Great Company. No wonder they have been around since 1954. Growing up on Florence Street riding my bike in the neighborhood and thinking one day Im going to bring my my vehicle here and It happened.

I love these guys and they back their collision repair and paint. I was worried that the new paint would not match my old paint but they made it work! Then they totally detailed my car inside and out ! I will never ever go to anyone else for painting or collision repair!

They were great! My car was parked on the street and hit by two cars getting into an accident next to it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They told me exactly what was going to be done to fix my car and the time frame it would take. They fixed it up perfect as can be. I would definitely recommend and take my car back if I ever need repairs again.

Insurance Fraud. Cutting corners. Unprofessional. Would say my car would be ready one day and it would be an extra few days. Them keeping me posted on the progress of my car was zero to none. They replaced my tires and rims on a 2016 Accord and didn’t bother to replace the locks that were on the car before. So they were stolen off my car. Insurance says there to blame. But they refuse to admit it’s there fault. It’s unfortunate there are businesses out there that treat their customers like this. Neal Stow manager was rude and not willing to work with me at all. Don’t waste your time and money at this place. go elsewhere. Get your car done right the first time around. !!!!

Did a great repair job

This has to be the worst case of greed and or inurance fraud ever, they tried to scam me out of money, They were more worried about what my inusrance paid me than what i owed on the estimate they provided, I got three different amounts in a matter of an hour. Neither the adjuster or his boss could give me a straight answer. A month of having my car for what seemed like a scratch I paid them 2198.00 with that was included an alignement that i never got. Supposedly a supplement request nope not according to my insurance agent he was on the phone with me the whole time. He heard them try and get money out of me or hold my car hostage and he heard them get aggressive and confrontational. He was worried about how they were acting with me. Manager or boss whoever tried to intimidate me and tell me sit down and listen to him or he would not release my car . These guys are a joke and very bad for business never again will i use them or reccommend them for anything. This is the worst experience i have ever had.

Friend says this is a fantastic Chevy dealer and he will drive a long distance to do there, that means a lot to me to have such a great reference.

Very good service and body and fender work

Smith is hands down the best company to take your vehicle to. I had the worst headache from dealing with other auto repair shops. Other shops I previously had gone to get estimates from either had outrageous prices or didnt appear to know what they were doing. One shop even tried to get over on my wife being a female and add things to the estimate that wasnt required. A friend ended up telling me to go to Smith Collision in Turlock and to ask for Giovanni. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Giovanni and the receptionist Jessica. I explained the hell I had gone thru with other repair shops. I really respect Giovanni as he was very honest on what repairs had to be done. The estimate called for a replacement part and he discovered the part was fine. Some shops wouldve still just replaced it to make money. Instead Giovanni called me to tell me Good news! You wont need this part which saved me a couple hundred dollars. My car looks better now than it did before my accident. The prices were cheaper than all the estimates I received elsewhere and my car was done by the date it was promised. I hope I never have to go thru an accident again but if I do I will definitely return here. Thank you Giovanni you run a great business! Also thank you Jessica for keeping my wife company while we were there! Lol I didnt have to listen to her complain about anything. :)
