This site is always clean and tidy. You dont have to worry about boxes being in the middle of the aisles to trip over, everything is always stocked and put away. There shelfs are always full. The cashiers are very nice and polite, very professional. What I have noticed is the older help is kinda snooty and rude, acts as if your bothering them when you ask a question. So I just look earned to ask the cashiers. They are always willing to take the time to answer your questions. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

The ladies in Sewing were so friendly and helpful! Kathy demonstrated a machine for me and answered my questions. Gave me the technique and confidence I needed to finish I project. Go see these knowledgeable and friendly ladies if you want to buy a machine, whether you are a novice or a pro!

My girlfriend and I hurried over there because che needed a specific roll of yarn. As we arriver(at 8:50pm) the girl walked up to the door beating us by a second or 2 and proceeded to lock the entrance telling us the are closed. Well it wasnt after 9 Im certain on that. She could have ran in and got the item and paid all before 9 but she was lied to and denied entry before closing

You dont feel like the friendliness its for show or sales because its not. The friendliness is genuine from kind hearts of your new friends. The crafting/ creative community is a rare one. This is my favorite Joann store because of an employee named Justin. He goes out of his way to help customers and he is so knowledgeable! He really knows how everything works in that store! He deserves a raise! Oh! And the yarn selection is my favorite. They always have good sales and coupons... and they honor competitors coupons!

Things in the Turlock store are unorganized. Many items out of place. Had to scan prices on items to know correct price.

They picked up the phone and carried on their conversations about a stupid customer. Then when they realized I was on the phone waiting outside for my curbside pick up, they hung up on me. Waited for more than 30 minutes, called multiple times and they never once came out to offer help.

I like going into the store. The staff is helpful and courteous and the prices are fair. I do however wish that they had more of a variety change in fabrics but overall I’m pleased with the selection.

Very clean and neat store. Great deals. Wonderful selection. My only negative is I was purchasing several items two of which had no tags (fake flowers). I told the cashier where I grabbed the items from and the price of the other items there. I also said there were not any others exact to this item just similar....one was like .98 the other .86......instead of just grabbing one like it they went on a hunt to find the same exact one...well this took far too long I just had to leave without both of the items 😕.

I was going to buy a few st partys decor. Sale showed for presidents day sale buy 1 get 2 free. That was not honored at the registrar. All 4 sides showed that sale. The cashier said that was not the case. Ended up by not buying any thing. It was clearly posted for decor, textiles and ribbon.

This place smells really good, I would visit there if only to breathe in the spicy aroma of scented candles and exotic craft supplies. I can speak to anything else besides the ample, well designed parking lot.

Its a craft store. If you have the time, you can find some great stuff and get a good deal. The staff during my last visit was extremely friendly and helpful.

Went in here to get T-shirts for Disneyland. Their selection was horrible no little kid shirts other than white. However the store is super clean, well organized and the staff was pretty friendly.

My go to store as its the closest one to me, but this location can be disorganized. I find things online that sometimes are misplaced within store and Ill have to find myself since they will claim its not actually in store. Most staff are incredibly friendly though!

Great variety of arts and crafts supplies. Lots of seasonal merchandise. The fleece blanket material was selling by the cart load.

Good selection of fabrics & friendly service. The store is always clean. Prices are great, especially if you sign up online for their coupons. Lots of parking available too!!!

Got a little lost as there is so much merchandise here! Lucky they have attentive employees who quickly got me back on track and I was able to make my purchase and leave without being overwhelmed.

Went to Jo-Anns a couple of weeks ago and was met with the nicest clerk. She was able to help me choose the right items for my needs, help another customer simultaneously, while being paged to help check at the front counter. And all during the Christmas season! A very good experience and I will be returning to the store soon.

Employees are on top of things. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I routinely go to three different locations. This one is my favorite.

This store is a good one for a Joanns in terms of customer service and cleanliness. However, I am so disappointed in the fabric selection. Every time I go in there are fewer fashion fabric options. The store is full of quilting cottons, flannel, fleece and a ton of horrid synthetic prom/costume fabric. Why?! I would shop here more if I could find fabric to sew garments. Instead I have to order online or go to the Bay Area. Even just two years ago Joanns had more fabric to choose from than they do now. So disappointed.

Love love love this store. Go to for ribbon fabric and anything else I need for crafting in a jiffy. Gals working are always friendly and willing to help. I like that most of the employees are crafters themselves, so when they give you any advise you take it seriously. They carry offray ribbon. I prefer it over the celebrate ribbon. It holds up better. They reccomend coupons even when you werent expecting to use any. Great customer service. Store is always clean and tidy with very minimal clutter. Nice bright lighting which makes all of their items pop.
