Gentleman at Divine Home Supply guaranteed that the used washer and dryer set we were looking at were in excellent shape and worked perfectly. Before finishing the first full cycle on the washer, we turned it off due to some leaking so we were going to drain the water by using the spin cycle, but the washer wouldnt turn back on. Come to find out, a baby sock (from when the previous owners had it) was stuck in the water pump. Then when we ran the dryer for the first time and it wouldnt heat up. I removed the back panel and noticed that the thermostat was in the spot where the thermal cut off was supposed to be, there was nothing in the slot where the thermostat was supposed to be (the thermostat is a main component of what gives a dryer heat so it shouldnt have been missing period,) the heating element was bad due to what appears to have been a small fire that burned through a wire that connected to the heating element. I didnt ask D.H.Supply to come out and repair because theyre the ones who made the fire hazard in the back of the dryer in the first place. $75 extra and 8 hours later, I am now an expert on how to fix a washer and dryer (and am not happy about it.) The last 3 photos are of when I fixed it, the others were before.

I love the sales person there he was fast and very informative about the washer and dryer I purchased. I will be going back . I know that I will send people to that store the prices are wonderful.
