Super helpful and nice! This was my first time coming here and i was looking for a specific pre workout that ive been wanting to try for a long time and never had the chance to, I came in and sadly they do not carry it, Jorge the young man that works there told me that actually their rival company super supplements carry it. I appreciate that he was honest with me and cared more about my satisfaction than to try to get me to buy something i did not want! That is what great customer service is! I still ended up buying a couple of things to show my gratitude. 100% coming back for other supplements!

Felicia is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Each time I come into the store, she answers my questions and helps me find the products that work best. She is great with her staff and talks highly of everyone she works with. I highly recommend the Tumwater GNC location.

Just found out the card I paid cash for for a year is no good. They offer a coupon to reimburse me. I PAID cash not with a coupon. This is just a scam to make us buy the new card. This should be looked at, Perhaps a class action suit.

Employee was friendly until I decline to sign up for a GNC membership. This is the second GNC I’ve been to that this disgusting mentality has happened. Will be taking my business to another company from now on.
