I went into Robinson Glass yesterday at 11:30 to get a chip in my windshield repaired. I was quickly and pleasantly greeted by Mary. She was so welcoming, professional, helpful, and just a breath of fresh air to deal with. Mary knows her stuff! She quickly went and got a technician to come look at my chip and EVEN HE was great to deal with(welcoming, professional). They appeared to be pretty busy and yet they got me fixed up and on my way in 30 minutes. That tech did a great job! I highly recommend them for any auto glass needs. They are top notch!

Great service. Called and they were one week out. Got me in at 8 in the morning and they were finished by 1. Also vacuumed my front seats, and floor boards. Also wiped down the dash. Only issue is they accidentally threw away my Pike Pass. Or else would of been 5

Ordered glass to replace a pane that I busted and it was cut perfectly to measurements that I had given. Only problem was my measurements were wrong by 5/16ths of an inch on 2 sides and I asked them to recut it days later. Not only were they able to cut it without breaking it, they had fantastic customer serve from start to finish. Ive used Robinson Glass for a couple years now and never even tried looking elsewhere, theyve never given me a reason to. :)

I had an issue with a custom mirror and needed some work done on it quickly. Lindsay gathered my information and got me squared away in no time. Fast, courteous and friendly service seems to be a dying art but is definitely alive at Robinson Glass.

Updated our master shower from a dated framed enclosure to a new semi-framed enclosure. It looks great! It did take them longer than expected to be able to 1) come install (covid delays probably) and 2) actually install. Neither of these are big issues, just inconvenience hence only 4 stars. The staff that came out was courteous and I would happily do business with Robinson Glass again.

They cut a bevel mirror for me and installed it in a 4x5ft frame. The mirror is Beautiful. I paid to have it delivered and hung. So glad I did. The bracket system they used to attach it to the wall stabilized it. The guys wore mask. Thank You Chris, James, Ryan, and Brandon.

I won’t be using Robinson glass for home windows ever again I paid for a window on the fourth of September and it was quoted seven to ten days before they could get it done and delivered they seemingly forgot about me because I had to call them and ask for an update just to find out they hadn’t even started on it I wouldn’t recommend family or friends to them if they are in any kind of hurry the customer service line has been better now that I’ve called which is why I feel like they don’t deserve less than two stars but still a poor experience overall for paying so much just to be forgotten about

I needed a shelf for a curio cabinet to replace one that had broken. I brought in one so they knew the exact specifications. They kept this one and called me in a couple days that the replacement was completed. It was quick, and the it cost much less than I had expected. Staff was friendly and their displays in the waiting area really made me think of other jobs they could do for us in the future!

I just had a small mirror replaced. It took three weeks longer than they quoted and significantly higher priced when the quoted. Shop around. I do not recommend Robinson glass.

I got my wifes windows replaced on her 2017 Malibu that someone broke into and after they replaced the windows the chrome trim for the window seal wont stay down. It keeps coming up at a slight angle making the smooth line that was once there look pretty ugly. I didnt bother calling to have it fixed because I live over 2 hours away from there now and was procrastinating on going back because they were an hour away before I moved. Other than that, my experience there was great.

Take your credit/debit card with you (they dont take checks) because youre gonna need it. They must be getting their glass from China because the prices theyre charging, there has to be a tariff on it. Either that or they just need to make a payment on their summer house in Maui. Shop around, you can get a better price. I did by almost half.

I purchased some mirrors from Robinson Glass to have installed in my master bedroom closet. The end result was excellent, from the staff who took my order, to the employees who made the mirrors, etc. Everything went great! When I needed a bathroom window replaced, I called for an appointment. A tech came out to measure and ordered the window which took several days to arrive. The installation went quickly and smoothly and the window looks like new. Way to go Robinson!

Took a friend to get his windshield replaced couple weeks ago. The worker Jerly was the one who helped us, he told us it would take an hour to fix but he was done in about 35-40 mins which was great. We didn’t have to wait long and he did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this place.

I had my window regulator fixed. The repair seems to have worked. One feature of my window control no longer worked, so I called and asked about that the next day. The appointment setter would not ask anyone about it but insisted I make another appointment to drop the car off again and they would look at it. I just had a question. Oh well.

I needed 2 pieces of glass 10”x 10” to go into a table top. I called one place and was quoted $57. I called a second place and was quoted $32. Finally, called Robinson (should’ve called them first!) and was quoted $14.50!! I needed it very quickly and they had it ready before the quoted time. I picked it up, took it home and it didn’t quite fit in the space. I measured and sure enough it was off by 1/8”. This was completely my fault because instead of measuring myself, I trusted an employee at a frame shop. But, I called Robinson back, explained the situation and they said bring them back today and we’ll have them ready by tomorrow. They called at 8:30 this morning to say they were ready. I asked what I owed them since it was my mistake and they did not charge me! Everyone was so nice and so helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond and I will recommend them to everyone. Mary was great!

Very professional, very knowledgable. I had an emergency with a sliding glass door. I called Robinson glass, and had a man at my house within 20 minutes taking measurments. 10 minutes after he left Matt and Cam showed up with the correct pane of glass to make the repair. The whole process of replacing the glass door took about 15 minutes. I was also worried about being charged an arm and a leg, but was pleasantly surprised to find out I only had to pay a fraction of what I initially thought a replacement glass door would cost. Matt and Cam even did a thorough job of cleaning up the mess on the back patio as well. Very very pleased. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend for all your glass needs. Thanks guys!

Our car was broken into overnight. During my lunch hour, I called Robinson and not only were they able to get the correct window that day, but they managed to squeeze me in ASAP to have it installed. I drove straight over there and they had everything finished within about an hour or so while I waited.While thats all to be expected, what got me is that they cleaned up the broken glass as well-- not some of it, not most of it, but all of it. Even the stray bits scattered throughout the car. The car had been rifled through when it was broken into, I was just generally having a bad day and hadnt had time to clean the mess. When I got back in my car and saw that Robinson went the extra mile I knew they were a company that Id have to recommend to anyone needing their services. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, the work was quick, the price was reasonable, and they are a place I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service!!! Im waiting on a shower glass door to be installed for a client, and its been almost 2 months. I have already paid half the cost and had one of their employees come and take exact measurements for placement and cut. After the glass not going in as planned, I find out through multiple phone calls I had to make to them, that their machine has broken. I NEVER received a phone call informing me of the delay. So then its weeks out again before it can be installed. Next upset, I was told it was going in by Tuesday...well its Wednesday and still no door installed. So I have to call AGAIN to find out they either measured wrong or cut wrong. I was told it was my fault because the corner wasnt square when they attempted to install the glass..but THEY measured the exact space it was to be installed in. Its NOT my fault they cant measure correctly. The lady on the phone was anything but helpful. She said someone would give me a call to sort it out...yeah right, Im not holding my breath. I will have to keep calling them AGAIN!! I definitely would NEVER use them again or recommend them. If I could of, I wouldnt of given them even 1 star. I guess they can have it for answering the phones, but obviously they cant use them to call someone.

Very quick about getting appointment and estimate to fix 2 windows on the house. It did take 3 weeks from start to finish, as glass had to be ordered. However, I was very pleased with the service. On day of installation, glass was installed in less than an hour, and they did a good job of putting extra caulking in to seal it well.

I dont usually post reviews but I had to in this case. AMAZING SERVICE. Mary knew more about how to sort out my car than the dealership (I had a passenger side mirror that had literally popped out while I was driving). The rates to replace the mirror and necessary parts were incredibly reasonable - much more so than the dealership who tried to convince me I needed to spend 7X as much to get it fixed. My boyfriends father worked in the glass industry for 20 years and he recommended Robinson to me. Very impressed!

Ordered a custom cut mirror, had an issue, the issue was resolved as soon as they opened for the day, they even offered to deliver the replacement. I live 30+ minutes from their shop. All in all ordering was easy, customer service was quick and easy once I found the issue, will order here again in the future

Robinson Glass replaced the windshield in my car today. It would have been $1500 at the Lexus dealership and it was a lot less here. The tip to come here came from my service tech at Lexus. I appreciate them both! The final price was a bit less than the estimate and it is guaranteed for leaks. Great service. While I was getting the estimate, I picked up glass cleaner for my glass shower doors and it is marvelous --they look brand new.
