I was very happy when I saw a sweater I really liked, I saw they had my size too and I tried it on and fell in love. I looked at the price tag and ALMOST 30$ ???!! TOO EXPENSIVE if I could give this store 0 stars I would. Every time I walk in I already know not to buy any clothes yet I still wanted to give it a try worst store ever 😡

Very easy and convenient to order the items I need. Once I placed my order and realized it was not a drive-up order I could switch it in my app. App was very easy to use and I didnt have to wait long at all for someone to bring out my order. Very satisfied!

Fast service, organized and cleanlines. Usually very stocked. They have a variety of kids clothing but would like to see them offer more of a variety for boys 6 and up. Customer service are alot more friendlier and helpful than Walmart employees and are alot more willing to help if you need to find an item. Target is a little bit more pricier but Im willing to pay that for a better store.This is definitely my go to store.

I dont really write review but Julie at the cash register convinced me because I want Target to know she is the best. I was about to have her scan my target app when she said Hey do you have any coupons you want to use like the toy one. She said who know you may have enough. I wouldnt have saved 15 dollars if it werent for Julie.

Target Pick Up is so easy and convenient, especially in an emergency. Last night I had to order headphones for my son as his went out and he needs them for school. I was in the middle of eating dinner, feeding my younger sons, and trying to eat myself. I placed the order, had the peace of mind to give the younger sons a bath and get them ready for bed and knew that all I had to do was drive up for my order.

I Love Target but the Customer Service I received at this paticular Target was enough to make me second guess ever returning.

If an item isnt available on the shelf, they sesrch the back room on their handheld devices and get the items for me. Gavin is great at bringing me one, and a few more for the shelf. This is def helpful for the next customer who will be looking for it too.With the pandemic going on right now, they are super helpful and not rude or bothered at all. Never been so disappointed in Target. I am a Target only kind of girl. Today as our governor announce that we need mask for all public. I was notified I can not buy more then 2 mask. I work all week and so douse my husband. We need 2 pack each. But I can not do that at Turlock Target. Mean while my mom just got her family of 4 all 2 pack at Modesto target. Yes I drove to Modesto so I would have mask. I understand the no need to hoard. But I wasn’t hoarding I getting what I needed in order to continue to be a essential worker and have some normal to my life. Target clams that’s policy’s ... there was no sign by the mask.... and Modesto target allow me to buy several.

Target is my go to till recently, my girl needed a phone asap so I stopped at my local target and picked up a A51 by samsung. Didnt think to much of but went I got home my girl found a prepaid phone which I knew we had a problem. I went to return it and of course they assume I swapped it there Team Lead Susan didnt look much into it and asked me if it was sealed I said yes she said deal with samsung, called samsung they said the store has to deal with it. They asked to talk to a representative but the Lead refuse to. Now I feel as if my favorite has let me down and robbed my by Hustling me. I went home and ordered a phone fom Best Buys instead andrealizes that the Seal on the box from the phone from target doesnt even have an original samsung seal.

Bad cellular connection

I love Target and Target always has friendly and polite team members at their store. Unfortunately, today I went to customer service and I got Suzanne. She seemed agitated and irritated and it came off rude and mean. For a moment I thought I did something wrong but I know I didn’t. Hope the bad energy doesn’t go to other customers or team members.

I usually come here for baby and nursing stuff. Wish prices were a bit less, but sometimes I find good reduced sales. Have a decent baby dept. Better than Walmart.

Probably the cleanest target

Not COVID compliant. Huge signs on the doors say you must wear face masks to enter due to state regulations. Inside, while the vast majority of people were adult enough to comply, numerous customers and staff members were not. Dozens of people with noses showing and a handful work no masks at all. Seems that to Target, obeying the law and keeping the community safe are just slogans you print out and tape to the door.

Love this store. Went in for some items I needed to restock and the checkout process went smooth. Cashier cleaned up real well before i stepped up next in line.

The store is usually clean and well organized. I like the cute fashions for the kids and they carry convenience items I need to buy regularly from the grocery section. It’s an easy quick stop near the house when I need to purchase a few items from the home ( and sometimes thing I don’t need and just love )

Clean near a bus stop an overall a good store. Next Target from here is in Livermore. Although sometimes they fall behind the demand, the team members always are awesome. The displays some times are a bit cumbersome, but anything you need is one aisle away.

Clean store with nicely stocked and well organized shelves is what has me returning to this store for years now. I’m especially forever thankful and grateful for the mobile order for pick up as well as the drive up and go for mobile orders! I’ve never had a bad experience nor have I ever waited longer than 5 min for either. It’s always been a quick, smooth and successful experience! If there is ever anything wrong with my order for example, there’s no more inventory of the product I ordered, I immediately get alerted via email or app notifications about my order and what product is not available as well as my options to either ship it to my house for free or to just cancel this item. Even cancelled items don’t take days to refund money either like most places! Definitely will be a forever customer of this store!

Cashier was friendly and very helpful with info for future shopping trips

Honestly they have less food stuff day by day. Until the web shows this location at countryside drive has some products there aren’t in any shelve. Customer service is good and they apologize about it, but as a customer I prefer better than apology products on shelves. For example today bread flour and yeast. No one of them, but web said yes in inventory. So it’s “no good” when you come and waste your time.

Bad Customer Service.The help buttons dont work. Employees ignored customers asking for help, and got upset when we asked for help.

I love the convenience of Targets app. I can pay, add Target and manufacture coupons and much more. Target has a great selection of the styles I prefer. I can view items before going into the store and while shopping i can purchase clearance items.

The sales associate cashier helped me choose the right gift. However the machine doesnt come with pods to try. Each pod is over a dollar which makes me feel that it might not be the right fit for my household members or myself. Id like to get at least two sleeves with the machine so i can determine which ones i should buy. even though they are pricy i am a coffee lover and wouldnt mind paying more for better coffee.

Very clean store friendly and helpful workers wish they had more plus sized clothing and options. Definitely wish the sold in-store plus sized Christmas sweaters. Love their red card if you are able to apply and be approved for their red card its awesome. You save 5% on every purchase u make in store and online every single time u use the red card.. cant beat that

I came to buy diapers with my five week old daughter. Security was standing by the entrance and as soon as I walked in I hear “A girl just walked in with a backpack”. Mind you this backpack is my babies diaper bag. I was followed through out the store by two different security workers. Definitely not a good experience

Love that you can pre shop online, find out where everything is located.Easy as that. You dont have to walk the entire store looking.

Drove up, waited one minute, they put my order in my trunk and i was leaving a minute later.... literally was only there for 3 minutes altogether, fast and efficient will be shopping like this from now on.

Ive never had any problems with this Target that couldnt be resolved. Customer service has always been good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that they installed self-checkout lanes. The lines go fast.

Clean store, generally helpful staff. Some prices are good, some a little high. There is an area of low priced things just inside the entrance that is fun too look at. Near the exit there is an eatery.

The security who works the nightshifts is always profiling guest. My girlfriend thought I was overacting until he stopped us and tried to search me. I bought a hoodie and a crew neck both different colors and easily visible with nothing to hide.

Drive up to get the wrong order. Call the help system and no one picks up. Go online to get support and no response. Call the system for the store and no one picks up. Terrible service and ridiculously hard to get them to fix their own mistake.

Greatest customer service from target employee Ive ever experienced, I took my nephew here he wanted to spend his gift card for a ps4 game & Noah from electronics dep. went out of his way to help & was very honest which saved my nephew $$ so he was able to buy the game he wanted plus an accessory, without Noahs honest service my nephew wouldnt even have had enough for the game itself. Came to this Target location last minute, looking for a gift for a 9 year old and the gentleman in the electronics department was very knowledgeable on what I should look for. He helped me from beginning to end and helped me find the best gift for my sister.

Dropped my boyfriends Px at CVS for a fill... Thats All we did but they were very courteous and filled that px while we went to eat. It was quick.

Cleanliness of store was impeccable, which helped in my finding exactly what I needed.

The pharmacy staff are efficient and punctual and customer service is good still some skin care products like neutrogena moisturizer body wrap we purchased here a year ago is not being ordered here anymore.
