We tried several different stores before we settled on Mattress Firm. Bo was our salesman and we couldnt recommend him any higher. He took his time to explain the differences between the mattresses of which we tried out seven or eight different ones. He answered any questions we had and did not rush us in any way even though he had other customers to come through the door. The mattress we settled on was on back order but if we find that we have any problems with it I have complete confidence that he will take care of any problems we have with it. I have no problems recommending Mattress Firm of Tupelo, especially if you have Bo as a salesman.

Nice sales person. Clean, just wish They would stock mattresses that you can flip and turn. The ones they make now days are a waste of money. You have to sleep on the same side as there is no way to flip it to the other side. Thus it wears out much faster..

I only purchase some pillows however I have to wait on one to ship because the store didnt have the other in stock on site. And I look at some mattresses but there prices are little to high for the average family un the Tupelo area. The salesman was very helpful and attended.

Bought a Temper-pedic full sized. Didnt like the size. Went to the store and paid for an upgrade to a queen after 2 months. Waited 3 weeks for the delivery. They come to pick up the new bed...and forget to bring the queen. After they get the full size out of the house, they inform me that they dont have my queen mattress...its still on back order. They offer to put the full sized back in my house after removing it and putting it in the back of a truck.Why did they pick up my bed without bringing me a new bed?I canceled the order. Now Im bed less...Thanks, Mattress Firm.

We used Jake, he was absolutely amazing! We started using him to guide us in the right direction on a mattress about 6 months ago. I would honestly say that yes we did purchase a beauty rest mattress, but we did because Jake answered every question (twice). The level of customer service was above par.
