Through the years Ive had hiccups and challenging issues with every carrier out there.This store, wish I got reps name to call him out, totally bent over backwards to make a situation right! Excellent customer service - a breath of good air for sure - the new mgr deserves a well earned pat on the back for having great employees and making me really feel like they care.

Taylor is the type of employee that will keep me loyal as a customer. He was a great listener and was able to correct a problem that another store was refusing to help with because that store wasnt going to get any credit. Hell treat you like youre a human. Cant say enough good about this experience.

I have never had a bad experience at the Tumwater T-mobile location. Great customer service and great phone service.. Taylor helped both my husband and I fix what we thought was a complicated problem with our phones. It took him about 5 minutes and we were out of there. Thank you Taylor and thank you T-mobile.

This was my second time going into this T-Mobile and everything was absolutely amazing.Kit, the manager was super helpful. Which the person who was helping me needed since he was new. I went in for an upgrade and they were able to answer all my questions. The process of backing my phone up took a while but they made it very pleasant I loved my experience today. 10/10 recommend going there. 👏🏻

Switch from Verizon to T-Mobile for their military plan. The switch was easy and the staff was nice. They were very helpful with my questions. But Im unsatisfied with my first bill. I was sold a specific plan but to find out afterwards it was a lower plan and a add on that cost me more monthly. I liked the store but do not enjoy being tricked and charged more.

Nick and Mandi where super sweet and we had a super fun time going into the store. We will definitely be going back whenever we need anything!! They are all super friendly and sweet. T-Mobile did a great job by hiring them and making sure they have amazing staff.

Always a FIVE STAR service when I go to this T-Mobile located on Trosper Road in Tumwater! Both Richard and Derrick are always courteous and Tech knowledgeable on their devices/services! No matter what you might need, they can handle it, bar none. Ive visited and received services from 3 other T-Mobile stores in the area and this one is by far the best! --- Steve

Ive never written a review in my life but these guys deserve one. Hands down the best customer service Ive ever had. Kit and Richard are amazing, helpful, and just all-around great people. Friendly, personable, they werent pushy and they put up with what I can imagine were mostly ridiculous questions and inquiries on my part. Ive been a Tmobile customer for my whole cell phone-owning life and I love Tmobile, Ive always had stellar service (phone and store), but this store is the BEST Ive ever been to. I wont go anywhere else now. Thanks guys!

Was told to go here by a friend. Went and had a terrible experience. Woman working there was not knowledge at all. Was unable to answer any of our questions about switching to TMobile and eventually sent us to another store!

Fantastic service I highly recommend seeing the salesmen Derrick. Answered all of my questions and fixed all my problems with my S7 edge and sold me an awesome sync drive for my car! No longer do I have to worry about people breaking into my car!

Walked in exactly at 10:00 & was greeted by both workers ( Travis & Brandi ) Felt very welcomed and got the help i needed. I was afraid to come in and get the run around or have people who just dont care. I did not have that problem this morning. THANK YOU T-MOBILE !!!!!!!!

So I purchased a sync up and drive from T-Mobile in February and cancelled 20 days later today I get a collection letter from a collection agency for $43 T Mobile refuses to do anything about it poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Its no wonder the employees hide in the back. If you deal with these people you get what you deserve.
