If you have a DR product DO NOT bring it here. First it is almost impossible to get them on the phone. Second, they provide no follow up. Third, they incorrectly diagnosed and failed to fix my line trimmer twice at a significant cost. Most recently, they had the trimmer 3 months and could not fix it. I picked it up in pieces.

Went in to get a common part for echo backpack blower.. first was told part isnt universal to other blowers when in fact the part fits 117 different ones... the plastic clip that holds the straps at the top is what I was wanting.. woman at counter told me I was wrong and the guy hid in the office also said no no they are different well. Never be there again have bought over 4 $600 blowers there never again.... when someone has been using the equipment since 2008 I believe I know what Im talking about... I dont expect someone to tell me before I explain what the part is that no no Im wrong. And people wonder why mom and pop places are closing and the internet sales always grow... if u never have anything in stock n have to order it Ill order it myself and save lots of money thanks but no thanks....

Great place for purchasing lawn equipment. Havent purchased any zero turns from there, but all other equipment from blowers, edgers, hedgers, and weed trimmers are all the truth. Shindawia weed trimmers really help you finesse a yard.
