This is pretty much the only Apple store in about ~300 mile radius, so you can’t really complain too much. The store itself being located in a mall, is very compact, yet you’d see more employees than customers. They do require masks in the store. One of the luxuries of having this near you is that you could get things shipped to the store faster than to your home address. Make sure to have an ID if you’re picking stuff up.
Great over all no complaints at all. The were so great that I ended up buying a new phone to replace my old phone that I came in for battery repair. The answered a lot of questions that I had and worries I felt about buying new phones because of spending high price for it. But at the end the had helped me with getting the phone I needed and help me setup the phone to where it was like having my old phone and more. So thanks Apple and a big big thanks to the little woman that helped me she was great at setting me up with my new phone and she really took the time to make sure I get what I wanted out of my phone and explain all of what my new phone can do. To where I walked out of the store feeling good about my phone. The help on the side was really worth it also. iPhone 12 mini
Daniel made getting a new phone so much easier. I went in at first to see why my phone was glitching and walked out with a new phone. Brant was also a big help as well. Both of them did and an amazing job
Apple is awesome but recently they have charged my card for something I had no idea about, I apparently had a Apple Music subscription that I didn’t sign up for, but the person on the phone helped me a lot and I’m so thankful for that
Nothing but the best experience here!! I had an appointment but got there about an hour early and they got me in immediately. The lady who greeted me was so friendly and helpful. The lady who helped diagnose my broken laptop screen was also very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I expressed my concern about my laptop being fixed before I left on a trip and they all went above and beyond to make sure I had it in time. I ended up having it fixed within 24 hours of it breaking! A wonderful experience with this Apple store and its employees. Every time I went in, I left much happier than when I went in. Thank you Apple store!!
The greeters at the door were very nice but once we were at the support table our experience was much different… after explaining the phone was frozen she explained she had to hook it up to the computer….. 2 computers later 3 cords later nothing. The iPhone did not respond. The frustrating part was when another tech, Reese, who was suppose to be helping a different customer kept interrupting our conversation but not nicely. And instead of explaining if we knew the email that was associated with Apple where we could obtain the password, she said it was our responsibility to keep up with our own password. Tensions were high because the phone was bought 5 moths ago at $1100. This iPhone is not only to keep in touch with family but is a significant device used for business. Now Apple has made me realize they might not be as reliable as they portray.
The employees at this location went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I had a broken display on my laptop and they had it fixed within 24 hours. They got me in an hour before my appointment, were so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they did everything they could to make sure I had my laptop back as soon as possible. Both times I went to the store, I left in a much better mood than before entering due to the great customer service.
Terrible service. Literally impossible to get a person on the line. I work for a wireless carrier. Apple does all there own warranties, and has for a decade. However, now they claim they don’t. I will be reporting this store through my leadership to make sure they aren’t lying to anymore customers.
Horrible experience from Apple. After being told by Apple on the phone I would be taken care of regarding my iPhone I was told by the store they could not help because of water damage on an 11 is not covered. Why did Apple send me to the store and tell me they would take care of it?Advised the Apple store manager my carrier insurance from att transferred me to Apple and I was told I had to go to the store since my phone was still under manufacture warranty. Poor customer service, just take care of your customers especially when they set up an appointment to see you.
If you buy a new Mac make sure to get the upgraded Apple Care with it. It’s awesome! I can call customer service and talk to a real person that will help me with any issues. Very happy with my MacBook Pro.
Just hope you never have to go here.No visit has every been great, but my most recent experience was terrible. I dropped off my AirPod Pros for an audio test to determine replacement or repair and was never contacted back. I tried to reach the store, customer service was nonexistent, and for 4 days I was completely in the dark about if they had even tested the AirPods. Finally, after sitting on hold and talking to someone from Apple customer service, the AirPods failed the audio test, they let me know my replacement was ready, and they were surprised nobody had contacted me yet.I showed up to the store where again, they struggled to find my order (even when given the repair ID) until finally, a girl came out from the back, and dumped the AirPods in my hand. No explanation or apology.Only two stars because the I DID get the AirPods replaced.Unfortunately this is your only choice for an Apple store if you live in Tulsa.
I read several mixed reviews about this Apple store, and wanted to share that we had a very positive experience. The service exceeded expectations and the store had what we were looking for. Hope your experience is similar.
Reese was very pleasant and highly knowledgeable in helping troubleshoot my phone’s issue. She kept saying “Right on” which made me like working with her a lot more. It’s the little things that make people relaxed and thankful. Cheers to Reece at Apple Woodland Hills!
It’s got an apple store, a good food court (with nice Greek food!), and place for the little ones to play!
Extremely frustrating situation with trying to get a new battery replaced in my MacBook Pro. Dropped my computer off and paid for a battery replacement on 3/23. They shipped it to a Apple facility to have the battery replaced. On 3/30 I received a test message from Apple saying they “need to hear from me”. The link took me to page that stated they noticed damage to my screen and asked if I wanted to spend around $700 to fix it. I was aware of the damage and didn’t want to spend the money to fix it so I declined the work request. It said they are going to be sending my computer back to. I assumed that meant that they completed the work that it was sent for and they were sending it back. On the repair status screen it says (even today) that the work was complete and it was being shipped back. When I receive the computer back on 3/31, the battery had not been replaced. I chatted into Apple support and they said that Apples policy was to either fix everything or fix nothing. I expressed my frustration with the situation because so much of my time was wasted with the whole situation. After a phone call with Apples Customer Care team, they reached out to the store. A store representative then reached out to me and stated they would be ordering in a screen and having it replaced for my troubles. I explained that I was grateful for the gesture, but I still need my battery replaced. She was confused because the work order had stated the battery was replaced, but it was not. She quickly stated no problem, and that they would go ahead and order both in and get them replaced for me. I was surprised that they were going through the lengths to ensure my satisfaction and grateful that they offered to replace both at no cost. They said I’d be notified when the parts where in and I could bring it in to be fixed. I received the call and dropped the machine off today to be fixed. When I got there I was expecting to just drop off the machine and be on my way. When I arrived they asked me to come back to the Genius Bar because they needed more information. After I explained the entire situation, he proceeded to tell me that the notes said I told them the damage was done while in their possession, which was not the case. (Not only was the damage done prior to that but I never once said it was done in their possession.) He then continued to tell me that they would not be replacing the screen and they would be replacing the battery, which I would still have to pay for. I’m not upset with the fact that I need to pay for the battery because that is what was supposed to happen at the first time. What I am upset about is they continue to say they will do one thing but do something completely different. I am almost 3 weeks out from originally bringing this for them to take care of, and I still do not have a battery replaced and now back to square one on the replacement. I specifically chose not to go to an authorized repair center because I thought the experience would be much better going directly through Apple, but it appears that that is not the case whatsoever. When buying an Apple machine, and spending the money you spend on one, you expect a higher level of quality and service. This has been a complete let down across the board.
This place is the definition of bad buisness they say they close at 8pm but they shut down the registers and aren’t gonna let you check out before that I was there at 7:30pm trying to buy a new phone -after walking all around the malll looking for an elevator it was just insane I went to Walmart and saved 100$ on the iPhone 11 got a phone card new phone and life proof case for what they are selling just the phone for
Made an online appointment to get my phone screen fixed. Used the Apple website and selected the same day service option. Made the trip out there and waited in line only to be told they did not have the screen to fix my phone. I thought this could have been told to me when I first booked my appointment so I didnt waste the employees time or my time. When I received the call to come into the store I was told i could just drop my phone off and to come ASAP. I was told I would not have to wait in line. When I arrived at the store at 2:30 I had to wait in line and then was asked by multiple employees if I had an appointment even after explaining the situation above. When I was finally able to hand over my phone it was 2:45 and they told me the phone would be ready for pick up at 3:30. I just waited outside the store in view of all the employees. At 3:30 I went up to the line and was told my phone repair was done, but it would be 10 more minutes while they ran a check on it. I then sat back down right outside the store. From there I waited until 4:20 while employees on the inside made no effort to check on my status. The temperature check employee eventually noticed how long it had been and tracked down someone. When I was finally handed back my phone the employee told me I was good to go, but I still had not paid. The entire staff seemed to not communicate at all or know what was going on. I will never be returning.
Tech fixed locked iPhone in short time. He explained what he was doing and why.
I purchased a new phone for my spouse due to how important she needed it, only to find out she was texting and reaching out to someone else. I was worried and needed to make my findings, i surfed online and came across a private investigator named “Rafael” I contacted him on his mail with Premiumspyglobal @ gmail. com and he requested few informations from me and in less than 3hours, my wife’s phone was hacked and I had total controls to monitor her texts, calls and social activities. I was heartbroken actually. You can contact the investigator on Premiumspyglobal @gmail. com if you have doubts and intend making findings in your relationship. Just so it might benefit anyone out there.
Lovely, stopped for bourbon chicken at the food court. Dining at the Hills.
Tried to walk in an hour and a half before closing to buy a laptop, phone case and watch band and knew exactly what I wanted. I was told “sorry, you have to have a reservation just to buy something and no more reservations”. Yet there’s 3 employees just standing around. Lame apple, lame.
GREAT experience!!! They had EXACTLY what I was looking for and I was able to purchase then and there! ❤️ Thank you Apple!!
Would give them zero stars if possible. I’ve had 3 iPhones break within 6 months, I got insurance on the 4th one I bought and when it was stolen they said they couldn’t do anything about it even though lost and stolen phones are covered under Apple care
Seemed clean. Plenty of stores was open for business. Good to go. You will have no problem spending your money there. If you need to spend some of your money, you will have no problems.
Good location and setup.
Awesome people, great customer service.
Didnt help me with my problem. Manager didnt offer any solution and it was hot af in the store. Id rather die then ever have an apple product.
Amazing mall really clean!!+
Even though they were really busy and I did not have an appointment tge floor manager took the time to answer all of my questions.
The Apple store only gets 2 stars because of the relatively kind people who work there. Otherwise i would give them a -5.From a service standpoint they can do nothing or are unwilling to help you unless you fit into a very small box/criteria. Don’t bother. Go to the Phone Doctors or anywhere else who gives iPhone service. Do not waste your time with the Apple store unless you want to also visit the mall for some unknown reason. And the only reason I give them 2 stars is so you do not dismiss this as a 1 star outlier. Do not waste your time. Bad experience every single time.
They were horrible. They kept switching their story. Wouldnt help me with my phone. The blonde mgr he was just no help. I had to call the main number on them to get them to admit they were wrong.
My only criticism is that the covid restrictions seem a bit excessive. Overall great experience and top notch customer service.
Easy pickup and nice staff.
Big mall with lots of stores and very nice food court!! My teenager girls loved it!!!
Long line. Very confusing getting in. Appointment only????? So weird. No other place in the mall was like this. Stayed away!!!
Made me feel too poor
I walked by this store and Google thought I visited it, thats kinda the experience of being in a mall as a Google guide.
Moved to samsung. Great products rho
Woodland Hills Mall has been opening early for people to access Apple store.
I personally didnt go into the store, but they fixed my girlfriends phone so I cant complain.
If youre in a hurry go early or youll be stuck in line outside the store.
Don’t waste your time in this store. Horrible service, horrible products! Have purchased two defective computers and they don’t care to have them fixed!
Horrible experience they wouldnt even talk to us without an appointment had to buy apple products from Walmart
Great place, very clean and hoapitabke. I will return for sure!
Great food 😋
Had a great lunch and a good visit with my friends
Come on Tulsa Apple store you’re better than this early so I thought you were.
Its sad. Only one Customer service center (check out) per half the store with a long line. Not worth shopping there.
Nice people and nice service
Walked in at 10am and was immediately greeted and given amazing treatment. Was out the door by 10:30am. While I was there they offered me some better business solutions that my company and I were unaware we had available to us. Great management and workers who were nothing but eager to solve my issue and make my visit the most enjoyable Apple store visit to date.
It is unbelievable the decline this company has had since Jobs died. Hung up on twice by reps, who were polite, but the incompetency level is unprecedented and certainly not what Apple was founded on. Cant go to the store without an appointment during covid, understandable. Go to our website and schedule an appt. Not even an option. Cant even schedule one in the future. So, if you bought an Apple, youre screwed for support. Cant even call the store. Disappointing from a customer with 2 iMacs, 4 Macbooks, and probably 20 phones over the last 15 years. Just another tech company now.
Good customer service every store
I went to the Apple Store this morning to buy a case because the online website said I could purchase one in store. After driving 30 minutes to the store, I was told I could not purchase one in store, I had to get on the website, order a case, and come back to pick it up at a later time. They refused to sell me one although there was no one in line and three people standing in their windows with absolutely nothing to do.
1st time in that area. Went to the mall.
Wonderful staff, highly professional.
Contacted Apple today because after plugging in my phone last night, some time in the night it died. I tried several chargers, and still nothing. I carry Apple care on it, so I thought it would be no big deal to get it fixed. Not so! They told me there is not a single store open within a 500 mile radius. All these other stores are open, but they cant. I cant get a phone for at least a week. I live in a remote area, so now Im paying for a useless overpriced paperweight. Apple Customer service was like it was no big deal, either send in the phone and wait for them to get to it or pay for a brand new one. So if you have a problem with an iphone, you are SOL for getting any help.
The service was super fast a big thumbs up 👍. But the way they handle customer check-in is really frustrating. This may be an one off incident I had checked in and waited for more than 30 mins. After rechecking with one of the customer support there they informed me I was never checked in. She helped me to get checked in again and then my case was handled super quick. All over repair service was best.
Awful!no help AT ALL!
I called Alex and Shane to order an additional iPad and was given a 20 minute lecture on how the previous generation of iPad is no longer available. I DONT WANT THE PREVIOUS GENERATION - I want a new one.Shane insists on treating customers like children that I am asking for something that is not in stock.I wanted to purchase what is in stock. You would think that spending $27000 in the last 60 days would be worth something.Find another apple store because these guys dont deserve to be in sales (I am thankful they arent pilots!!)
I am rating the store, not their products. The store is always clean and tidy. Thats about where the compliments end. I do not own any Apple products but, went to this location to purchase some video equipment I had seen on their website. I was greeted initially, and made my way towards the middle / rear of the store where most of their On The Shelf products are found. The item was easy enough to locate as the store was clean and the products were placed where they made sense. Trying to get someone to assist me, impossible. After trying to get several staff members attention, I made my way back to the Greeters. I was then asked if I had an appointment. I explained to her that I did not and, merely wanted to exchange my dollars, for their product. It was then explained to me that they would be putting me in some type of que, and that some one would be with me shortly. I had already been there for over ten minutes for a one minute transaction. As you can imagine, the wait continued. After several more minutes I went back to the Greeter, and asked why I could not just be rung up by anyone that worked there, apparently some of them get that responsibility and others are not to handle such items. I left, went to a competitor down the street, grab the product off the shelf, took it to the register, and they price matched the items also. Sorry for trying to inconvenience this location by trying to give them my hard earned money.
The Mall in Tulsa by Simon. Great food court and variety of eateries. Lots of seating and elbow room. Easy to park fairly close to most any entrance, visited on Sunday and was busy. Clean environment. Well appointed.
BAD !!! tons of employees, some are standing doing nothing ... some are playing with their tablets rather than answering simple questions, and then when they are ready to answer they act as if they just do this because they have to.... I have seen this stores service go from excellent to mediocre at best. They used to have a pleasant vibe now I dread going there .. how sad !!!! Next review I am writing their CEO and also their service rep. Get your act together and offer the clients REAL SERVICE!!!!!! We are the consumer not you
Still closed? What? Staying closed and not helping people that have your Apple care is ridiculous. Essential workers need their phones replaced and repaired. It’s August and still you close. Not paying employees and not helping customers.
20 minutes before closing they dont allow the customers entry.
Clean, People Respectable and social. Have ALL Apple products. Love everything about them except the price. OVERPRICE ALMOST EVERYTHING. Beware
Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff always willing to go the extra mile.
Tell them covid over
Went there to pick up a Mac Mini ordered online. It was a quick and easy one, they went over everything, made sure I was good as far as peripherals were concerned and that was it. Quick and painless.
Not sure why anyone would own an apple product. They are absolutely the worst when it comes to using them, everything cost extra and trying to get help with them is impossible. Pure junk never ever buy and apple product.
Really nice. Love going there always have a solution towards my Apple devices. Just take to long to get to you or even speak to ya. But besides that really great services!
I just ran in to purchase air pods. Very quick greeting and fast service. The employees were great!
Very helpful. Was in and out with an appointment. Only took them an hour to fix my sons phone. Very polite and knowledgeable.
I didnt have an appointment but went and bought my Mac book and iPhone for my daughter there. We had a wonderful employee who was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. As usual its always crazy crowded and so much going on. But she was calm cool and collective.
Quick and painless and their on-hand selection improved during this whole covid thing.
Too computer in for warranty repair. Was fixed promptly yet no I’m bothered to call to let us know the work was done. For an entire week!!
I think our Mall in Tulsa is great !!
Absolutely ridiculous that buying a new 1200 phone, then having to buy another new wall charger because they don’t come with them now. Then calling this store to ask questions about buying the wall plug in, and get a rude rep that doesn’t want to answer my questions.
Made an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early and had to wait an extra 30 minutes before help was received. This is the only apple store in Tulsa area and it is in the busiest mall. There is no music playing, nothing to watch on all these screens, no water offered to drink, and its warm in the tiny store. Horrible experience, but tgen again there is no other choice!
Great mall
Phone not ready when they said it would be.
Left sitting for over 30 minutes after waiting over an hour and a half for an appointment. Tech started helping me and disappeared. After sitting there for 30 some minutes i had to ask some other tech what happened to my tech. He had no clue...! I think he went home but no explanation was given. I even complete most of the tech work. At least the second guy apologized. Inattentive and unprofessional!
Friendly and family atmosphere, Handicap parking .
Great service.
Oh my goodness, this the first time I had been to an apple repair facility. they did an excellent job of evaluating the telephone I had taken in for them to have a look at. I was a little distracted by the young man who helped us because he had a strange thing in his nose that was green in color and had to forks sticking out of it. there were some other employees that also looked a little strange to me, and I must admit it was distracting to me, but, I understand that people who do this kind of work are often a bit eccentric by my taste.
These people are electronic geeks. If one of the techs gets stumped another one will help out until they solve your problem. The only drawback for me ( Im 76) is my age and inability to understand what and how theyre solving the problem. And the open atmosphere and the crowd of people. Its different for me buy it words.Great place.
My son phone became stuck after updating his phone. Hes goes to school in Independence Kansas which is an hour away from his school. He made an appointment and upon arrival was told that he was not found in the system. The store cashier never put his name in the system to actually check to see if he had an appointment because he did not want to assist my son, he was being racist. He was then told that they wont be able to see him. Instead of becoming frustrated he asked for the manager. The manager was called and proceeded towards but son but was stopped in the mist of the cashier. The cashier whispered something to the manager, who then continued over to see what my sons complaint was. My son revealed his issue to him, the manager checked the system saw my son name and was told that we cant help you here, we have other customers. He then went on to help two other Caucasian people with appointments after my sons scheduled appointment. My son experienced racism from the store CASHIER & the MANAGER. Black people BE WARE! This store employees are racist.
Went in for a phone repair issue. Made my appt was promptly waited on upon arrival. They checked my phone over said I could come back in 45 mins. Phone was fixed. The employees were fast & friendly.
All of my questions were answered and they were able to get me going again using the Apple products. Im back on line and doing well. They advised me of the tutorials they offer free of charge, in order for me to learn how to use the Apple products I purchase.
I went with low expectations after reading reviews. Apple proved that when it comes down to it, they do the right thing.I got my screen repaired at an Apple recommended repair place (Best Buy in Roger, AR). After the repair, Face ID was not functional and the Best Buy Apple Techs refused to anything further, recommending I go to my carrier or an Apple Store. When I explained this to the gentleman at Woodland Hills, he understood the frustration. However, my phone was out of warranty. But he talked to the manager and they swapped my phone. I couldn’t have been happier!Apple-thanks for putting people first and doing the right thing!
There super slow and worst customer service 👎
I made an appointment for 5:30. Showed up and checked in. The guy who checked me in told me he wrote down my name and a description of what I was wearing and that’s how they would find me. After about 40 minutes, we asked where my name was on the list. They said they couldn’t find me, yelled my name and moved on to the next person. I told the girl my name was never called and I was told someone would find me by my outfit description. She ignores my frustration and said she would put me on the “walk in” waiting list. So we sat down and waited almost an hour to be seen by someone who said they wouldn’t fix my phone because it “had failed” and my options were to buy a new one. This apple store is the size of a small classroom and PACKED full of people. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and drive the extra miles to visit any other apple store.
All the negative reviews seem to be from people that don’t realize that technology isn’t always perfect and can have issues and or don’t realize they aren’t the center of the universe and may have to wait in line. My phone wasn’t working and I brought it here to this location and they took care of me and were super nice, efficient, knowledgeable and professional! No complaints here.
Genius Bar? More like Reset Phone for Every Problem Bar. Nobody knows a thing here, and I think it’s that way for a reason. The takeover is in effect.
The staff did everything they could to help my husband and I, and were professional and courteous throughout the two hours we were there getting a new phone and tech support. We asked a hundred questions and got patient answers to all of them. Thank-you!
Not personally am Apple Device Fan. But the customer service at this site was stellar.
I went in only needing to replace my charger for my MacBook. I walked in and it was pretty busy, as soon as I walked in someone greeted me and asked what I needed. They were able to help me within an hour and a half and every person that helped me were really friendly. They had the charger I needed in stock which was great! Since I have appcare it took care of the cost. Some guy even went out of my way to tell me to have a nice day as I was walking out. Great customer service.
