care, this is how much that it rings up attitude. I have even been charged a higher price at the cash register because no one changed the price on the shelf after a .25 increase in the price of the product.If you see Motts applesauce for $1, look closely at the price tag. You will see that it is a different brand for the lower sticker price, you will actually be buying it for $2.50 not $1Some of the batteries and other merchandise especially on end caps dont have any prices, I guess they dont want anyone to know how much that it costs before they go through the check out line.If you are shopping there and need to use the restroom, thats just too bad because they don have a public restroom available for their customers to use!I guess I could fill out an application for employment, get interviewed, fill out all the new hire paperwork, go through orientation and training, just so that I could use their restroom but by then, I doubt that I would still need to 😥

The customer service here is terrible, a staff member was eating and ignoring customers. Aside from that, the store is dirty and boxes are everywhere. I go here often and it isn’t uncommon for them to be closed early, yelling at customers, or talking on the phone. I’ve heard from family friends that working at this particular family dollar is a nightmare, and they can’t rely on consistency or professionalism.

It was quite out of order. Inventory was everywhere. However the reason that got four stars is that the customer service was amazing!

I cant imagine a more terrible way to run a store. Its laid out terribly and the aisles are packed. Regardless of how many people are actually on the clock, more staff will be devoted to watching the door and greeting just some customers as opposed to actually helping customers finish their purchases. Tonight, only one door was open. Next to the other door. There was a seat in front of it. If its broken, just mark it? If not, why close it? Lady at the register is friendly but very slow. I left when I had already settled on Coke vs Dr Pepper, since they apparently cant keep things stocked, and waited 10 mins for to help one customer who had to keep going back to her car for change. Just left the stuff. This location looks pretty new on the outside but is trashed and cluttered inside. Just go to a DG.

Friendly staff and great variety of seasonal decorations and fun stuff! Snack aisle is perfect to find at home movie night snacks!

Watched a young Mexican run out the door without paying for the stuff he had. Black man older on duty Fri. Evening

Nice store, friendly workers, sign says open till nine but you never know until you drive up there, sometimes closed at 730,, 8, 830. Thats the only reason I give 2 stars

This store still has a broken door for 2 years now since I first went there, its congested and several times Ive gone there has been a note on the door saying they will return in a certain amount of time and they dont return within that time frame.

Are employees required to wear masks even when theyre behind the plexiglass? Manager today wore hers under her chin while I was there yet required me to buy one before I was able to shop. She claimed that she didnt have to being behind the plexiglass... Im claustrophobic & I still bought the mask even tho I felt like I was suffocating & my anxiety level was ski high. This is my main grocery store. I have to walk. I usually arrive at 9 AM. The lot is cleaned of litter, and the trash is emptied. The store opens precisely at 9 AM. Once inside, I see a clean store with neatly stocked shelves. Checkout is a breeze, even though I write a check. Latonya (the store opening manager) was checking out the customers. I was a store opening manager for McDonalds, so I look for the little things that count. This store got an A+. I am hard to impress.

This is the worst store Ive ever been in, VERY RUDE LITTLE GUY AT THE COUNTER, ARGUMENTATIVE AND HE SNATCHED THE MONEY OUT OF MY HAND AND CURSED AT ME, HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB.I DID REPORT HIM TO THE GENERAL MANAGER. HE WAS MEAN AND VERY AGGRESSIVE FOR NO REASON. I WONT GO IN THERE AS LONG AS HE IS IN THERE.DISGUSTING DISPLAY.

Sign says they close at 10. Pulled in at 9:30 they wouldnt let me in. Probably a nice place to work if you like to leave when you feel like it I guess.

Went there last night and actually spent $50.00 I liked the products but The woman manager with the cheap wig was very rude and snappy. She really shouldnt work in customer service if shes clearly not a people person. I will definitely drive a little further to the other one instead of getting that rude and uncalled for discrimination.

I have a medical condition that requires me not to wear a mask and I was refused entry into this business because I didn’t have a mask which is against the law since it’s a state mandate not a state law and I have a card that states that if I report your business for not letting me in due to me having a medical condition for not having a mascon that you guys can get fined be prepared to hear from Fisa

Pretty busy store, just one cashier

I love the staff here. This location can be kind of sketchy and dangerous. The workers really put their life on the line for this place and I hope Family Dollar appreciates that and pays them accordingly. Truly, they should be getting hazard pay. Dangerous people abound frequently and its pitch black out there at night. I shop here to keep the people employed and usually because Im next door doing laundry. Anyhow, its only a 4 Star review BECAUSE its such a dangerous location, not that the store or employees are doing anything wrong.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. It was been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, stating the fact Ive lived here for more than 20 years. The employee came in late, when I saw her arrive I got off my car and she rudely said were not open yet I responded by letting her know it was already past 9 a.m to which she ignored and made the remark of I still have 2 more minutes never would I recommend this place to anyone! And I will search to let whoever her boss is of her unacceptable behavior and poor customer service.

The 1st time my husband & I shopped there it was horrible. We purchased our items & left. I get home and happen to compare prices with Walmart on some of their stuff and Family Dollar was much higher we took two things back cuz the money back and when we did the gorilla check this out first time pretty much just called me a thief and we said everything on the counter when we got there the first time until we took the other stuff back and she said something she was rude and hateful and was trying to talk and pointed us the whole time we were in the store it was really pretty terrible on her part and the store was cluttered and we could not hardly find anything.

Filthy store and the staff wont even greet you.Team members being in uniform obviously isnt important to family Dollar anymore, and the store itself was beyond trashed.If this store looked the way it does now when I worked there, I wouldve been fired on the spot!Fix this store or shut it down!

Selection is very limited, although it has improved. Prices are a bit higher than I would think for a dollar store, but these shortcomings are more than made up for by the friendly and courteous staff.

We love this place

I went in on easter Sunday around 945am the cashier was by far the worst I have ever encountered. She was waiting on receipt to print for the customer in front of me and just stuck her hand out for my merchandisr without saying a word. I had a package of ladies undergarments she proceeded to tell me almost accusingly that there were too many on the hanger. I told he I changed my mind and didnt want to purchase the items (she was that unpleasant) as I was walking towards the door she hollared for me to come back. I explained that the polite thing would have been for her to communicatw with me before removing a pair of her choice. She said she was gonna be nice and let me have all since the were secured together with a security device. I replied that I did not want the merchandise that I would go else where but that I did want the managers name and number. She ignored me and walked away. I again requested the name and number, she replied the manager will be in Monday you can call then. I tried calling a few minutes ago. After ringing for almost two minutes i gave up. By far worst experience.
