Very nice and clean atmosphere. The proprietor knows his stuff and is more than happy to chat with you. Im knew to the game and he was very informative and easy to ask dumb questions too haha. Stuff is pricey but thats the game, not the stores fault. I recommend going there and cant wait to take advantage of the free games and free painting lessons he offers!!

I recently started playing Warhammer again (It was a hobby me and my father shared together since I was a little kid and he passed away a few years ago, I hadn’t been able to play without being reminded), and excitedly found this Official Warhammer store to buy some kits at. I strode up with the forgotten giddy enthusiasm of my 8 year self. I entered the shop for the first and last time at about 5pm on July 14th. I said hello to the employee at the counter (I didn’t get his name, but he happened to be bald) and he asked me “Looking for anything?” I responded with “I think I’m just gonna to browse for now, thanks.” He aggressively shouted “TALK AGAIN, SPEAK ENGLISH THIS TIME”. It was my first interaction in the shop, I was just trying to feel out the place. I was pretty taken aback but I suppose he didn’t hear me even though I had responded in a reasonable voice volume. I said again a little louder, “I’m not sure what I’m getting yet, I was just planning on browsing for now if thats alright” He said “OH, ACTUALLY WE USUALLY CHARGE EXTRA FOR BROWSING”.While some would dismiss this as “oh, he was just joking!” it wasn’t friendly or professional and it had the opposite effect of making me want to purchase something. I was intending to buy 4, full 2,000 point Age of Sigmar armies (and all the paints and supplies required) for me and my niece and nephews to paint up and play with. I figured Dad woulda liked that. I left disappointed and unsure if I should pick up the game again. I am a 35 year old burly adult man and this person didn’t hesitate being rude and condescending to me for no apparent reason. After the interaction, I thought, huh “I wonder how people (who are potentially more vulnerable than myself), and all the kids who come to the shop are being talked to and treated?” :( and “Good thing I actually do speak English well, or that guy might have been really cruel. I prefer to pay a little extra and support local game stores instead of shopping at online retailers, so kids have a place to come and hang out and play together. Unfortunately, I won’t be spending a cent at a shop who employs people like this.

This Warhammer store is so great! They are super friendly and great for helping you get into the hobby. I’m new to minis and painting and I have found most stores intimidating, but this one is comfortable and great! I would absolutely recommend this store to both newbies and experienced players.

Do not shop here if you are a woman or POC. They basically ran me out when I walked in. I was greeted with Do you know what this store is? and when I responded that I am a minis players got the response Are you sure?They are NOT welcoming to anyone other than white men. Garbage customer service. I will never return.

Shop owner is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He truly is dedicated to helping new players get into warhammer. Looking forward to coming back to play!

Great staff

The store is well stocked, the selection is great, and I always find what Im looking for and then some. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great and theres always plenty laughter and fun as people are coming together to enjoy the hobby they all enjoy. Really, the only slight gripe I have are the short hours and lack of days the store is open, but thats pretty average for all of the games workshop ran stores. Its also nice that there is a seating area toward the back thats great for reading.

Came in on a whim. I havent been into Warhammer for YEARS and Jake was very happy to catch me up on everything I have missed. Had a great time here, enough so that my friend and I will certainly be returning to buy things. Great atmosphere and selection! Will be back!Praise Sigmar!

I love this place! I go here every Saturday to play and everyone here is friendly. The manager Cayle is always super helpful and knows what he is talking about. Would definitely recommend this place.

The most amazing place EVER!

Wow!!! What a cool place is this!! Fantastic playing fields, great sections of Warhammer items. They had the latest Warhammer books in stock, made my son very happy.And the staff there were do very helpful and really nice!If you are into Warhammer this is the place you want to go.

This is a store for a very niche hobby - playing tabletop wargames in the Warhammer worlds. Even though I dont play Warhammer, I stopped in to pick up a Citadel product to make props for my Dungeons & Dragons game. The store manager was friendly and easy-going when I told him that Warhammer wasnt the game for me, and by the time I was leaving the store Id actually turned my opinion around and was reconsidering my stance on the game.One of the things I liked best about the store was the expansive terrain that was set up and painted with impeccable skill. The miniatures showed simple and elegant paint jobs like like of which I certainly cant match, and the manager invited me to learn to paint there. Upon hearing that I was going to DM a game for my daughter and her friends, he passed along one of their demo miniatures that would make an awesome female paladin, cleric or fighter, and threw in a space marine, too.This is definitely a store worth checking out! Keep a close eye on their hours before stopping in, though, because they are closed some days and close a little earlier on some nights than most tabletop gamers might expect. All in all, this is a welcoming store with some fantastic merchandise to see and buy, if Warhammer can entice you to join such a hardcore gaming community.

Fantastic store with helpful, friendly staff and a great, growing community of players for several lines of tabletop game, from 40k and Age of Sigmar to Blood Bowl, Shadespire, and Necromunda. Well-stocked and of course able to order anything you might need. Highly recommended.
