Mom got a set of Starkey hearing aids a few years ago, but suffered more loss with time, and a wireless headset she used for tv(often not realizing it was blaring, but could hear it), but then couldnt hear the phone or door! She got these new small(just in ear, not behind too), these are the best thing since sliced bread!! Mom can barely hear without them! Like night and day! Even her friends at senior center noticed that she was hearing better than usual! Adjusts itself, much easier for mom, and restaurant setting focus across table and block out background noises! And the kicker is that she no longer uses the headset, the base paired to her new aids! Talk about tv directly broadcast to her new set! Hears it very well again, not blaring!! Thanks Mike! Best set ever! Tells everyone about them. Says something when others know you are hearing better!!!

I took my old-ish Starkey for repair of the static it has started. The audiologist looked at it, and told me it was too old...said Starkey wouldnt even work on it because its over 5 years old. Said the serial number is worn off of it.Then offered to sell me a new one, even tried to offer discounts while I was leaving.I brought it home, ordered some parts online, cleaned it up...and its working again. I guess hes in the business of selling hearing aids, but not so much on making an effort to service customers with older ones.

My dad contacted Lowry for a hearing aid and after testing was quoted a price. Right before he was to receive them he was called and the price jumped up over $300... so I contacted them to get the pricing correct and after being very clear on the exact cost I received call Just like before and the price jumped up again... Im very disappointed with this company and at this point dont trust them and you shouldnt either!

They spent quite a bit of time explaining how the new hearing aids worked. In addition, they invited us back for free refresher education if anything was unclear. You do have to work to find the location of the office. Entrance for the handicapped is somewhat challenging.
