I really dont know how many stars to give because we were turned away at the Tupelo location. The man said that they were getting away from doing manual wheelchairs and recommended we try another local company. If you are getting out of custom manual wheelchairs you really need to take them off of your website!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They served my disabled son for approximately 10 years before his passing. He required multiple pieces of medical equipment including a ventilator and oxygen. Their staff was more than competent, always kind and compassionate, punctual and available 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this company for any medical equipment needs.

I enjoy working with A and A Medical. I work with Jordan many times during the week and she is always very pleasant! She makes sure that anything I need to be taken care off is of top priority. I feel like this company goes above and beyond for their patients. This is something that I think makes them stand out amongst DME companies.

I had been dealing with a competitor, who really seemed to have problems. Lost orders, indifferent service - just generally disappointing. My patience finally wore out after the last lost order and no explanation. Between Friday and Tuesday, they got me set up as a customer, with prescriptions updated and new set of supplies ready for pickup. When you are no longer able to sleep without the CPAP, this level of service matters a lot. I appreciate it!

All staff are very helpful and work hard to ensure patients are receiving all needed supplies/equipment. Nearly all staff are pleasant, easy to work with, and genuinely care about their clients.

As a home health pediatric vent nurse in a rural community just knowing that A&A are my DME providers gives me reassurance if we ever need anything at anytime A&A is just a phone call away. RRT Cody goes above and beyond for each and every one of his clients. Hes better than gold!

Update: The manager reached out to me and attempted to make things right with what happened yesterday which I appreciated so I have changed my original rating from 1 star to 3.My daughter is on an apnea machine and we have been having more alarms than usual out of nowhere the past few days. I asked the company to run diagnostics on the machine we rented from them two seperate times in the past several days and they will not test the machine to confirm whether she is truly having a sudden increase of alarms or whether its the machine. They just brush us off telling us its most likely this or that even though we have checked/changed everything theyre telling us and still having alarms.The man who came to NICU to setup the monitor and show us how to work it does not have very good people skills. I felt uncomfortable with him and he also ignored the NICU guidelines of scrubbing in once entering the NICU which I have heard he does routinely which is why the nurse knew to ask him. I believe he may have been the first person we spoke with concerning the accuracy of the alarms the first time.If there were another company I could rent from I would in a heartbeat because this company has no concern/compassion for the customer.

Vary rude and not Professional at all

Poor communication and policies. My child’s physician wrote a script for pull ups due to his disability, was told they can’t fulfill it due to not having a specific diagnosis of incontinence even though that falls under a common issue with his disability.I have been hung up on and it took me calling them multiple times to figure out why they hadn’t communicated this with the doctor.

Poorest of poor communication...Dont use this company...went by to get Walker on Monday...it is now Wed afternoon and still no waller... they should not even be in business
