Was kind of confused when walking in. The sign on the entrance says masks were mandatory to protect both workers and their guests, but when you walk in not a single soul had one on.

Prices marked up ridiculous then marked down for clearance which is closer to what the regular price should have been.

Im always able to find exactly what I need at this JCP location. Im sad that my local one closed but Im thankful this one is still accessible to me. I just got 6 pairs of Levis for my son for $100. Thats unheard of without a great sale so kudos JCP!

Nice helpful workers but the salon is horrible I called 2 hrs before they closed said they were booked showed up an 1hr bf closing and they had no customers. She was rude and obviously did not want a tip or a new customer.

Wife orders some hair products online for in store pickup goes in and lady at pickup desk rudely tells her that it’ll be 3/4 hours that we must wait instead of letting us pick up off shelf and purchase them when we walk out of store make it back to car and then they say it’s ready won’t be doing business here again

I had great service, the man that helped me. In the sheet and pillow section was really great 👍

It is a good place to shop, price very reasonable. Make sure to buy what you want when you see the sale items. I was there today found a sale item. I have to go get other things, but when I returns they took the sale price out.

I when to get shoes here and i bought them for 20$ and they hade 2 different sizes ans i didnt know till left so i came to return them and i got yelld at by a employee so i came back a week later and the same shose were there and i diss tell them that that they were 2 different sizes

A person was in front of me at the return desk. The person was returning several boxes of comforters that had been ordered by mistake. I asked the other lady at the desk if she could wait on me. She said no. After about 15 more minutes of waiting she said she could get me. When I walked up to her she said,I thought somebody was gonna come back. My exchange took maybe 5 minutes at the most.

The guy who stops people from shoplifting should be a little more careful, you make yourself so obvious. The fat black guy needs to find another job. We’ll post his picture for all to see

Its an excellent shopping store..very nice associates and staff and affordable options for clothing wear. If your in the market for something new that holds value..I would definitely recommend shopping at this jcp

I went to the Sephora area. The male employee was kind of rude and stuck up, but the female employee was a delight. Im eating it a 3 because they dont carry the brand I was looking for.

Customer service could be better at this location. Also dont like being pestered to apply for a credit card I dont need just to take advantage of sales.

The JC Penney at Barnes Crossing Mall was GREAT! I found what I was after, before Christmas & when I went for the most important gift, the Lady was very helpful, friendly & gracious!! My mother and I were standing next in line to be checked. The cashier by the name Myranda, looked at us and checked out the lady beside us first. We had been standing there for at least 5 minutes. Miranda looked at us while she checked the lady beside us. There were managers watchingv the and nothing was done. Customer service speaks for stores and their reputations. JC Penny is on a downward spiral in many locstions. This incident spoke volumes.

I visited the salon for a partial relaxer. The stylist, Rakeya, was very professional and knowledgeable.

They have sum rude employees. I hate to speak down on my kind but then black bitchs be having so much attitude. I was like I DONT WONT TO SHOP SPEND MONEY HERE .. I could tell she was new may been here 1st week.idk. but if I was petty I would call the white folks on her and tell them that she make there store look bad
